At this point, I water the roots to take off the rest of the fertilizers I used. I think it gives better flavor and you don't smoke the residues. The plant start to use its reserves to be almost done.

Starting to see some real good growth. Everyone is looking real gree. I think next week calls for a session of LST. Still only using water with BioTabs. Not issues. Tenet is pretty hot at 27C and dry at 27%rh... Ruff but it's what I got

What a week. First off these girls are way to damn small to be 8 f'n weeks in. But I've delt with about 2 weeks of very hot weather eary on. The water temp got up to 85 that I know of. So it fried the roots. I discovered hydrogen peroxide little to late but it has helped. I really thought I was gonna lose a couple this week but they are doing much better. I got my new grow tent lights in. Using them on the main grow room until I get the other new light built but thatbwont be for some time. The other light is almost done. I've got the new pvc pipe frame made. Yaya I know cheap. But hey that's why I did it. I just ordered to more light setups. That puts me at $300 for this light alone. But damn it is so Brite. Right now with just 6 lights on high its at 283watts. I'm adding 2 more that should put me around 376 Watts for a 5x5. These are the large cog legs. I have 3500 wave length ones. I also built a cloner. Shout out to @icanthc for one of his videos that gave me the inspiration to build my own with improvements. I've had bad luck with clones so far so I hope this will help. I'm going to cut down CDG#2. She so damn far behind. I will get 3 cloned out of her. Fingers crossed.

Week 2.

Both plants looks pretty but they are showing some yellow/brown spots on fan leaves, so i guess the nutrients are too strong and decided to give them half of the recomendation. Also added some Hesi Boost hoping it is a good idea. Just now i can feel their smell, it is nice but not strong. I have no clue about when to harvest them but it seems like at least two weeks more. 😸

Day 77 i turned off the lights at 10 pm Friday and started my ice water flush and 48 hrs of darkness. i have not done ice water flush before, the theory is that the harsh cold forces the plant to build more trichomes to better prepare for pollination its an easy thing to do and takes no extra time so why not try it the water ppm is 435 and the first round run off was 1139 ppm second round of flush 789 ppm. the reason for 2 rounds of flush is in the first flush round the nute's latch onto the water and the second washes them away. i wait 15-20 min between flushes. that's it for today's update keep your stick on the ice Day 78 not much to say really water ppm is at 435 and runoff of round one for the day is 621 i will update with round 2 in an hr. UPDATE: ok so round 2 leaves it at 521 ppm Day 79 ok ppl this is the last day before harvest no water just ice ( i know it melts but its not much water lol ) oddly after over 48 hrs in the dark i have seen no change in the color of the plant it does not matter but i was hoping lol i took some pics for your viewing pleasure

Day 106. Girls starting to finish. Smellish, crystally, but buds are small and airy. If no thirps or molasses issues my heart would be singing now, but it is as it is. 2 skunks are really great, think 3 cheeses are okeish, but far from my targets and plans .... Anyway, final weight will cheer me up or totally crush ... ;))) Two more weeks left, at least 10 days till chop. No nutes , all feeding was finished last week. Happy Growing !!

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! I was extremely happy with this grow. I was aiming for 1 lbs and I achieved 1.43 lbs total. The strain is a simple grow for anyone that can keep the environment on point. They are susceptible to pests, so a bit of previous experience in treating bugs is a plus. There seems to be either a rogue strain or a very special pheno within my garden. One plant showed a deep purple color starting in week 5 of flower. It grew out to some stanky and solid golf ball sized colas. Im keeping this stuff separate for the cure, as it is exotic looking and smokes like a dream. The Scroggernaut performed well. I was initially concerned that I would have issues trying to grow a scrog next to a free form. However, keeping diligent on the LST/HST right through midway flower made sure that the canopies were fairly level, and no ladies went missing valuable lumens, and none got light burnt. All in all, the Scroggernaut worked well and allowed me the flexibility of moving unscrogged plants, and with the extra space, made for easy watering of the scrogged plants. Harvest results: Plant 1 = 246g wet, dried to 64g Plant 2 = 345g wet dried to 103g Plant 3 = 338 g wet dried to 93g Plant 4 = 256g wet dried to 64g Plant 5 = 248g wet dried to 63g Plant 6 = 240g wet dried to 75g Plant 7 = 330g wet dried to 91g Plant 8 = 302g wet dried to 88g Improvements for next round include: 1) Increasing grow room size 2) Will raise the height of the scrog by 6 inches or so to help with comfort during watering 3) Will likely run Hempy buckets next to soiless mix and compare the growth rates 4) Will grow 1 extra week in veg I want to thank the GrowDiaries community, and especially the creators of the site for allowing me to share my grow with the world. Light hitting with around 1000 PPFD She is looking beautiful! Smell is getting realy intense. Plant training did its job - many same size Buds with same quality. One of my favourite grows so far!

Chopped the second Frostbanger after a week's flush. As you can see from the pics she is a beauty. Very good leaf to bud ratio will be easy to trim. Smell is strong. Next up will be the gorilla zkittles. Which is the biggest in the tent by far. But it's taking a while to ripen up. Then that's just leaves 1 frostbanger which I planted a couple weeks after the rest. The Frostbangers are just like photoperiods. Even for F3s they have been very stable. I can't wait to try the F8 banana purple punch 😳. This will be the last update unless I decide to add a week for the plant that's behind. Which also looks very good. If not I'll do a review and give the final weight in the next update. Very happy with this run. 🌱❄️💨
