The three Bruce Banner Autos are each showing their own character this week 😅. #1 is still the champ – so vigorous that I started some LST to open her up. She reacted perfectly and is already taking up a good part of the tent.💪🔥 #2 finally seems to have found her rhythm and is starting to grow more steadily. #3 is still very small with barely any progress compared to her sisters.🐌 They are all growing in their 90×90 tent equipped with the full AC Infinity setup (AI controller, fans, filters) and running under a Spider Farmer SE5000. Conditions are very stable thanks to the climate control: temps around 26–27 °C and humidity steady.🌡️💧 This week they only got RO water + CalMag (Advanced Nutrients). Their first Orgatrex feeding was already given last week.🌿 Overall: Bruce Banner #1 is leading the way, #2 is on the right track now, and #3 still lags behind. Curious to see how they will behave as they move closer to the first signs of flower.👀✨

Last week, instead of 2 g of GHSC Powder Feeding, I only gave 1.5 g p l of substrate so that I can give you another 1 g per l of substrate next week so that it lasts until the end :-). It is developing very well and the buds are starting to grow :-). The week was poured 3 times with 1.1 l each time. once of them GHSC Enhancer was added :-). The bottom shoots have now also been removed :-). As always, the humidifier was refilled every day and the lady was checked for her health. I hope you enjoy the update. Off to the races after the first week of veg. And the girls are looking good. They had about 24-48 hours of transplant shock but have since turned over and look perky. They never fully transitioned and all of em look like they’re turning back around. Definitely starting to see some pheno variation on one of the indicas (F6) - trademark from the Skywalker 100%. A light bluish/purpleish hue on the fan leaves. We’ll see what happens over the next week then probably just pick a day and flip. We don’t need em huge - just big enough to show off dem buds. On the hardware side of this grow, the mods to the dutchy system look to be working well. It just makes plant management easier with a full trough drain as opposed to individual drainage holes. Really, the system isn’t a concern for the most part. It’s proven time and time again how manageable a recirc system can truly be. Scaling down to smaller pots and more plants has also been a revelation of sorts around here. We used to grow monsters and now the aim is strictly proportional yields across a wider array of genetics. Been a great trip so far🤟. Couple more boring weeks of veg. And as soon as the breeding tent is cleaned up and pollen free - it’s go for blast-off👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

Haze is growing like a haze too big lol had to do some supercropping to the main cola was stretching too much for my liking she's bushy finally showing some nice pistols did a big defoliation on the 3 sativa's the haze has got nice node spacing so far and scent is really strong now hash kind of smell .kicked the nutes in full swing added some terpinator,beasty bloom and tiger bloom to kick start the flowering process a bit more and get some beasty buds and using some leftover nutes lol hope it goes well and they handle it Will get some better pics soon ... installed scrogg net to bring down to grapegum level she's throwing pistols out every where hope scrogging this late won't have an effect thanks happy growing guys

Day 57 26/08/24 Monday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. No plagron products as noticed burning again. (I think I'll do a run using advanced. And Plagron. Just to see what's different. ) There all showing great progress!! Divine seeds - auto Overdose, the main bud is so compact and dominant it looks great! The rest are performing well, did a decent fanning of lower two fans that started to turn in colour. Apart from that left them to it ✌️💚 Day 59 28/08/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only today, 400ml with little to no run off. Day. 61 30/08/24 Friday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron products. Picture and videos coming tonight 🤯👀✌️💚 Day 63 01/09/24 Sunday (End of week) De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag. Notes on plant structures , bud structures, leaf density. - Auto critical orange punch - Xmas tree shape, main colar nice and thick. Side arms - doing with LST next time would provide more decent tops. Strong structure, big fans, but bud to leaf ratio is high! Compact ball shaped buds so far. - Orange Bud - she Climbs! Tall, Long structure, I would top this strain next time, with LST next time again she would provide alot more tops. She has an even leaf to bud ratio, but the buds look fire already and there only just forming! Getting hues of blue on calyxes. Taller buds. - Auto Melonade Runtz - Another Xmas tree shape, ideal for LST, main colar bud is impressive, she just wants to stack. Leaf to bud ratio is even again, bud the buds are forming tall, with pistils firing everywhere. - Auto Overdose Wow, compact short autoflower, with a powerful punch! She is dense!! Fanse are even, thick, and balanced. Leaf to bud, even. Bud formations - dense boulders already, like mini hedgehogs. I would definitely do a SOG with these 🤩

420Fastbuds FBT2312/Week2 Weekly update for these 2. I started seeing some rust spots so I decided to add a little General Hydroponics Calimagic at 0.25tsp/gal to my feed. So far seems to stop. I also decided to start a very light dose of nutes General Hydroponics 3 part flora series at the same 0.25tsp/gal to every other feed to see how they'll respond. All in all Happy Growing.

It’s now showing pistils pretty well, and I got some critical peyote from Barney farms In a napkin right now There is a little burnt tip on fan leaves I think too much nitrogen since it’s in the big pot and the leaves are dark green. But looks good happy I picked the internodes during preflower too

Ladies are getting fat! As of day 69 (Feb 12) we have started CropSalt CAKE feeding. Time to get even frostier and fatter. They are still drinking over a gallon a day each easily. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to ask! I want to help others grow Autoflowers like this.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (Lime/yellowing) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Shortly thereafter, she was back in business, green mostly regenerated. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Confidence is evidence... nothing more. You are confident because you have driven 10,000 times, you are confident because you have spoken 10,000 times. People think confidence is a feeling, but it's not. Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

Day 57 - Starting week 9 and she’s looking great. Not a very tall plant but very compact and tight buds forming. Gave her a feeding of foxfarm’s trio today. Day 58 - Nothing to really update on this beauty today. She’s doing well and showing no real ill effects to the feeding yesterday. Letting her dry out a bit before watering her again. Normal watering is about every 2-3 days so possibly tomorrow or Monday. Day 59 - Nothing new today, just checked to see if she needed some water and wanted some updated pictures. Looks like another day or two before watering. Day 60 - Day 60 and she’s smelling amazing. Seeing some of the pistils starting to shrivel up but still think she’s got a couple weeks left. Gave her a full gall on water today, she was pretty dry. Will probably give her one more feeding of nutes this weekend and will start flushing with foxfarm’s sledgehammer. Day 61 - Since she doesn’t have too much time left before chopping, I did a fairly heavy defoliation to try and get her to pack some more weight on. Still thinking she’s got 2-3 weeks left, I’d like to let her go until she’s maybe 60% amber. I really enjoy the couch lock in the evenings and helps with my back. Day 62 - Looks great and still fattening up. Looking at her now, I’m not sure how long she’s got. Still thinking about 2 weeks but looking at the trichs she’s got some time, mostly clear with some cloudy. Will be giving her some water tomorrow. Day 63 - Today is the end of week 9 and looks good. Still slightly wet soil so gonna hold of until tomorrow or Saturday and give her the last feeding of nutes before harvesting. She will get nothing but water and then foxfarm’s sledgehammer until she’s done.

WEEK 26/05 - 01/06 : The new home is working, now the env is full controlled and my effort is more to give her more co2. I expect the harvest day for the middle of june, do you agree ?

Los cálices se hinchan con mayor rapidez, la producción de resina alcanza un nivel muy elevado y el aroma se vuelve mucho más intenso y complejo. En muchas genéticas empieza a apreciarse una ligera reducción en la aparición de nuevos pistilos. La planta mantiene un consumo elevado de agua y nutrientes, aunque el crecimiento vertical ya ha finalizado por completo.
