Week 19, day 6. Second week after switching to 12/12 lighting. Nr 1 is 155 cm tall from top of soil and Nr 2 is 171 cm. All video and pics is taken when the girls have hade 11.5 h of no lights and just got watered. The stretch on these girls was incredible the past 2 weeks after switching to 12/12 lighting. So fare this has gone smooth as silk and no problems at all despite temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for the last 45 days. I have manage the heat by having between 85-95 % of RH in the room all the time. And this genetics from DinaFem seeds is awesome, i hope i will get a massive harvest of strong indica medicine.

The leaf surface is expanding rapidly, and she’s starting to show that typical squat, bushy Indica structure. The color is a perfect deep green, showing that she’s successfully tapped into the All-Mix nutrients beyond the initial Light-Mix pocket. So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Merry Christmas growers!!! Been a very good week, had plenty of time with the ladies. Nothing major to report other than these two LED's aren't enough for this size tent I don't think. Will definitely be upgrading for the next grow! Thursday - fed roughly 1.5L with nutrients. Friday - did nothing. Saturday - fed roughly 1.5L with nutrients. Sunday - did nothing. Monday - fed roughly 1.5L with nutrients. Tuesday - did nothing.

Day 99: New Week We've decided against using additional nutrients and have completely stopped fertilizing. The light cycle has been reduced to 11 hours, and we're already starting to give them cooler water. Starting Monday, I will be watering with ice water to stress the plants further, aiming for higher yield, more terpenes, and increased frost. The adjustment to the light cycle should also help the plants ripen evenly. The lights are hanging about 20 cm above the buds, which are getting thicker every day, soaking up the light intensely. In about a week, most of the plants should be ready for harvest. We plan to stop watering them for about 100 hours before harvest. During this period, I'll place ice cubes on the soil to shock the roots one last time. 48 hours before harvest, I will turn off the lights, giving the plants two days of darkness. After this period, the plants will be cut and hung to dry.

I think she has Ebola. I'm now feeding her nothing but bloom at 4 mil per gallon. She gets 2 gallons per feeding and most of that runs off. Feed is PH at 5.9. I plan to just do this until she finishes or self destructs. She just keeps getting worse. I have no answers.

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I apologise for the late updates, what you see on the photograph is what i found growing after my 5 day Christmas absence. i actually took the photographs on the day of my 41 birthday. During this time the four plants drank a lot of water that nobody was refilling, normally it was ok, this time though when i came beck the ph was at 5.6 after i replenished the missing water it jumpted to only 5.8. It happened first time to me so i thought "give it a couple of days girls will drink and the replenished fresh water with PH of 7.4 will up my reservoir", Unfortunately it was a bad choice, plants started to drink less and less every passing day, so at this week end started adding PH+ (first time since a long time, my PH+ bottle was bought in 2015 ;) During the week only added PH+ and PK 13-14. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 550W. Essa semana alimentei as plantas (45 dias após transplante). Utilizei fertilizante Forth Flor regulando seu PH para 6.8 utilizando bicarbonato de sódio. Flores continuam desenvolvendo muito rápido e novos pequenos buds continuam aparecendo por toda parte. A planta ainda continua crescendo verticalmente, o que é impressionante, mas ruim pois está muito perto dos LEDs.

I've overwatered my plants the past 2 times, so I let them go through the whole drying cycle which took all week. I'm feeding them tomorrow morning. I put up my trellis and trained a couple branches and tops are already evening out. I also battled some fungus gnats this week.

She only grew 8cm this week. Slowing down the stretch now She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. Some of her very lower leaves were quite spotty and discoloured. I pulled maybe 12 off her through the week. Not sure if it's a deficiency. New growth looks nice and healthy though, flowering is going well, trichomes are enlarging this week, she's getting quite frosty already! Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.
