Buddha's Sister from Soma Seeds is the tall-lanky offspring of Reclining Buddha and Afghani Hawaiian, a mostly indica (about 80/20) that became an Amsterdam coffeeshop favorite after Soma renamed his Soma Skunk V+ cut. In the garden it throws many side branches and open, resinous calyx stacks, making it happier as a multi-branch plant than a tight sea-of-green. Indoors expect roughly 450-550 g/m2 in 56-70 days of bloom; outdoors, well-grown plants can top 600-800 g per plant with heights around 100-140 cm inside and 160-220 cm outside. Tart cherry-candy notes lead the flavor, shaded by flowery woods and a faint sour bite; dominant terpenes typically lean to caryophyllene, myrcene, and limonene. Potency lands in the modern sweet spot, with THC commonly 18-22% and CBD low (generally under 1%). The high is reported as creative and cerebral on the front end with a calm, happy body tone that settles in without heaviness, a profile echoed by its parent mix. Dense, greasy trichomes and a mold-resistant, looser bud structure made the cut popular with hashmakers, and the line has collected cup hardware over the years, including a High Times Cannabis Cup podium finish. Expect vigorous performance in soil or hydro and a bright, clean finish in the jar.
