Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. Iβ€˜m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

Hi all πŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎ Welcome to my πŸŒπŸ’œπŸ‘Š week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride πŸ™πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’š Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. Both are still stretching, buds are gaining in size and both girls started exploding with trichomes, Thank you all again for such amazing support πŸ™peace and love brothers and sisters βœŒοΈπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’š Stay tuned for new week update πŸ˜‰πŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎβœŒοΈπŸ’š

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow roomπŸ˜‚ & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Thanks for stopping by.. Please hit the like button if you like what you see and ill be sure to check you out too Growmies 🌱 Week 4 of flower that week were things are starting to look gooood, i really hope the stretching has stopped because as you can see they are over 5 foot now absolutely insane 🀣🌱 I must say these Royal Queen seeds are on another level and a have been rapid all the way through… can’t wait to try there more dominant Indica strains, Just added a Co2 Bag and wacked the FC3000 up to 100% Temps around 24-28 βœ… Humidity around 50-70 ❌ Struggling a bit to keep the humidity down so will add a small dehumidifier this week, Need to lose alot of foliage but dont want to shock to much as this stage so just removing where essential, But overall happy how things are moving πŸ‘

15/08/18 - all looking good got loads of roots piercing out the sides of the smart pot , I’m thinking of adding cannazyme soon to break up all the dead roots etc, I’m feeding them the usual tonight and 2 litres each πŸ’§and I’m done with LST now im just gonna let them start to stretchπŸ™πŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» 17/08/18 - saw some weird marks on a leaf or two this morning and then later on it look like the pic above, it’s only happening on older leaves it’s not affecting any new growth, I’m out of grow questions so any help would be grear ✌️🏻 20/08/18 - just watered them with the above ☝️🏻 All looking good think I’m half way through the stretch so I’ve started to add some canna boost to the solution , probably gonna do some LST later on this week.

Continued working on the mainlining structure. This week I performed a selective defoliation to remove leaves blocking the inner structure and improve airflow. I also applied some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep them level while the manifold continues to develop. No heavy stress this week, just fine tuning and letting the plant recover and grow evenly 🌱

Hello, Green gelato, she's growing very very vigoreous. As the entering date is still a long way to go(15 july), and she will be joined by the Durban prison, there is like a lot of space to fill one's they get in the tent(150Γ—120). Now she's bended, and allready into the final container(No soil, just to have a bending that suits the final pot) and I continue doing LST until they enter the tent. Taking a quick look at the bottom of the gelato, roots are growing out of the bottom, so thats allmost ready for the final transplantation. 9liters to 43liters? Thats it for this week Grow safe πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)
