Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021
After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too.
Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉
+ pH Up: 7ml
Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉
ppm/ppm = runoff/soil
JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH
AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH

Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021
Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there.
I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. If I start seeing more amber trichome development, I will cut her down.

I expect this to be my last full week of flower. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping.
The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1
is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants
regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped
and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity).

WEEK #16 — WE ROLLIN?
Removed a lot of leaves and lower/small buds again (thanks for the advice, @GoodTimesOrganics!). That's where moving the plants freely (without ScrOG) would benefit a lot, especially as i think i am supposed to remove a bit more material in the context of qualityquantity. Stems and soil now clearly visible, airflow should be fine. I wonder, however, how i will make sure to lower the humidity to a constant 50% (or a bit below) in late bloom. At the moment it's still around 60% most of the time, as these are the conditions in the whole room and outside as well. Do you have any tips for that besides dehumidifying the surroundings?
Lights to 90% capacity with just a 30cm distance to the most top buds, as i recognized the light does not penetrate very much deeper/seems to becomes notably weaker with even just a small difference in distance. Hope to produce some dense buds by that.
A lot more brown pistills as you can see on the "detail" pics. The ones of Skywalker Haze are rather thin, but numerous. Slush Mint Cake gained a lote more violet leaf-tips, as well as some more purple spots. Hope this develops even further. ..and: So sticky! Don't even think to touch any part of the plant, especially Slush Mint Cake, without gloves.
General appearance without the leaves feels a bit "meager" at the moment, but that's what the coming weeks ( 2-3 weeks for SMC and 3-4 weeks for Skywalker *Haze* according to Dutch Passion standard) are for, i guess. What makes me really happy is that (at least to my eyes and experience) there arent any deficiencies visible at all for the moment. Or can you spot anything?

Another week, another bang.
This cycle is honestly stupid easy.
Living soil doing all the work while I just watch.
I Moved the lamp, did the defoliation, that’s it. No feeding, no chasing problems, no stress.
I even left for a business trip and the grow didn’t give a single f**k. Fully automated, zero drama.
What really stands out: the bud development at this early stage is insane compared to my previous grows. The way the buds are stacking and filling out this early is on a completely different level.
Lowkey annoyed I didn’t find this living soil earlier. The other ones I ran were okay at best. This one actually delivers.
Only thing I’m keeping an eye on now is humidity. Not trying to gamble with mold, so a dehumidifier is coming in the next days.
Feels almost illegal how smooth this run is

It was a wonderful journey, I really had the honor of doing this girl many times, this time even close to the Monster Zkittlez with which they generated the Runtz who was also in the grow. Super modern family situation, I wanted to try to figure out which one I liked best, and I still haven't been able to. at least I'm still tasting Runtz's first flowers and it's heavenly but the freshly picked Gelato and the upcoming Zkittlez are scary just to see them. Super resin, it really looks fake, I also have some macro photos that will make you cry. The resin is everywhere the trichomes are even in the largest leaves the scent is of the garden of eden. wow. Show. Really nice. It was freshly cleaned I want to try to do the resin the first time and then I have freshly cleaned and hung the whole girl upside down under the crop data next week when I clean and can give the detail. Gorgeous. Before being collected, she did two music therapy days, one of which in the dark with frequencies for plants and together we listened:
1 - Paolo Conte - "Gelato" al Limon
2 - Raekwon - Ice Cream to stay on the "Geato" theme and then all the M83 discography to be collected with the very famous Outro of Interstellar really seems to pass to a better life listening to that stuff. Top of the top

Hello guys, we are in the tenth week of veg, I have had some delay so I have to postpone flowering for a week. On day 64 I defoliated the girls and took about 60 clones .. Another 40 clones have already taken root so in a few days I will plant them in the pots

Last week of veg,
Ppm runoff 1800 and ph 6.6
I don't like this SCROG net very much, I am thinking about removing it for the flower but we will see.
Also noticed some pests ( thrips, spider mites) but very little on some leaves at the bottom so I sprayed her
with neem diluted in water with soap used as an emulsifier ( made 5 l solution, sprayed around 0.75l until she was
soaking wet and with rest of the solution watered water)

D22. Defoliated, gave plain RO water and dimmed the light. Next is auto irrigation.
D23. Finally received all of the Athena nutrients and fed for the first time.
D25. Removed the small runt plant with the twisted stem. The plant started growing pollen sacks.
D26. Raised light as much as I could without using zip ties. PPFD now 650-790. EC tonight 2.4.

This girl was a last minute space filler, but she is so much more than just that. So purple she is black so frosty she looks white. When you open up the bud the rich purple completely covered in white frost continues all the way through the dense resinous buds. She smells sweet and fruity with hint of milk and pepper hidden in there and OG finish with gas and that flavour come straight through the smoke and lingers on the tongue.
Of course I didn’t clone her so we’re trying a reveg!

They smell great. Not a hard grow, but not stabilized genetics. 4 different phenos all with differing flowering times. Make it tough when you use your grow tent as a dry tent to contain smell. Had to buy another tent just to dry the ones that were finished instead of risking them herming. 5.8 oz dried and trimmed bud. Didn't weigh larf/trimmings but will be dry sifting it for the press.

Se secaron rápido. Los cocos son pegajosos y tienen aroma muy fuerte.

Realicé la que yo creo será la última poda, quedó un tercio de la parte inferior completamente sin brotes ni hojas.
Próximamente aplicaré guano de ave y hummus para luego regar de forma alterna con agua y melaza

Day 79 since seed touched soil. Found some bud rot on other strains yesterday, so made early chop for #2 and #3. Both needed time, #2 needed like 3 more weeks, would be huge ;)))
Day 112 since seed touched soil. last one is done. Ganja Farmer 2024 project is over.

The final week is here, and the plants are now ready for harvest.
I flushed the plants and started preparing everything for the harvest. Looking back at the whole grow, I’m really happy with how everything developed.
The SCROG turned out beautifully, and the flowers have become absolutely stunning. They are dense, covered in frost and have developed an incredible aroma.
It’s always a great feeling to reach this point after watching the plants grow week after week. I’m really proud of how this run turned out and I can’t wait to see the final result after harvest and drying.
Now it’s time for the last step. Harvest time is coming!

Alle Pflanzen sind sehr gesund und riechen wunderbar.
Die Papayana werde ich vielleicht sogar als Mutterpflanze behalten, eine herausragende Genetik.
