Led height and power

The Enfun EF 2000 is a 200-watt LED grow light. During the seedling stage, you generally want to provide gentle light to avoid overwhelming the young plants. Here are some general guidelines: Power Setting: Set the power to a lower percentage during the seedling stage. Around 20-30% intensity is a good starting point. If your light doesn't have a percentage setting, you may need to raise the light to achieve lower light intensity. Height Setting: Keep the light relatively high above the seedlings to prevent light stress. A distance of 24-36 inches is a common starting point. Monitor the seedlings closely. If you notice signs of stretching (elongated stems) or if the leaves appear to be reaching upward excessively, it may indicate that the light needs to be lowered slightly. Happy growing🍀
