Rated at 212 CFM (about 360 m³/h), it maintains fresh air exchange while helping stabilize humidity and CO2. Dual ball bearings support any mounting orientation, and the motor box detaches for cleaning. Noise is rated at 27 dBA. The fan body measures 7.48 × 11.89 × 6.93 inches (19.0 × 30.2 × 17.6 cm). Model AI‑CLH4 integrates with the UIS ecosystem and can be paired with optional smart controllers for app‑enabled automation.
