Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Wow these girls are just powering. The smell is just intoxicating 🤤 Dinamed is starting to darken up, loads of frost and starting to stack nicely. Purple orange totally smell of orange peels, not going as well as the Dinamed but the huge mutant buds look amazing Won’t be a massive yield from these two but will be able to get some great oil from them Also added some shooting powder from house and garden which is meant to add to the flowering cycle so keen to see if it makes much difference Anyone used and recommend?? its day 35 since sproud and surag black rose is looking very good. grows the fastest looks the healthiest. Also trained her with the bending clips to make the branches stronger. I collected leave mold from the surrounding woods. a lot of white fungy hopefully usefull mycoriza.

Took the 3 other plants out side, 2 out in the country one in my backyard. So she has full range of the tent just switched from 14-10. So the stretch should start soon :) oh and I dont water it daily just when it drys usually 2days.

With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.

Week 5 is here and not really a whole lot going on except she is growing a lot and there are lots of pistils. I hope she gets more than 30g that would be cool. I did notice a small tree like coming off the fan leaves when I trimmed them but other than that I don't smell anything, yet! Through this experience I think I prefer photos to autos but I'm still learning and there is lots to learn, I could change my mind. Happy growing friends

This diary is going to be a day by day if I keep up. Unless I am on vacation I will take pictures every day. Sorry for some of the potato quality pics earlier on. After week 2 or so I'm going to only take pics with my camera flash. The first image is about a day after sprouting. No pictures for the pineapple for the first week as I wasn't sure if it was going to grow or perish. It must have had a mild root infection but it has won the battle against it as of now and is doubling in size daily after a week of not doing much. I am using a uv light in the reservoir. My method is using 3-D printer root sprayers to pump water directly to the roots, I also have an air stone in each 5 gallon bucket. I have an overflow on each bucket to drain the water back into the reservoir. I positioned the buckets on top of chairs to let gravity do its thing there. Humidity has been fine lately so I am not using the dehumidifier. Future grows I will get a controller to turn the dehumidifier on if needed. I wanted to clone these but realized it's not good to do with autoflowers so I have ordered regular feminized purple haze and cbd blueberry for my next grow. Stay tuned!

Vegetative state week 4. Going strong, making roots chase the water and going to do a little high stress training instead of filming this time I’m going to just grab the main stock bend pinch ,laid over to get those side branches thrusting.

I fed a 50 50 mix of gaia green all purpose and bloom on july 12th, I Just fed another 50/ 50 mix. Still kinda early in flower so shes gonna stretch more and need that nitrogen. Bubba kush plants are 6feet 2 inches 1 week into flower! I treated all plants with los cost plant protector 7ml -900 mill water. Going to do this weakly to keep a powdery mildew free grow and not bring pests into flower.
