The first week of progress. Got a little sprout coming out. The leaves got somewhat messed up from the shell sticking. More to come.

Girls had a great week at summer camp! Smiles are found everywhere regarding their new homes. Plenty of room to grow and wiggle their toes in the amended formula 707, which is doing what was expected retaining moisture nicely, bringing the watering to a minimum. All three girls received merit badges for hiking(survived transplanting), water sports(2 liters), light tolerance(supplemental lighting), physical fitness(color and strength)and kite flying(added a fan). They are all looking forward to this weeks activities. Girls seem to like what they’re getting at the chow hall, green and growing daily, strong and upright. Plenty of good stuff in the soil. A fan was added and the benefits are three fold, dry out the top layer of soil, pest control, makes them stronger. I will update as needed. ***update, the girls are looking good this morning, well rested, well nourished, vibrant. Their roots must be really liking the 707 as evident by the rapid growth. Measured them this morning with the H. W. At8 in. the V. F. at 8.5 and the 91 Grapes at 10 in. And at least an inch wider as well. No water will be needed today. Note. The greenhouse may be better suited for growing mushrooms than cannabis. Pine trees and shade. No direct sunlight until after 2pm. Dappled sun all morning long, so installed a T-5 4 foot ArgroLed 6550(k) daylight led fixture above the girls. That was a bright idea! ***update, New Video includes new homemade lighting. *** update, new videos. Before 7/14 After 7/15 videos of the girls being sprayed with a folier dose of silica. I had forgot to add the silica on Sunday when I had watered them and they needed it! I would not be able to water them again until at least Friday so delivered it via a foliage spray. Worked wonders , will apply again in a week. Let me know what you think. ***update, OMG going to ignore a few people here who seem to interested in my financial status, whom i care to promote and what i do, so let's put this to rest... i'm a hobbyist cannabis grower who enjoys cultivating autoflowers... i'm not paid nor sponsored by anyone , i simply like and trust the genetics from Night Owl Seeds and in my opinion so should anyone else who desires quality autoflower genetics, please feel free to use the breeder of your choice as i don't want any issues because i prefer one over another(happy mOuse). ***update, Three Girls!!! pics will follow. ** ok pics are here. I labeled most of them so should be self explanatory. Can’t seem to get any sunny afternoons. It’s a little disappointing as it is the only time the greenhouse gets direct sunlight. Watered last Sunday, today is Wednesday and they are good no water needed, 707 on the job! Such a difference from the coco grow where I was I nutrient mixing slave.lol

Grow Diary – Week 15 Catching Up & Plant Training Last week was super busy due to the Mary Jane expo, so I barely had any time for the garden and could only keep an eye on things via the camera feed. Because of that, there was quite a bit of work waiting for me this week. I focused heavily on the High Society and the Zupernova. I started by transplanting just one High Society and one Zupernova into big 30-liter pots, while the rest of the plants will follow later this week. Checking the root ball during the process, the transplant came at the absolute perfect time. The roots were incredibly dense, fully binding the substrate, and showed a beautifully healthy, bright white-to-beige color with no signs of root rot. In their new 30L homes, they have all the space they need to explode. To shape a great canopy, I put these plants through a round of Super Cropping by snapping the branches. They feature thick, well-established main stalks that provide excellent structural stability for this kind of high-stress training. I followed this up with some thorough defoliation to clear out the lower growth, improve airflow, and get the light right where it needs to be. The foliage looks highly vibrant and bushy with a rich green color, showing great overall vitality, though I noticed some genetic purple/reddish tinting on the stems which is typical for these genetics. **Current Environment & Setup** The climate in the tent is looking very solid and stable right now. The air temperature is sitting comfortably at 26.4 °C with a relative humidity of 64.7%. This puts the VPD at a perfect 1.21 kPa, which is an absolute sweet spot for this stage of growth. Down in the medium, the soil temperature is at 24.4 °C with a moisture level of 40.3%. The main ventilation fan is working away at level 10 to manage the temperature and humidity, keeping everything perfectly on track after a busy week of maintenance! Thanks for tuning in and following along with this week's update. Let's see how the girls bounce back from the heavy training and stretch into their new pots over the coming days. Happy growing to you all, and see you next week!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Week 1 Dance Monkey Week 2 Gotye Week 3 AC/DC Week 4 INXS Week 5 Dire straits Week 6 Yothu yindi and Midnight oil Week 7 Divinyls Week 8 Was Request week where I asked growers to pick and because only 3 growers put in a request I decided to choose all three which were Kylie Minogue , Flume & Airbourne Week 9 Paul Kelly Week 10 Daddy Cool Week 11 Cold chisel Week 12 Jimmy Barnes Week 13 The Angels Week 14 Crowded House Hoodoo gurus Mental as Anything Week 15 Empire of the sun Big Pig , Silverchair , Peking duk Grinspoon , Hilltop hoods and the White stripes And Finally for the last lot of music videos I have chosen another multi list bonanza of Aussie Music with the artist/s name and Youtube link below. So in no particular order here are my last choices for this Diary its been a fun grow with a steep learning curve. John Williamson True Blue https://youtu.be/ceWKrsJX9N4 Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue Where the wild roses grow https://youtu.be/lDpnjE1LUvE John Farnham Your the Voice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbkOZTSvrHs Powderfinger Pick you up https://youtu.be/4Ha-dtNXTM8 Slim Dusty Pub with no beer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E0aZ387M_I Men At Work Down Under https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfR9iY5y94s Icehouse Great southern land https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mkidP2OUCk Before I go I'd like to thank all of you who read & like my diary updateseach week you are all awesome!! 2 choc mints are looking very nice thickening up nicely. Smell is unreal. Gorilla nugs are very white and full of trichs however not as dense as the choc mint. The choc mint buds are extremely dense i would be careful with temp and humidity as there is definitely potential for mould due to sheer size and denseness. 2 different phenos of choc mint both really nice but one has stretched slightly more and and has more crown buds.

Beginning of flowering phase and they already stretched 7 cm in 3 days only. The topped one reached 38 cm and the LST only is 42 cm . The smell is strating to come out , smell quite nice. Not intense yet. Fertilizers Top Vulcan 1 table spoon each. No more repetition Plagron alga bloom 4 ml & power bud 1 ml power roots 1 ml , alga grow 4 ml and vita race 4 ml. I Will repeat the same every 4 days for the for 1st two weeks of flowering . As you can see I am growing other strains but the lemon orange stand out for now. They are larger, busher and smell amazing 😍

This week has been sunny, hot and wet. I have not done a thing except to keep an eye on Miss Zamnesia Mango Kush. It has been a hot and rainy week and I did not feed this plant this week. That is why I did not record Ph levels and PPM, etc this week. I have really wanted to give this diary an honest, straight up review of Miss Zamnesia Mango Kush growing in whatever Mother Nature threw her way. She is tall and thin but has a lot of bud growth. I am eager to see how big her buds will get. One thing that I have not been super pleased with is using Miracle Grow as a nutrient. This outside grow was an experiment using Miracle and not my typical Fox Farm nutrients. At this point in my grow, Miracle Grow needs to remain for garden vegetables and flowers NOT cannibas. As a result, I have made an Executive Decision and will going add some @Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the remainder this grow. I don't have a lot to report this week except my outside grows are tall and lanky plants. My last video shows you all 3 of my outside grows and they are all tall and lanky. And, they have had all of the same Miracle Grow nutrients and Mother Nature(sun, heat and rain). Stay tuned to next week and comments are always welcome. Thanks for visiting--susquihanna

Drunken Bitch Slap is going great. She took well to the new solution. She has lots of new growth. I removed all the leaves from the neem oil treatment a few weeks back. She got a lot of training today to prepare her more for flowering. She is doing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. Thank you Hortibloom LED, and Aeque Genetics. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g

So this was quite the week...I was looking over our set up, and making sure Grandma has everything she needs when she says "it seems to me that we need a vegetation cabinet." Turns out she had all the supplies too. Cracked me up...so I ended up building a nice little veg / drying cabinet. You'll see it in the second Meph run diary, was too busy to get some shots today. 😅 She doubled in size from last week, super happy with the progress. She's under a combo of flouro and LED in the new cabinet and LOVING it. Started ramping in nutrients slow and steady, keeping the c02 around 600-800ppm while I finish up the environmental control in the new cabinet. I realized that Mephy, might be a flight risk...so I made her a pen. 😂 ...also removed any confusion on her breed. Yeah, I nerded out a little. #prusagang #piggydankfarms Hope everyone had a great week, and all the competition ladies are stellar! Until next week...time to go play on the farm. ✌️🌱

Black Opium - Week Update 🌿 Quick update on Black Opium! Reached unexpected heights with branches exceeding 50cm in length. Running a bit behind her tent mates but now bulking up nicely - the buds are doing excellent work despite inevitable light stress. For an 8L pot she’s absolutely massive! Takes up way more space than expected. Definitely keeping that in mind for the next Black Opium seed - this strain needs serious real estate! Thanks to everyone for checking in! 🙏 Appreciate you taking a look!
