PID Temperature Controller IPB-16S

INKBIRD IPB-16S is a pre-wired PID temperature controller designed for home brewing and other liquid-temperature applications. It uses a 10 kΩ NTC probe with a 6.5 ft (2 m) cable and offers a control range of −50 to 125°C (−58 to 257°F) with ±0.1°C (±0.2°F) accuracy and 0.1° resolution. The heating outlet is driven by an optically isolated solid‑state relay, while a separate pump outlet can be switched independently. Rated 15 A at 120 V AC (and 12 A at 220 V AC), the metal-cased unit provides front-panel HEAT and PUMP buttons, PV/SV LED displays, and PID autotune/on‑off modes. Typical uses include mash or RIMS control and sous‑vide. Operating environment is −10 to 55°C without freezing or condensation.
