Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Venga familia, que actualizo la 8 semana de floración de estas Kritical. Ya se ven en la recta final , falta madurar un poco más, yo creo que con 10,14 días estarían ya apañadas pero decir es aproximar. Ya se realizó el lavado de raíces, y aparte llevan una semana ya solo con agua. La verdad que hasta aquí estoy contento con el resultado hasta ahora. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2204 girls and they're on a roll!When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and as they get bit bigger I may give topping, one or both, some consideration... we'll see! 12/21- Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. They're both doing fantastic with good color and vigor! They're not very tall and judging by their leaf shape and overall structure I'd say they are definitely leaning towards the Indica side of the gene pool! I'm holding off on deciding whether or not to top them, but will make a decision in the next couple of days! Everything is coming along nicely. I had some major hiccups in early flower that will probably be detrimental to my yield but at least now I know better. The two blackberry breath plants are by far the best plants in the tent. The garlics aren’t filling out like I was hoping they would and the I don’t think the cheese is going to fill out either. Getting some good terps but it’s just so airy. The slurricane looks ridiculously frosty and has some beautiful gas terps but she’s a runt, isn’t going to yield much and the powdery mildew is getting worse. I’m going to rearrange the plants in the tent to see if the pm is being caused by cold night temps or genetics. I gave one last synthetic feed to everything. I might give one more half strength depending on how done they look around day 48. I see some nice purpling and fading start. I started a new round of seeds for my next run. I’m popping the rest of the blackberry breath’s and some other random beans I had lying around. Check out my other diary if your curious. I went ahead and gave them a lil bit of voodoo just one watering with it. I am doing leaf tucking or leaf breading whenever I see possible. They all seem to like it especially #1 and #3.😊

this week the plants have started flowering and I notice that the two that previously were more leafy are yellowing I try to increase the fertilizer slightly and see if they settle but everything else seems fine to me

Got everything hung up. Stripped the fan leaves and broke down into sections. Run 60/60 or as close as i can get until the stems snap.

Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully 👍. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately 👍. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned. ******* Week 7 Flower - October 31 to Nov 6, 2020, Days 43 to 49 ********* This was flush week.......hurry the hell up and flush week!!!!!😃 This strain is an 8 week strain!! She was close to ready at the end of the week, Day 49. Start your flush week 6......I waited for week 7 thinking she would go 9 weeks. Gave them two doses fo Flawless Finish and 10 gallons of water each. Cant do much more than that🤞👍 She is a sticky girl........move any leaves around and you find out just how much😃 These are some nice Freakin looking buds!!!!!! Beautiful colours and so frosty all the way down the fan leaves........so pissed off at myself because I missed her flush timming.....there are some beautiful purples and yellows in this strain that I missed!☹️ Little more detail....... Nov 1/20, Day 44 - Heavy flush day today. - 32L of tap water with 180oom and 5.7pH going into the girls. - runoff numbers for the girls were both pretty close to the same at 185ppm and 6.3pH. - last 3.5L of flush contained Flawless Finish @ 2ml/L. - Decided I do need to use a flushing agent with these girls......they are so close to done now!!!!! Nov 3/20, Day 46 - Another flushing agent watering today. - each girl given roughly 5L mixture of half tap water and half RO water with Flawless Finish at 4ml/L - More than I would normally do but feeling a little desperate at this point!!! - I am almost feeling like C472 is close to pulling now........damn.....I need a couple of more days yet so just going to let more go amber and hopefully she will continue to take the water and flush herself. Nov 6/20, Day 49 - 1L of plain water for each girl. 25ppm and 6.2pH. - we are at the finish line.....just keeping the pot moist right now. - they are ready for darkness anytime now........they are......I am not😂 Looking good Apolo.......Trichomes are lots and smells are plentiful👍 They finishing too damn fast though😀😀 Good problems I guess, wish I cut some clones to run her one more time and stop feed at week 5 flower😞

Solid 10 inches of growth this week. Ladies were top dressed with more soil on Thursday night. Also game them a cal-mag boost with some Earth Pods back on Monday. The larger ladies are staying out in the garden, but the more finicky Critical Mass and Charlotte's Angel's are in the small greenhouse.

Installed my new suplimental lights. 440 en 660 nm.

Transplanted into final 5 gal. fabric pits. with LOTS of good root growth. Bottom half of pots are homebrew super soil, with the top half being mix of HPCC promix and worm castings. More to come!

Day 85: First Grow We’re entering a new week, and it’s exciting to see the progress in our first grow. The plants are thriving, and the buds continue to get thicker and frostier. The formation of orange hairs is becoming more pronounced, indicating that we're on the right track. This week, we’ve decided to order a microscope to monitor trichome development more closely. Additionally, we're considering adding CANNAZYM to our feeding regimen to support bud growth and overall plant health. Let’s keep pushing forward and make this a successful grow!

Did some defol and a little Lollipoping this week to get light to the lower budsites. The Ethos cookies Rbx are my favorite's so far this run, they stacking up like crazy👌 The Rosso Corsa, so far so good not stacking as nice as the Cookies, but she a verry sweet smelling stinky one, can't wait on this one Gorilla Breath, this is the one i did the most devol/lollipoping on, this little girl was bushy AF. ( excuse my French ) gonna keep a close eye on her this week deu to her Gorilla line-up ( Herm sensitive ) i might have went a bit to hard on her, time will tell. Rock on Growmies 💚
