Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. VERY BIG VARIATION BETWEEN BEANS. ONE IS SUPER AHEAD THE OTHER IS SUPER BEHIND. BUT ATLEAST ALL 5 SPROUTED. THATS NOT BAD. I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO LST. SO FAR JUST BEEN SPRAYING WATER DAILY AT SUNRISE. NOTHING ELSE. IM A SOIL GROWER. THESE ARE ALL REUSED SOIL. ADDED DRY AMENDMENTS AND HOME-MADE WORM CASTINGS AND EGG SHELLS. 3-4 GAL POTS. NOTHING HUGE. BUT I KNOW THEY NEED MORE SUN. THATS FOR SURE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BEST LOCATIONS. BUT I HAVE LOTS OF FRUIT TREES IN BACK YARD. DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD FULL SUN SPOT.

This is my second grow. First grow indoors. Happy Frog Soil. No nutes until around week 4 when I first started seeing flower. Mixing Flora Nova at about 1/4 strength. Guy at the hydro store recommended it. I’m a little surprised it’s not on the list. First time using it so I wanted to be extra careful not to burn the plants. They responded well but I think I can dial it in a little better next time. Won’t be too much longer before harvest. Need to purchase loupe to get a better look. All in all, very happy with this grow.

She goes fast and good yield, mine was a bit bushy but still the buds underneath were still hard

I have been worried for a while about how close the plant grew to my led lights. The usual recommendation is like 16-20" above , but I can't raise my lights and this plant stretched so fast a couple colas got away from me. As you can see in the photos and video, some are as close as 6-12 inches and because this plant is a slow developer, I think it's starting to Foxtail. In response to this and preparation for upcoming harvest, I lowered the intensity of my light and changed the light schedule from 19/5 to 16/8. I've been lowering the nutrients all week and will be flushing all next week. I've been preparing for trimming and drying, only worry is keeping the correct humidity, but we'll see.

Im doing a bit of defoliation, moreover the leaves that covering the buds, i cut some small branches on the bot of the plants, to keep energy for the distal parts of the branches. Every 2 day approximately, to no stress a lot the plants, I pinch the apex of MD1, MD2 and BB1, that my secondary branches go up, until the height of the apex central. Nutriments : 2,0 mL/L of rhizotonic, 2,5 mL/L of cannazym every watering. 2,0 mL/L of terra vega every 2 or 3 watering in case of they need (N) until the final of the strecht (first 2 weeks of bloom). I will put 5L every watering (pots of 18L) and I will analysed the drain of every plants to check pH and the fertilizer amount. Im really proud of theses plants, they are strong, resistant (the trunks are huuuge, moreover the Moby dick from Dinafem) and so healthy !! The MD 3 has reacted really really good with the topping ! Im impressed and quite sure do topping next time ;) I hope they will give me the best of themselves !!!! Lets wait the final of the strecht 😉
