Coming sooo.

I originally had applied to Green House Seed Co.'s Taste of the USA Contest here on Grow Diaries. Turns out I was ineligible but the good folks at GHS still had the big hearts to send me seeds anyway. So big ups to them for hooking this grower up. Welcome to the Sea of Fire 🔥 For this grow were using the Dark Phoenix seeds that GHS sent to me to create a Sea of Green. I've got 8 plants in 8 1L pots. I've decided to use Black Swallow's living soil for this grow so we won't need to add anything but water for the first 3 weeks or so. Our goal for this grow is to have these girls ready for harvest in about 20 weeks which will bring us to the beginning of November 2021. If all goes according to plan these firey buds should be filling my friends stockings this Christmas.

It was easy to harvest she was very small jut cut it quickly without stalks the wet weight is 17 g of the buds, nicely coated with THC and it was approx 70% milky and 40% amber trichomes. Hopefully good time to be harvested. This site has changed can not update and edit the comment section. The smoke is nice it is kind of relax and strong high. Not the best but not bad at all. I like it.

This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. Day 43 veg. These two girls are finally starting to get their feet planted and growing. I have been a little worried that having to hold the. back as I did the room upgrade and waiting for their NFT set up. C Banana has grown a lot of new growth Thisbweek and been stretching upward . I have been softening their stems and bending in the same place to encourage a nice thick repair and knuckle. I am planning to quadline them out and maybe a few 6-lined . The monster has been going well too. she is quite bushy now so hopefully will be a many headed beasty. The room is all set for the move to their NFT know so hopefully be in tomorrow and flipped in about 2 weeks time all being well.

This week is full of stretch, and unfortunately didn't train early enough. Instead of toping now, used Budclips to bend the main cola but didn't seem to do much. Yellowing on lower leaves so increasing nutrient dosage a bit. The Gorilla strains seem to always be more hungry for nutrients

Strawberry AK A bit more reserved, but steady and healthy. Chicken & Waffles Stands out with its narrower leaves, otherwise just as stable. ? Weather is getting a bit better this week. Almost no rain anymore and much more sun comparing to last week. Blueberry Ghost OG and Kali AK still don't want to start flowering, but they slowed down from growing taller at least, so there are hope of they to start flowering soon (hopefully).

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Thanks for all the support & help along the way & happy growing friends!🤙🏼✌️🏼🌱 Update on 1st plant - dry weight 42g, still smelled pretty Earthy when I put it in the jar but the smell is definitely coming out now, extremely sticky & frosty buds❄️: 1:🏼🙏🏼 Update - plant 2 Dry weight was 40 grams! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! DFIe Buds entwickeln sich sehr gut :) diese Woche war relativ enbtspannt da ich hauptsächlich nur Gießen musste und das ein oder andere Sonnensegel entfernt habe damit ausreichend licht auf alle Buds fällt allerdings bin ich damit leider noch nicht fertig :)

She looks very good and healthy,however she started flower with a very small size,I thought she was gonna be a little bigger at least but regardless of that,she's such a beauty and smelling very good so far,I'm excited about this strain. Let's see how she performs guys!

- Day 59 A new week already! Buds are fluffing up nicely, they look like they are getting very dense. There is some more leaves yellowing, which is clearly because of N deficiency. Hopefully that bio-grow boost I gave her yesterday will get her a bit greener again soon. I've been trying to go more gentle with the bio-grow this run because my previous grow has dark clawing leaves tips all over at the end of the grow, as I was giving too much. But it seems like now I was giving too little. 😬Note to self: next grow start with lower doses like this grow, but build up when stretch starts to happen. Day 61 Pot was dry again, right on time! Gave her 2.6L today (6.4 ph) containing Calmag, bio-grow, bio-bloom & top-max. Did some light defoliation, mostly got rid of the yellow leaves. Those buds are really fattening up now! Day 62 I lowered the lights down a bit, as the leaves seem to be able to take it. Lowered it down to 29cm, top buds are now getting a bit over 1000 PPFD Day 64 She is still drinking a lot, pot was dry again. Gave her 2.1L today containing bio-grow, bio-bloom, top-max, bio-heaven, alg-a-mic & acti-vera. Day 65 Looking good! I can tell the buds are very dense when I gave them a squeeze. Gonna try and make my first trichome pics as we go towards the final weeks.

Poly Harvest 622g lost about 3g to bud rot as one bud was about to go south due to all the wet assed weather lately. good thing we got her today. Easy trim Wow did winter ever get here fast. Snow this weekend so everything is chopped. Busy busy day Not sure how to amend the harvest to include Zona - 445 grams wet but do what I can She did well and in the end was healthier than Poly. Very slight point of bud rot (cold and wet) perhaps one gram affected. Will update dry weight as I may BTW the dog in the video is named Mater and he loves cannabis, he hangs around when I harvest and eats any leaves I discard. No hes a good dog leaves the plants themselves alone :) Zona 167 grams dry I am good with that on a plant almost cut down lost a few grams to bud rot nothing remarkable given the weather

This week still raining......... Fertilizer this week 1) Monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4) 45.7 grams with 500 ml of water + Mono-ammonium phosphate (NH4H2PO4) 45 grams with 500 ml of water. Mix both together and use only 5 ml per liter of water. 2) General root stimulants 1 ml per liter of water. 3) 4 eggs mixed with 1 tablespoon brown sugar + 4 tablespoons curd. Mix together.then lived it for 1week .Then used 2.5 ml per 1 liter of water. 4) Calcium nitrate {Ca (NO3) 2} 3.5 grams, mixed with 1 liter of water, set aside. Prepare a mixture of 3.5 grams of magnesium sulfate and 3.5 grams of boric acid mixed in 1 liter of water. Then mix all 2 liters of liquid The ratio used to put plants is 3-5 ml per 1 liter of water. 5) EDTA chelate 1 ml per 1 liter of water. 6) 0.5 grams of amino acids per 1 liter of water. 7) Bat manure.
