This week I used Canna RHIZOTONIC as a leaf spray instead of only putting it in my feeding for the roots. I have never done that before but i have seen good results when doing it. So now i will switch between Canna Cure and Canna RHIZOTONIC when spraying the plants. Did some LST again and a little Defoliation, i really try to keep the plants as small as i can keep them. Because i don't want them to get higher then my balcony fench. The plants are like 20 cm +- in height and the distance between the top of the plants and the top of the french is 60cm. Since I grow some sativas as well I expect them to grow a lot while in flowering stage, so i have to keep bending them because they can only grow for another 60cm maximum. I also have to clean stuff around the plants to give them some more space lol and might have to make a larger roof or a door, because some rain still rains inside from the side. I hope yall enjoyed :)

At this point in the grow I used some marine cuisine and molasses. I made the mistake of using too much marine cuisine and got some nute burn later on. It was slow release fertilizer that鈥檚 why it took a while to see burn.

First week of flowering went good, had some trouble with my ph meter again, so I ordered a bunch of ph equipment and I鈥檓 gonna start fresh with everything new. Lol sick of second guessing my crappy pens. Plants are staying pretty compact so far, they have started to stretch a little bit but we have only done a few tucks on them. They are either gonna stay short or haven鈥檛 started there main stretch yet, but we are 10 days into flip so they should be stretching by now. Time will tell I guess. Lol I removed a few of the larger guard leaves up top to open up the middle of the plants more to the light. I have around 40000 lux at the top of the netting and they seem to be taking it fairly well. I鈥檓 yet to get my water chiller installed as I鈥檝e been very busy this month and haven鈥檛 had time to finish my DIY video for it. Lol hopefully this week we will get it installed and get our water temps down a little lower. I got some more H2O2 coming soon too so can鈥檛 wait to get using that again, plants just haven鈥檛 been the same without it, but I haven鈥檛 been able to find it reasonably priced anywhere near me in a long time. I am using UC Roots now in its place to keep my res/water clean, but it鈥檚 not as good. H2O2 has extra oxygen on top of keeping things clean, so can鈥檛 wait! Well that鈥檚 it for this week, Cheers馃挩

WEEK 15 - 15/5/2021 - 21/5/2021 16/5/2021 - 2.5ml/L Florakleen mixed with 5 gal of water for each res tank. This will run for 48 hours followed with Neem oil + Chitosan + hydroguard top feeding. 18/5/2021 - I decided to go back to manual top fertigation. Mainly because I've been noticing several leaves on Moby dick and Critical Jack yellowing and older leaves seem to be showing multiple nutrition issues. So the usual diagnosis of nutrient lockout again then. Together with Fungus gnat issue, I think it's best to top fertigate until harvest. Minimal defoliation done and several small lower branches removed for Moby dick plant 4. 19/5/2021 - 10 gal water mixed with the following: Liquid silicon - 1ml/L - 38ml Cal Mag - 2.5ml/Gal - 25ml Micro - 2.5ml/Gal - 25ml Gro - 0.5ml/Gal - 5ml Bloom -4ml/Gal - 40ml Chitosan - 1ml/L - 38ml Hydroguard - 2ml/gal - 40ml Neem Oil - 3ml/L - 114ml pH - 5.9 EC - 1.08 mS/cm T - 25 All 8 pots drenched with the neem oil mix. 20/5/2021 - All 8 pots drenched with the neem oil mix again. Mixing neem oil with other nutrients may not have been a good idea. After a day, the sight and smell is just horrible. Looks like cheese curd floating around. Next time if needed, I'll just water the neem oil separately with the nutrient mix. It was truly a bitch to clean the whole container. So oily and stinky.

It's week five of flowering, and everything is currently going according to plan. The buds are slowly growing bigger and becoming frosty. Once again, Barney's Farm provides top-quality seeds you can rely on.
