Why we changed nothing (and why that’s not doing nothing) Your room conditions: • 🌡️ Day temp: ~28 °C • 💧 RH: ~65% • ⚡ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • 📏 Height: ~40–80 cm • 💡 LED lighting On paper, some growers would panic at 28 °C in flower. But here’s the key difference between growing by numbers and growing by understanding: Under LED, leaf temperature ≠ room temperature. LEDs don’t radiate infrared heat like HPS. So while the wall sensor says 28 °C, the leaf surface is usually 2–4 °C cooler. And the plant does not “feel” the room — it feels its own leaf temperature. That’s where leaf VPD comes in. ⸻ Leaf VPD — the part most people skip VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) is simply the difference between how much moisture the air can hold and how much it actually holds. But here’s the nuance most charts miss: • Room VPD is calculated with room temp • Leaf VPD is calculated with leaf temp So if: • Room = 28 °C • Leaf = ~24–26 °C • RH = 65% 👉 our leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants are confirming that with their behavior: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing, no praying too hard • Internodes strong and structured • Uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes That’s the real data. We’re not ignoring numbers We’re letting the plant be the final authority. Stability here beats “fixing” something that isn’t broken. ⸻ Defoliation — why this time was heavier Let’s be very clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional defoliation. Context matters: • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, light penetration, humidity pockets all scale differently Sometimes a single plant wouldn’t “ask” for leaves to be removed — but the room does. Why you defoliated: • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Allow photons to travel deeper, not just hit the roof • Reset apical dominance and refocus energy on flowering sites Yes — i went harder than originally planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Plants are healthy • Root zone is dialed • Feed is stable Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. These girls are the first category. And importantly: we didn’t stack stress. No feed change. No environment change. No light shock. That’s how we “go hard” safely. Tag 100 ist vollbracht und der 65.Blütetag ist erreicht. Die Lady ist bereit zur Ernte, denn alle Trichome sind milchig und etliche bernsteinfarbend, so wie ich es mag. Bin total zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis dieser Lady, so macht anbauen Spaß.

Familia, estoy convencido de que esta variedad va a predominar del resto 🙈. No ahora en serio una gran variedad para cultivadores novatos, puedes plantarlas directamente a maceta y no se espigarán 3/3 comprobado. Parece muy sencilla de cultivar, controlamos ph , temperatura y humedad que estén en sus respectivos valores. Se ven bastante sanas, pronto tocará hacer algún trasplante iremos viendo próximamente

Que pasa familia, ya estamos entrando en la recta final de estas misty gorillas auto. Son plantas pequeñas con flores compactas, tengo mucha curiosidad por ver cómo están y como pegan. Ph regulado en 6,2 temperstura aumentó a 27 grados y la humedad la tenemos por debajo de 40%. Queda limpiar raices y poco más , buenos humos fumetillas.

Und damit ist auch die Cinderella Auto endgültig fertig. 🌿✂️ Nach der Trocknung ging sie zusammen mit der Purple Punch durch die Trimbowl. Am Ende sind bei Cindy 36 g trockene Blüten übrig geblieben. Etwas mehr Material landet dabei natürlich im Trim als bei einer sorgfältigen Handarbeit, aber da der Verschnitt sowieso weiterverarbeitet wird, ist mir die enorme Zeitersparnis das definitiv wert. Ein weniger schönes Thema waren leider die Seeds. Auch in Cindy habe ich einige gefunden. Die Gelato war allerdings mit Abstand am stärksten betroffen, während mir bei der Purple Punch bisher kein einziger aufgefallen ist. Woher der Pollen letztendlich kam, lässt sich im Nachhinein nicht mehr sicher feststellen. Geruchlich ist Cindy getrocknet sehr exotisch geworden. Allerdings fehlt mir genau das Aroma, das ich von der Cinderella aus früheren Zeiten in Erinnerung habe. Das macht sie nicht automatisch schlechter – nur einfach anders als erwartet. Bei der Wirkung dreht sie den Spieß dann komplett um. Für eine sativadominante Sorte hätte ich mit etwas deutlich Aktiverem gerechnet. Stattdessen ist sie von den drei bisher getesteten Hobbit-Hole-Damen mit Abstand die schwerste Nummer. Gelato war mit etwa 4/10 angenehm, aber sehr kurzlebig. Purple Punch brachte ein schönes, gemütliches 7/10-High über mehrere Stunden. Und dann kommt Cindy mit 9/10 um die Ecke und erklärt Körper und Gehirn gleichzeitig zum Sperrgebiet. 🤣 Geschmacklich ungewöhnlich, leider versamt und überhaupt nicht die Cinderella, die ich erwartet hatte – aber bei der Wirkung hat sie definitiv einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.

Really packing on the size now, start of week 10 today, smells are amazing like literally amazing, strawberry banana stinks of foam banana sweets, pink lemonade smells just like a glass of lemonade, blackberry's again just like blackberries, gorilla cookies lovely strong gassy but sweet smell and stardawgs look like they've been snowed on they are that frosty,.. cannot wait for these to be done honestly, I've done quite a few grows now indoor and out and the smell of these have amazed me, hats of to fastbuds as usual, roll on next week 👌

Und so langsam nähern wir uns dem Ende...und um ehrlich zu sein, können wir es kaum noch abwarten. Unsere Ladys schauen fantastisch aus ! Die Temperatur ist weiterhin konstant, immer etwa um die 27 ° Celsius. Bisher haben wir einen sehr milden, aber auch feuchten Frühling mit nur wenigen sehr kurzen Hitzeperioden. In unserem Haus ist an sich kein Geruch wahrzunehmen. Dies liegt jedoch an unseren guten Abluft und dem großen Filter denn sobald wir die Box öffnet strömt ein unglaublich angenehmer, süßlich bis fruchtiger Geruch durch die Räume.

Day 17, and she’s starting to show sugars from the top down. I can’t wait for a smell to develop, but when I did smell something during the first opening of the tent it smells something fruity. She’s drinking at least 4 gallons a day at this point.

Everything is progressing normally. The weather is changing and temps outside are dropping so high temps in tent are no longer an issue. Other than the burnt tips from some sort of burn or defiency I have no complaints. I plan on harvesting BBK next week Wednesday. I fed them regular water right before taking the pics with 3 oz liquid worm castings mixed into 2 gallons. I have been feeding them each until first signs of run noff. The watering before this one (Sun 10/24) I gave them plain water, the one before that (Thur 10/21) I gave them the max dosage of what the general hydroponics 3 in 1 bottles recommend and didnt hold back like I normally do which is to give about half of what they recommend. It didn't appear to affect the plant to much as far as burn, the tips were already fried and the sclerosis didn't progress. I will flush the BBK this Friday and prepare her to harvest next Wed or Friday. I can't wait!!

I want to start LST on Day 23. I will just bend her down and tie the leaves to the side. Every Strain is doing really good, im watering them all 3 days adding the nutritions above. But i also see some strains that didnt like the overwatering at the start. And i burned my strawberry gorilla a bit with waterdrops on the leaves. but she seems to be unimpressed by that. Today i also noticed a very little smell when i opened my tent. im curious which one is making this scent, it was really sweet. i raised the light intensity from 70% to 85%, leavin the rest for bloom. Day 24: i watered them yesterday with about half a litre of water. i included lacalva stress treatment before making the LST. i kind of feeling like im a bit too late, but we will see. Day 26: we had a blackout, because a constructionworker hitted the main cable. 2,5 hours less light, im so glad that these are automatics! Day 27: Damn guys, i think i did bad on this LST stuff. all of them are really bushy and very strong showing upward. in my first grow, i never had these issues. but all of the stems are so huge. they are close to be bigger than the final stem of my first grow. i think i need to defoliate them soon. i removed the wire and let them do what they want, until they get to know the net.
