The Strain is a beauty queen. The look of this strain and this particular Pheno is amazing from beginning of flower till end. The trichomes spread out on big leafs like ive rarely seen before in my Life. It grows and grows and grows with seemingly endless budsights. Not the biggest buds in the world but a lot of them. Also the LST with a net worked really good for this strain as the main stems did not stretch too far through the net. Everything was spread out evenly with minimal hight difference between main branches and side branches and lower branches. The smell of this plant does come across very much like Zkittlez but with sudden hints of watermelon chewing gum. This smell seems to be quite inconsistent and fleeting as a friend of mine also had a clone of this plant and he didnt get any watermelon terps out of it. also I noticed that dialing the temperature up over 25c will make the watermelon terps fade really fast. they come back after a day or two of staying below 23c tho. So be carefull with the temps in the last 10 of flowering this one and during the curing process. edit: i cured it a bit and the smoke is nice and multi layered. its spicey but soft. its sweet but earthy. funnily the smell doesnt translate into the taste at all. while it smells super sweet and then gets umami style earthy when smelling...it doesnt come off too sweet when smoking. the watermelon taste is non existent but the way it hits is nice for daytime and early evenings

Well, that's another harvest done. Ended up pulling her on Day 68, i was waiting for those ambers. As always it's bittersweet chopping them down but you soon get over it The Watermelon Zkittlez harvested weighed in at 119g dry, just over 4oz, not a bad little harvest with only a 100w light and 3 weeks of veg, I'm happy. She was dried over 12 days then into Grove bags, they've been sat in there for 9 days up now and the scent is just pure fruit with a very heavy sweet aroma and back end of gas, I think the gassy terp will show more as the cure goes on. I cant really pick out watermelon yet but we'll see...Great smoke nonetheless, awesome for wake and bake....it whacks you. A couple more weeks in these bags and they'll be ready for me. Fruity Candy Taste, Dense Nugs, This strain i will definitly grow again! Very nice and very pleased with the result.
