Blue Gelato, also known as Blue Gelato #41, Blue 41, and Blue #41, is a delightfully aromatic cannabis strain that has gained quite a following. Its standout feature is its unique, mouthwatering flavor that mirrors a bowl of sweet, mixed berries, making it a hit among those with a sweet tooth. This delightful taste comes from its prestigious lineage, being a cross between DJ Short’s Blueberry, Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. Blue Gelato is an Indica-dominant hybrid, with a 60% Indica and 40% Sativa makeup. Its effects are similarly balanced, offering a blend of cerebral stimulation and physical relaxation. Users often report feeling uplifted and focused, with a gentle, soothing body buzz. With THC levels soaring as high as 25%, it's a strain that packs a punch. Medical marijuana users often turn to Blue Gelato for help with stress, depression, and symptoms of ADD/ADHD. Growers will be pleased to know that Blue Gelato is a high-yielding plant, with the potential for an impressive harvest. It thrives in warm, sunny climates or indoors and has a flowering time of around 8-9 weeks. The buds are dense and frosty, with a deep green color and vibrant purple hues, a visual treat that hints at its potent, flavorful kick.
