Hey now, another great week for the ladies. I got the final toppings completed this morning on Day 35, so each of the mainlines has 8 mains, and I will just do some LST for the next two weeks, and then flip to flower. It has been taking me 6 weeks to build the mainlines, so happy to get it done in 5 weeks this run. I'm still feeding CalMag, and GH Maxi Grow veg nutes. Stardawg is looking like a star ⭐️.. really happy and healthy plant.. looking at it I can confirm it will be the most yielding plant of this run.. buds are big, fat and smelling that sativa that I love.. can’t wait to finish it ✨

It's time to start a new selection! In this growing cycle I will select 1-2 mothers that will become part of my personal genetics collection :) Unlike other cycles in which I use organo-mineral fertilization, in this cycle I will use pure minerals from the Athena line. I have heard a lot of good things about this line of fertilizers and I can't wait to try them.

Since this week is the first with 3 plants in inside the tent and Amnesia 2 has an urgend light stress problem, she switches places with Amnesia 1. We also thought of some new intuitiv names for the plants. The new order and names are now: Long Girl (Amnesia 2) - right side Middleman (Amnesia 1) - middle The Dwarf (Amnesia 3) - left side Even though Long Man doesnt look as happy leafe-wise, the problem got a little better with not as many neawly infected ones. Unluckily she doesnt have as many leaves anymore and the buds at the top look a little naked. Never the less bud growth looks the best out of all plants we think, which is suprising. Middlemans leafs turnt a little yellow-ish, so she got some more nutrigen-rich fertilizer. This helped already, with new growth having a darker green. Great news. She looks good and healthy overall. Buds looks nice aswell. Dwarf plant is kinda just existing. It seems like she is just happy in life and doesnt have as high standards. Growth is not as fast, but she also doesnt really do any work, which is fine. Buds on all 3 plants are very sticky and have a great aroma already.

🌱 Animal Mints — Week 6 From Seed (≈ Week 2 Flower / Pre-Flower Phase) Quick Recap for New Readers This run includes multiple Animal Mints plants, all treated similarly, but we’re mainly cataloging two reference plants to clearly show how timing affects structure and development: • Plant A → 12/12 from seed • Plant B → ~15 days under 16/8 veg, then flipped to flower Same genetics, same room, same feeding — different timelines. That’s the whole experiment. ⸻ Plant A vs Plant B — Why Two Plants? • Plant A (12/12 from seed) • More compact • Slower early structure • Responds very well to gentle leaf bending and light training • Still stretching and stacking nicely • Plant B (short veg period) • Bigger frame • More developed branching • Further along in flower at the same “seed age” • Took light cleanup / lollipopping better This small veg window made a huge difference in structure and flower progression, and that’s exactly why we’re documenting both. ⸻ ✂️ Canopy Work (No Heavy Defoliation) This week we did selective leaf removal, not a true defoliation: • Opened airflow and light paths • Removed shaded or blocking leaves • Light lollipopping on Plant B only • Plant A kept mostly intact, just leaf bending and spacing Goal wasn’t stress — it was space, airflow, and efficiency. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day Temp: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on height & position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm (now stabilizing around 909 ppm) As outside temps stayed cooler, the room naturally became its own heat source: • Increased plant mass • Higher light intensity • Under-canopy lighting added No forced heaters. No extremes. Just letting the system balance itself. 🌬️ Airflow • Vortex extraction • Multiple cross-flow fans • Constant gentle movement No leaf chaos — just steady motion. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks a clear transition phase. • EC: ~2.4 • pH: 6.5 (transitioning down — all feeds now 6.0+) Why Higher pH Right Now? As plants move into flower, nutrient demand shifts: • Better Ca / Mg uptake • Stronger phosphorus & potassium availability • Root activity increases Slightly higher pH at this stage supports structural growth and flower formation, especially under higher light and CO₂. Harvest day for Grand Daddy Purple Auto! I did a wet trim & that really exposed her bud structure & Wow she is just a beauty! Definitely a great genetic. Her buds are heavy, dense and frosty. Purple beast! Hope my pictures do her justice. Super happy with one!!!! I'll update again after drying.😁😎😋

22/10 - 10l, Nute water top up. 1.5ml CalMag, 1.5ml Grow, 15ml Bloom. 23/10 - Ph raised. 10l water top up. Seems shes just almost doubled her water uptake overnight. Bit of defoliation. Next time Im getting a bigger tent. Its an absolute bastard to get to anything underneath or at the back at the moment, but she seems to be bulking up. Just noticed a tiny brand new sprout right at the base of the plant. Dunno if I should chop or let nature find its way! 25/10 - 10l water top up.
