Day 44 - Today it's time to say sayonara to the undergrowth as I clear away a lot of the fan leaves and make room to further shape the canopy. I took each of the 8 branches that I previously cuffed off to fan leaves, and tied them down into their final resting place - rounding out the final shape of the plant. Hi Growmies, we reached week 9 of blooming and the HighCloudz is almost ready for harvest ✌️I plan to let her bloom for another 7 days at least, and after this I let the trichromes tell me if it's harvest time. My microscope is broken and I'm waiting for a new one to arrive. So hopefully I have the chance to do a closer inspection in a few days. Apart from my mistake in nutrition in week 6 and 7 I'm very happy with this round. The buds look delicious and covered with resin. Can't wait to get a taste 😍 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Allright! I received my new microscope in the mail and checked out the trichromes. Turns out a lot of them are still transparant. Just goes to show that it's dangerous to rely on the brown pistils to determine if the plant is ready for harvest. And the funny thing is that she's forming new calyxes again. We will have to see if she's ready for harvest by the end of this week. And if not I just give her another week to reach her full potency 👊

This week she got the works.😎👍 going for max buds. Had to put sand in so i could kill of the little black fly's that lived in her soil...and the soil of the other plants. Got rid of them for 80%! The grow is going great for my first time however I have made a lot of mistakes up to this point but the Gurlz are still thriving.

We’re now fully in production mode!🔥 The stretch is definitely done, and she’s putting all her energy into bud development. The trichomes are multiplying nicely, and the smell is becoming more and more intense, fresh lemon with a subtle sweet twist.🍋🍬 The bud structure is quite different from what I’m used to, more airy and elongated, kind of sativa-like. Curious to see how this one finishes up. Still healthy, still cruising, let’s see what next week brings!

Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

The grow went amazing started off what was supposed to be a auto GSC strain but didn’t auto flower which is no issue at all so went ahead an let her veg out an get the lst done that i wanted done on her she was showing pistils by week 8 veg letting me know she wanted to flower but some areas had a bit of catching up to do which turned out amazing. Got almost all the branches the same size to produce equivalent bud sizes throughout the whole canopy. During flower stage 2 weeks in started giving her a Pk boost of incredible bulk 1/2tsb per gallon. An did the GSC so good for flower stage she bulk up nice an the trichomes came in heavy. Total wet weight came in at 2.5lb stump was 1.5in circumference. I will update with finish photos an how the smoke was after cure. GSC currently being cured with love 63% Rh at 70 degrees temp.
