The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Kicked cup over a little when watering and the seed moved to the side. Don’t really know if I should be concerned about where in the cup it sprouted, also noticed a little discoloration in the leaves turning a little purple ish, so I decided to put a heat mat in the tent and move the light a little closer at night to combat the cold also put heat mat back in tent

Hello This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The plants are starting to put on some weight now... and the resin is flowing. I like it when the resin is visible on the edges of the top fan leaves too. Those plant always have more resin.... Still got a month to go. I like to flower for 10 weeks. Smelling strong in here now.... Sweet Candy Floral Cookies... Yeah Smells Good!!! 😃 OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

First day In soil...

Hello everyone :-) A lot has happened this week 🤗. It has developed very nicely and its roots have exploded properly 😍. It is also slowly becoming lighter, since it has obviously been slowly consuming its nutrients from the soil :-) That is why it was repotted today, mixing 2 g per liter. soil Green House Powder Feeding Bio Grow between the soil. Then everything was mixed and distributed well, and the plant used. I hope that's the little shortcoming is quickly picked up :-) When watering, 1.5 g of enhancer per liter was added :-) Unfortunately I noticed too late that I didn't take any pictures of the root ball while repotting 🤦‍♂️🏻. I look forward to seeing how it evolves this week. Above all, I am excited to see how she is doing with the Green House Powder Feeding BioGrow , as I have been used to mixing everything for each wash separately 😊. During the course of this week I will also spontaneously decide whether I will give her an LST, topping fimming, etc., since I have to see how I am in the vegi phase, because the Cup has a limited time 😁. This week, my Titans are sleeping in a cooler dark room until harvest. So for your viewing pleasure, I've loaded some videos made of the Titans during there time with me. I'm wondering what to serve at my Queens Tea Party... I made some butterscotch pistachio bars and modified the recipe for less sugar. 😋 We experimented with topping the bars with black cherry spread, orange marmalade and a mango jelly. All are very tasty as the bit of sour/tart enhances the butterscotch sweet. A few solar eclipse pics.
