For those who follow me could see that I was absent and I apologize to you and the ladies in this tent. These seedsman northern lights are tough. I was out of town for work during their prime stretch phase and all they got was straight water added to the res. Two of them are specimens still and the one without the floraflex feeding cap isn’t getting the nutes distributed they way the plant likes so today I’ll modify one and see if I can make her happier. In the end I know they’ll end up strong but it was during the crucial stretch period and they needed more than they got. All we can do is move on and try to make them flourish. Thanks for looking. End of week 10day 70 day 3 of flushing

haven't updated in a while. had a lot if things going on. still have been growing. just started to flower about two weeks ago. I'm going to attempt to update if I can find the pictures. I will keep update during the rest of flower. I have decided to go all natural/organic as possible the rest of flower. so I flushed and using a few different nutes. my state legalized medical and so I've been busy getting into the industry! stay tuned.

They are looking happy and healthy. The growth is consistent and I'm looking forward to seen them start flowering. I haven't seen any kind of bugs or pests yet.

We are in week five now sorry for delay .the Grandaddy black is coming on super fast she’ll be ready at 8 weeks she’s stacking super nice lookin very frosty she glistens like diamonds under the light.my other Bruce girls are beefing up nicely but they are on the Sativa side of the spectrum I reckon ten possibly 11 week finisher but she’s gonna have some hefty buds each plant. has its own aroma some very sweet and some very musky diesel smelling

Day 22 - her takeoff has begun a. the lady is doing well, growing all over, no signs of any damage or light stress b. i have to keep reminding myself that this Indica plant is only 22 days old c. the pool is hanging at 5.9/6.0 PH all the time. d. I will not be topping, fimming or high stress training this plant as the breeder recommends e. lowered the light is at 45cm away from the seedling f. added reflector tape to the top of the DWC, my main DWC has it, and its plants always do amazing, so why the hell not reflector tape this one Day 23 - Growth Explosion a. she is really taking off, like a rocket! b. she is becoming more and more bushy, smells too, really good c. the reflective tape on top of the DWC changes my photos, lol, it allows for a-lot of light reflection and eye pain Day 24 - performed light defoliation a. opened up the lower parts of the plant for light b. only removed 8 leaves, will remove more in a few days to allow for no runt branches c. also removed some of the original stabilizer rocks... when she was a tiny baby she was very leggy and needed support, she has thick stem now! d. airflow is opened up and the fan is blowing more direct on the gorilla e. gradually stepping up the ppm, at 550. only have to increase FloraMicro and FloraGro Day 25 - growth observed all over a. lower limbs that were hidden by leaves are perking up, and heading outward b. airflow around the plant is great, the CO2 production is very high, as the tent smells of banana liquor c. ventilation is turned off to preserve humidity and CO2 Day 26 - growth a. smooth and steady, she is drinking alot from the DWC, about 1/2 litre a day b. removed 2 large fan leaves, the lower limbs need to see light Day 27 - lower growth occurring now a. the lower foliage and branches are growing more since they see more light b. performed the last defoliation for a while, encouraging the side branches to take dominance over the main without topping this plant Day 28 - ending the week on a high note! a. she grew nearly 2x over night, opening her up to the light was a huge help b. with these smaller LED lights im guessing light penetration through thick indica leaves is very low, leaftucking helps c. will begin ponytailing LST next week to encourage more lateral branch growth d. today though, she is just chillin out in the 28 degrees and 60% humidity, ventilation is running, and she is smelling very nice

This plants a queen. So healthy and she just loves the training. I can’t believe how nice this plant looks and how well it responds to anything I throw at her. I will be taking some foliage off soon and topping one more time to get to 32 tops which has been my goal from the start 🔥🔥 😎🍻🍿

[Germination: 07/06 - 13/06] For germination, I followed a scientific article (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33732764/) that describes a method with a high success rate. Here it is: 1. Prepare a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution. 2. Leave the seed in the solution for 18–24 hours, no longer. 3. Use the normal paper towel method. Do this in a clean environment, avoid touching the seeds directly, use gloves if possible, and clean everything. I started the process on the 7th of June 2026, with 7 seeds. After three days, all of them germinated, and I placed them in a Jiffy Pellet.

Gave them their 3rd and final heavy defoliation this week. Had lots of useless side branching that will just shadow out the good stuff and cause them to not ripen properly, a lot of this growth was due to the unintended extra 10 days they had in VEG before I noticed the timer wasn't doing what I asked it to do, just one of those things. Always a surprise in the grow room no matter how much you try to prepare and problem solve. I also had an air line manifold blow out this week which was very strange to see. Caught it early so girls didn't go without air for to long and I have 2 air pumps running so 1 going down is only a minor issue but still a great example of the random mishaps that occur when growing. If its one thing that experience has taught me its that less is more when it comes to how many colas you try to fit into a space. Do to many and you'll just end up with a load of mids, battling humidity problems and stress of keeping tons of half ripe colas falling all over onto each other come week 6 or 7. Everything is going great so far, no issues, although I have noticed some of the white hairs on the budlets have slight ginger tops (only a very small few) I have read in the past that this can be a sign of stress and potentially they might flip the hermie but I've done nothing to stress them so I am hoping this is just a abnormality from growing under LED. Boosted the nutrients up to 1000PPM now to let them feed heavy and pump those buds up. I like this plant it’s not to big and not to small. I’m still trying to give it enough nutrients it is a super heavy feeder. It keeps wanting more and more nutrients I’m excited to see how this one turns out

The harvest went well, I left it in the dark for 2 days before cutting it. drying 12 days at 60% humidity the smell is crazy, I can't wait to taste it

2 plants made it to harvest. Small nugs, about an ounce per plant dry. A lot of frosty trim and small nugs I’ll be using for hash later. I had rooting issue when I flipped to flower that definitely negatively effected nutrient uptake. Small yield but quality is good. Smells almost like a sugary jelly bakery. Cured for a week, tastes sweet almost.

Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12... I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plant remains in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... Amazing really really beautiful lady this one....strech is on the way..... 😅 Nice smell Inreally like this strong stable genetics. Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;) ;)

Hard to keep this little lady from constantly falling over and properly watered, but the lemon auto is plugging along! Probably another 3 weeks! ✌️💚🌿💨

I grew three plants under a 331 watt cob , this was the biggest , it liked defoliation, and would probably enjoy LST0 i really tried to give some buds a good trim, but i cant see very well so thats the best i could do...0 Big thank you to Fast Buds for the prize 😀😀😀😀😀
