MondayJuly 10th day 49 Start of week 8 adding OVERDRIVE this week

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... Nov 29: They seem to be accelerating in veg growth but I see a small portion of the leaf on the smaller plant either grew in mutated or somthing cut it, I haven’t seen a single bug in the box so I don’t think it’s that but you never know, and the bigger plant has some issues near the base of its stem, I noticed it before I did the LST and now I’m wondering if I should have addressed that issue before starting the LST. Let me know what you guys think! Dec 2: Walked into the room and noticed a faint smell, wasn’t any smell last night when I started the LST on the slower girl. Further inspection showed some white pistols on the bigger girl, I believe she is the culprit for the smell as the other seems about a week behind. They are both now LST‘d and leaf tucked. Dec 6: I have tied down some of the longer chutes on the bigger plant (will see in week 5 update) to create more airflow and light penetration as I didn’t even realize how bushy the stem and node sections had gotten. I have also cut the chutes coming off the first true leaf. I don’t think I will make any cuts to the smaller one as it’s already a slower growing pheno. Going on a trip starting the end of week secede to late week 8, so I have a automatic feeder coming from Amazon, and I will continue using it through flower to reduce open tent time.

It’s day 43 of flower! All of the plants look great! I’m going to start dialing back the light intensity slowly over the next couple weeks. Harvest time is getting close

10/27: I rearranged the garden today and checked to see if she needed water yet. Nope.. 10/28: I watered her with about 1/4 gallon including terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, and some beastie bloomz because she's a little K deficient. 10/29: She's only stretching about an inch every couple of days..spending more energy on pistils, which is fine by me. Damn she's a hungry one, though! I'm still planning to flush tomorrow with no major nutes, but will give her another little dose of N and a metric shit-ton of P and K once she dries back out. 10/30: I decided not to do a flush and just did a very thorough watering today with added terpinator, bembe, cal-mag, humic acid, myco and bene bacti. I put about a half-gallon through her and let her sit and soak up all the run-off. It should take a few days for her to dry out. 10/31: I checked her moisture level. I'll feed her tomorrow. She's still looking P and.or K deficient despite my attempts to correct it. 11/1: I took her out of the closet and did a little defoliating. I sprinkled a little bat guano on her soil and fed her with about a half-gallon including all the good stuff, including beastie bloomz and full strength Tiger bloom. Surely that'll do the trick... 11/2: She still looks terribly K deficient and I just don't get it..thinking maybe my Ph tester needs recalibration or something. Like, maybe it's just to acidic for the K to be absorbed... I sprayed her thoroughly with boom boom spray and a little tiger bloom today.

After 14 days drying, 7 days hanging and another 7 days on cardboard boxes 📦 at a temp between 61 and 65 degrees F and a humidity between 52-55 % I trimmed all the buds and jar them with Boveda 62. After 2 days in jars ( 16 days from cutting the plant down) I weighed in everything. I got 434g of grade A buds and 685g of Grade B ( perfectly smokable ) buds plus a lot of trim that I didn’t weight. I’m very pleased with everything and I enjoyed every single step along the way. Probably next time I will lollipop/defoliate more aggressively so I can get more top bud and less grade b bud.

Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.
