Very happy with this one - excellent yield and some seriously dense buds. This is the best of the bunch for Sweet Seeds this year. Seems to handle the heat okay. Dried out to 47g - a decent weight considering the effort poured into it. Handled the nutrients perfectly fine. Diary lost a week because of the harvest - this was harvested after 9 weeks from seed to harvest. Damned fast strain :)

I've grown Sweet Gelato before and am familiar with this strain. It's a very smooth smoke with an earthy, woody taste. It also has a hint of citrus which is very pleasant. It's definitely potent and produces a very relaxed body high. Overall a great strain!

This cultivar grew vigorously and beautifully, I was very happy with her she responded to training and feeding with no issue. She ended up with a strong sweet pungent odor at the end of flower and that same aroma has stayed the first week into curing!👌 I can definitely recommend this cultivar she yielded the second most in the tent and was a stunner too while growing and she produced nice and tight buds that were very easy to trim and ended up being very dense so I am very satisfied!!🙌

This strain was very easy to grow. It was essentially on autopilot for the final few weeks. I love Sweet Gelato and will definitely be growing again.

Wow! what an easy strain to grow. And the yields were great with lots of dense, dank, and fat buds glistening with trichomes. Excellent breeding Sweet Seeds!😀

welcome to the end of the road for this amazing grow. We will cover some characteristics, grow process and overall thoughts on the strain. -=-=-The Strain-=-=- 5th Generation autoflowering strain. Autoflowering version of one of the most powerful and famous American lines, coming from the San Francisco Bay (California): Gelato (Sunset Sherbet x Girl Scout Cookies “Thin Mint”) is one of the most appreciated exponents of the Cookies family, featuring excellent aroma and high production of THC . In order to introduce the autoflowering genes in Sweet Gelato Auto®️ (SWS76) we used our Killer Kush Auto®️ (SWS56) which was itself developed with OG Kush genetics . The result is an autoflowering genetic featuring sweet and fruity aroma with a strong Kush presence, including earthy and woody tones leaning to dried fruit (hazelnuts) and soft touches of mint and citrus. This plant develops dense buds with high production of big-sized trichomes. -=-==-The Grow process=-=-=-=- The process went pretty smooth. she germinated on 22nd of Oct and after 1 week she had 3 sets of leaves. by week 5 she was ready for flowering and i placed a net on her to keep her from growing taller. During the first 3 weeks of flowering she did her own thing -- Most of that time she was on automatic watering system and we were off to a vacation. At the end of week 3 I pluck most of the fan leaves that are old and ready to fall. this in return, provides more light coverage and penetration of the foliage. The following weeks of flowering focused on getting the right colors and fattening up the buds. At the end of flowering week 6 i noticed something different, this plant is not a regular plant. she is purple and red, most of the pictures seen so far were greenish. i knew there is a winner here... In the last weeks of flowering she had tap water with 6.5 Ph and nothing else. Overall, I think growing this strain is beneficial in regards of time, quantity and quality ratio. Germination until chopping day = 105 days. -=-=-The Rest-=-=--=- The plant was chopped and only had small clean ups (large fan leaves and some sticks). Then placed on a rack in a dark room with 45%RH and 21C for a period of 9 days. The room smelled sweet and pungent. the flowers were cleaned up and then jarred. I burped the jars every other day for 1 week and cured them for 2 months. The buds are large, purple colored and smell very sweet and earthy

Sweet Gelato was a blast to grow. It's definitely one of the most beautiful plants that I've grown. It's leaves were as perfect as they could be. It's overall a beautiful and tasty strain with an awesome smell.

Like the buds on this one, tight and very sticky just how we like them. Buds got this strong smell to them, good to smoke at any time of the day just got to be careful since it's strong stuff. Personally like to smoke them buds using the bong, kind of weed that makes you look at the bowl twice before taking it. Will be growing her again in a bigger pot, a must grow.

The grow was very easy,I followed my schedule and really didn't have any issues..week 8 I noticed the leaves yellowing,I now know it was because of root bound in 2 gallon pots...My bad...The yield was 33 grams of dense,hard bud..The plants dried for 5 days an are now curing...The weed taste was creamy,frozen yogurt taste with hints of citrus and a sweet taste...I was surprised at how smooth the smoke was for only drying for 5 days..I would grow this strain again minimum 5 gallon pot...I already bought a bigger tent...

Very difficult beginning, was about to give up, but hanks to the encouragement It was worth following and even more this strain has been very resilient and once I've corrected errors (the one I could) It has been easy and I can't imagine how it would have been with a good start. As far as I can tell, very strong smell with a strong lemon odor. I cut today, so can't say anything about smoke test, but I'll be back ;)
