Distance light and incorpare hps/mh Ik ontdekte dat mijn led echt 125 watt is, kan ik het 20 cm boven de planten plaatsen? Ook vond ik een 250 watt hps/mh kit in mijn huis, moet ik die lamp ook installeren als de zaailingen groter zijn?

How did you get so many roots?, i feel that my plants take a lot of time to colonize with roots, any advice?
