Royal Cheese Automatic retains the iconic taste of the original Cheese, but is faster to grow and less demanding thanks to the influence of Royal Critical and ruderalis genetics. Much like the original, this new autoflowering variety emanates a very pungent aroma and intense taste of sour cheese, earth, and spices. However, Royal Cheese Auto offers something the photoperiod version cannot—buds ready to harvest in just 11–12 weeks (post-germination).
Harvested with 75 days. A little bit earlier than what I would've wanted, but life got in the way and I had to chop them early.
Overall pretty satisfied with the grow, but the buds are very mid. Was a very good learning experience though, will improve in the next one.
Total of 67g dry off of Royal Cheese #1 (lots of larf) and 8g off of Royal Cheese #2.
Neither Northern Lights or Royal Cheese were particularly incredible on the nose or even smoke - although I believe some of it is due to the early harvest.
Anyways, pretty satisfied with how this went through, was able to test some techniques and learn a lot. Now to the next grow!
Couldnt resist to try a couple buds after choping and dry(-spin)ing for 4 days . Will still leave it Till Branches snap when pintching. Enjoy the pictures. Still hanging after a trimm today. Will let ya'll know how much the yield gives. Took approx. 2g of her .
3rd time growing an auto, had 2 of these girls but completely snapped the other one at the base at Week 2 or so of veg. Has some slight pH lockout early in flower but she bounced back beautifully. Majority of the branches are just all cola.
Easy trim, not much leaf to trim off and have to cut into quite a lot of colas to make the buds manageable to fit in the jars.
Strong cheese strain terp on 1st sampling. Mellow and fairly even body and head buzz. Good for a nice relaxing smoke.
