Good morning, day 48 of flower and this will probably be the last update until I chop them. Getting boring for me so I’m sure it’s getting boring for you all! The girls just got plain water 2x last week- no need for anything else at this point as the fade has become quite serious. The smell has really increased along with the size and density of the buds, sometimes I get a candy shop smell and other times I get a tropical fruit scent! Trichs are roughly 50/50 clear and cloudy so I’ll just be checking once a day until I get a tad of amber! Thanks for reading

She is starting to kick off buds nicely. The smell is fantastic makes me wanna slap my momma. I've been defoliating the plant here and their to allow more light to get through her

week 9 she growing slowly now but shes getting there i think she got more 3 weeks to go easily. day 65 done some defoliation need to get light on some buds.. hopefully she will be fine.. we will see in some days

A lot going on this week!! Feeding 3 quarts every Sunday and Wednesday at this point. I did a light defoliation on Monday and did a more thorough defoliation on Friday! I opened up a lot of bud sights and it shows in the pics from late in the week!! I just turned the fan and carbon filter on. Temps are currently holding at 73-74F and the humidity is between 43-45%. I'm very happy with that! I hope to keep them both happy!! Enjoy!

6/21/25 She started week 3 and was ready to top for the first time. Her stem reached over 3mm and look at those big ass fan leaves of her. Holy molly. Never going back to soil. For everyone who wants to try dwc or hydro, do it bc there is nothing to fear! Ph is stable between 5.7 -5.9 I only intervene when it would suddenly drop under or over by a lot. Otherwise I just go by how the plants are looking and growing. 6/23/25 She is recovering very well. Starting to smell a little already, thats when you know its gonna be some good stuff. If I dont fuck up that is 🙃

12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. Auto Fractal – Divine Seeds Day 1 above soil 🌱 She broke the surface yesterday and is looking healthy with her first tiny leaves. Pots kept at ~26°C, soil moist but not soaked. Light now on 18/6 to give her a strong start without stretching. Excited to see how this fractal beauty develops in the coming weeks.

D43 - 01/03 Not much to update this week. Girls are growing super well and bud sites are fattening nicely, no toxicity or deficiency that I have noticed. Mixed a 20L reservoir @ 70% strength on the 26th. -- D45 Mixed a new reservoir on the 3rd. Should've done it yesterday or at least earlier today, but as far as I can tell the girls aren't showing any signs of being dehydrated so we should be alright. Mixed new 20L reservoir @ 70% strength, I'll probably follow with this strength until chop day. Started with B-52 this week as well, a bit of calmag and roots excelurator. I'll do a defoliation session this week too as they're quite packed in the space. Note to self: next time go humbler and run a max of 2 or 3 plants in that setup. Lesson learned!

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.
