Hello Diary, The first week of vegetation is over on my little farm and so far everything is going well. In order to better remember the arrangement of the plants, they are arranged alphabetically from left to right. On the left is Apollo, in the middle is the Milky Way and on the right is Titan. Titan F1 is developing and growing nicely. It grew 6.5 cm and I am generally satisfied. Bright spots appeared on the leaves. As with her roommate Milky Way. I'm not sure about the cause, but maybe it's genetics. I will see and follow what happens. Watering was not frequent, considering the size of the pots, there is a lot of moisture in the ground, so I watered it every 5 days with a liter and a half of water. In the first week, I didn't add any supplements, considering that I mixed a lot of supplements into the soil. Conditions on the farm are satisfactory. The humidity is slightly higher than 50% and the temperature is around 25 degrees. The light is set to 18/6 from the first day of vegetation. I took pictures on the first and last day of the first week, just to see the difference in a week. Here's a quick recap of the week. 30/04/2023 - Day 1. Watering and photography. Officially, the first day of the growing season. Prepared 5 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and with that amount watered the Titan F1 and its two roommates with about the same amount of water. Titan F1 - 3 cm 05/05/2023 - Day 6. Watering. The procedure is the same as 5 days earlier. 06/05/2023 - Day 7. Photography. End of the first week of vegetation. This week I kept low stress training the ladies. Am watering them approximately every 4 days. As you can see they are doing mighty fine. Gorilla (front left) is getting really bushy. Solomatic (front right) is looking nice, but small. Stress killer (back) has recovered and is stretching.

Sadly missed a week due to personal reason.. Anyway way this forbidden runtz is outstanding... she's grown so fast. She's smelling really good at the min.. Not a lot has change fees wise. Iv given her some boost so won't be long now.

Started feeding nutrients by Terra Aquatica with the first true leaves emerging. Used 80% of the recommended dose. Noticed a hint of calcium deficiency, so switched to dechlorinated tap water. 🍊 Day 9: Upped the game, into large rockwool cubes (15x15 cm). The roots are spreading their wings. 🍊 Day 12: Nutrient dance continues. Adjusted the ratio to the Growing phase, still giving 80% of the recommended amount. pH is grooving at 5.8. 🍊 Day 24: It's topping day! Right between the 4th and 5th nodes, shaping the plant for greatness. 🍊 Day 27: Time for a scrog net to guide those branches into a harmonious canopy. And now, the grand finale of veg 🍊 Day 36: Last day of veg. The Lemon Orange #1 - #4 has been a joy to nurture. Ready to witness the flowering stage unfold. 🌸💚

First few tiny pistils but still going to count this week as veg. Extra light setup. Going to have to start removing some of the larger leaves that block light from the branches. Want to get it done before next week when the lights go on full. I don't normally like videos for this but...

Some good progress this week,plant 1 now starting to stack,plant two now showing proper pistils. Doubled Airflow using two Marina 200 (28 gal/h x 2 = 54 gal/h) with four air stones per bucket. Liking what I see. Roots are better than they've ever been. Adjusted air space between basket bottom and surface of reservoir as there is more moist air now because of the increased bubbles (splashes). Just turn the 18/6 lights off for 36 hours before bring back online at 12/12. Forty eight hours earlier they had a defoliation which filled in so quickly. Will compare tomorrow when the lights go back on. 📆 Week 1, 6-12 May 2024 6 May - 3rd sprout appeared. Waiting for main root to appear before transferring. 8 May - Main root appeared on the 1st sprout, transferred to its permanent home (see pictures). 9-12 May - Observed and watched the seedling grow. 📑 Transferred seedling into permanent Deep Water Culture, 2 gallon system. I’ve always had the best response when the main tap root appears prior to this process, it helps to ensure success. This plant seems to be getting off to a slower start, but steady. All seeds germinated, sprouted and became seedlings. I’ll be finding homes for the other 2 as my grows are limited by space and number. Another reason I like to only germinate a single seed at a time and primarily why it needs be viable. “One good seed is all you need”. 🍶 8 May initial nutrient solution started 🍽️ 8 May initial feeding schedule started 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC 1.0 at 72 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 12-15 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. She’s not just growing — she’s expressing. ⸻ 🌿 Structure & Expression From the very beginning, this run was about letting the plant define itself under a 12/12 cycle — no artificial veg, no forced shaping. And now we see the result: • Strong sativa-dominant expression • Long internodal spacing, but still stacking • Large, beautifully structured fan leaves • Upright, confident growth — no signs of stress She’s currently sitting around ~1.6m, and still stretching. Not aggressively… but purposefully. This is what happens when a plant is: • Not overhandled • Not overcorrected • Simply supported ⸻ 🍃 The Leaves (Worth Stopping For) Those leaves… honestly, they tell the whole story. • Deep green, fully saturated • Clean veins, no deficiencies • Wide spread = efficient light capture • Slight red petioles — genetic expression + intensity, not stress You don’t touch leaves like these unless they ask you to. And right now — they’re not asking for anything. ⸻ 💡 Light & Environment To adapt to her vertical push, the whole room was raised slightly: • PPFD: ~1600–1700 at the top • Still within tolerance because: • She’s actively stretching • Metabolism is high • No signs of light stress Environment holding steady: • 🌡️ 28°C • 💧 ~65% RH • Outside contrast: cold + humid (10°C / 87%) We’re not chasing numbers — we’re watching leaf response (VPD-driven).
