This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

De una semana a otra su desarrollo fue muy notorio. Se encuentra perfecta, sin ningún problema. En esta etapa esta teniendo olor a weed muy fuerte. Esta muy resinosa.

She is at day 91 from seed at the time of this writing. I have been flushing her for about 4 days already and will continue to flush for 1 more week. She is changing leaf colors in the spectrum of red, purple, yellow,and orange; a true beauty. I am taking her down next week on day 98 and will let her ripen and give one final push on the bud swell. I also performed backbuilding techniques on the main bud sites which entailed the clipping of the top of my buds ( about 2 cm).The terpines from this plant is amazing. When i touch the flower she feels nice and dense with a smell of lemons, gummy bears, and diesel. She is naturally defoliating nicely although i do pluck off a few dying yellow leaves here and there. I did go through and cut off the smaller "larfy bud producing" branching in order for the plant to concentrate more so on the swelling of the more desirable colas in this final push. So far so good, i would just like to see more of the white pistols go amber, which they have started to do, before i harvest. I did trim and oven bake dry those little popcorn buds i trimmed off and went for a test smoke in some bamboo papers. Although i destroyed the terp flavors by doing so (expected) the high was clear and long lasting, very pleasant with zero couch lock. A decent body stone and mostly a cerebal pleasure. I cut my nephews hair right afterwards and was able to focus....which i like. I only expect the final product to be even better.

RSV11 stretched too much because I didn't have the light on intense enough. Her roots have found the solution. I hope she straightens out this next week with the help on nutrition, and her gaining more strength. Beside the stretching everything is going good. Zweite Woche im Oktober, das Wetter wird immer unbeständiger, die trychome sehen gut aus - Zeit für die Ernte. Ich habe erstmal einige Fächerblätter ohne Harzbesatz entfernt und den Rest zum trocknen aufgehängt. Aufgrund von Platzmangel teils in Umzugskartons und teils im Netz. Nach einer Weile habe ich die Blüten dann vom Stengel getrennt, Manikürt und ins Glas verfrachtet. Aufgrund der Menge war ich bei der Maniküre nicht all zu penibel und habe auch einiges zur späteren Weiberverarbeitung im Eisfach gelagert.

Runtz Muffin has start stretching quickly, I had to add a bamboo stick to avoid problems once the buds get dense. I’m happy with the first days of flowering so far. 1st lollipopping has been done too few days ago to redirect the power in to canopy’s. During this week I’ll add an extra co2 exhale bag to increase the chance of a good day bar buds 🤞🤞🤞🤤🤤

This week it has a very strong smell and the buds are flowering ridiculously fast I believe it willl take at least to the 10 or 11 week mark due to its size but will def be worth the wait this fastbuds strain(greencrack) is my favorite and I will def be buying again.

Featured Grow Gear – WCS2 Substrate Sensor This week, we’re also highlighting part of the grow gear in use—specifically, the WCS2 substrate sensor. This sensor measures: Soil temperature EC levels Water moisture It's currently placed in the Autopots, which are not yet connected. For now, we’re still top-feeding to encourage root expansion. By allowing the roots to reach the bottom of the pots before activating the Autopot system, we ensure they establish a strong foundation for optimal nutrient uptake. We’ll go deeper into this method and why it’s an essential step in the process.
