Week 8 begins for mandarin dreams and divine storm. All four ladies are frosty, sticky and the mandarin smell is incredibly strong. Die Woche verging wie im Fluge. Purple Punch Auto glitzert in den Morgenstunden wunderschön und verströmt einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Momentan duftet diese hier von unseren vier Pflänzchen am stärksten. Die Blüten schwellen nach einem krassen Stretch an. Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann. Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet. Nachdem ich meine Grashüpfer letzte Woche umgesiedelt habe, der Fraß ging mir zu weit, sehen die nachwachsenden Pistillen wieder gut aus. Vorher wurden die von den Hüpfern gerne angeknabbert. Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter. Soweit die News von unserem Balkon, die nächsten Wochen werden vergehen und dann ist die erste Saison als Weed Gärtner auch schon wieder beendet.

I made a DWC system from a water pump in a 5gallon bucket and an air pump outside the bucket. The water pump brings water up through a tube to replicate a drip ring and the air pump aerates the water in the reservoir. It's very quiet and seems to work well. I modified a design I got from my local hydroponics guy where I also got the net pot and peat pellet. I soaked the peat pellet in tap water that I'd left out overnight to evaporate out the chlorine. I put the seed in the hole in the top and pushed some peat over the hole. I kept it on a plate under a bowl in a drawer for a few days like I would do for the paper towel method. Then I put it in a rock wool cube. It didn't quite fit and I was worried that I might have hurt the root while forcing it in but it looks OK. Then I put it under my light and waited for it to sprout. Now that I've got a sprout happening, I'll plug in the DWC system and put in some starting nutrients. This is my first time running a hydroponics system after almost 10 years growing, so I'm excited :)

🤗 Hi fellow growers. We are back here to harvest the Northern Lights Auto from Seedsman. She took 11 weeks to finish flower and a total of 15 weeks from seed to harvest. 🌱Growing her was a little tricky as she was finicky at the beginning of flower. She wasn't the fastest auto but she put on some tall colas with some fair amount of resin smelling of sour stone fruit such as a plum. Chopped her down then dryed for 14 days in a environment controlled room. Then began the trimming process. After a nice manicure the plum smelling buds were then placed in a jar to set cure for 30 days. There was quite a bit of larf nugs on the bottom skirts that I should have trimmed off during the flowering cycle but sometimes I like keeping them to press into some rosin before my nugs are cured. I find that pressing the flowers with in the first week of the curing process produces the best quality flower rosin In the end I'm left with a gram and a half of some beautiful Northern Lights flower rosin that tastes and smells like a sour plum and packs a big punch. About a 10% return so not the greatest yield but it sure is some high quality rosin. Keep it mind it was the larf flower and I press at 180°F to preserve as much flavor as I can. I'm after quality and have been achieving that. Effects - Relaxing, calming, Happy Yield - 68 g nice nuggets 14 g of larf that went to rosin Smell - Sour plum Forrest Taste - Skunky plums

Gu Guys, she is continuing to develop as she should, however doesn't seem to be stretching all to much even with lower light intensities. I have therefore decided to push the ppfd to roughly 600 and let her finish her pre flower, no matter if she will fill the entire scrog or not. the roots are bit stained, however, this seems to be nutrient related, no slime or smelly roots thus far and it seems like she is constantly shooting out new ones from the net pot. She is going to be a nice little bonsai bush :)

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals 👍. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report. * ***************** Week 3 of Growth From Seed, April 25 to May 1, 2020 - Days 15 to 21 from germination ********************** * Started the head scratching more this week and wondering what is going on with the slower growth she has experienced the last 4 days or so. She is looking good and not dark....environment is good.....what the heck is the pH so high when been given feed well inline and below 6.0......why runoff numbers in low 7's so early in the run?? A number of heavy feedings this week so that I can read the runoff numbers for her. Going to keep staying the course with feeding but lower the pH because she is still progressing and its still pretty early in the run........not much veg time for an auto though so I need to get this figured out pretty soon. Gave her some Epsom salts this week as well as I have been battling Magnesium deficiency the last run or two. Always just used CalMag but I don't think the girls always want as much Calcium as they are given this way though. Fed at a rate of 1tsp/gal in a two litre feed early on in the week. Little more Detail........... Apr 25/20, Day 15 - 500ml feed - VitaThrive and Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 6.0pH - small feed of base nute to try and perk her up. - noticed the lower leaves are droopy while the upper leaves are perky still. - Still working on dialing the light for these girls as they are happier at 30" away from canopy. Apr 26/20 - Day 16 - 500ml feed - AN Sensi Cal @ 1.5ml, Sensyzime @ 2ml, Epsom Salt @ 1tsp/gal - 700ppm and 6.0pH - The Epsom Salt alone shot the ppm to 500 - Only have the veg switch on for the UnitFarm light. - feeling some of the other girls are showing some magnesium deficiency with the yellowing perimeter of the leaves. Apr 27/20 - Day 17 - dry out day - Cut slits in the bottom of the bag today to let more water out, more quickly when feeding. - Wondering if the root zone is staying too wet and therefore causing some stunted growth. - She has been falling a sleep too early in the day so either too much light or getting root bound? Apr 28/20 - Day 18 - needing some runoff numbers to see what the hell is going on - fed 3L - Piranha @ 1ml, VooDoo @ 2ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml - going in was 575ppm and 5.3pH - runoff numbers were 1450ppm and 6.9pH - WTF......bring it down......next feed at only 500ppm and 5.0pH to lower her?? - leaf colour is perfect. Stems are a little immature yet, but side branching is coming out stronger. Apr 29/20 - Day 19 - 8L feed - Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 325ppm and 5.0pH - runoff after the watering was 500ppm and 7.0pH - WTF.....expected it to be more in the 6.5pH range and not that high still? - KK looked worse off, still droopy, after this than the other girls did. Lack of oxygen in root zone with so much water? Its coco though shouldn't be for too long. Apr 30/20 - Day 20 - dry out day - KK likes it a little dryer in her medium.....she perked up more today and looking a lot better. - She has had more vertical growth the last day and she is spacing out some of her nodes. - Her stem is thicker and she is getting stronger. - Still a week behind though in my opinion and they should have been this size a week ago. Apr 31/20 - Day 21 - dry out day - she has done very well the last two days and going to keep riding that wave, didn't water today. - She has certainly gotten taller and wider.......getting her back on track? That will wrap up this puzzling week........pH is not staying low after being brought down......shoots back up over 7 in only 24 hours idea. Working on it Growmies. Un risultato inaspettato devo dirlo... Strain 1 ha un odore molto forte sembra "salsiccia" ma quando la fumi davvero è molto pesante!! Strain 2 molto più soft sia come odore che sapore ma comunque abbastanza interessante.. Nel complesso la consiglio per i colori che rilascia la pianta in fioritura tendendo al rosso specie nelle punte delle prendisole davvero molto bello da vedere.. Grazie a tutti per il supporto ❤️🍀🔥
