¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Starting to see some of the burning I've seen in previous grows and, due to this, I've been paying special attention to the pH in the trays themselves. I've noticed pH in the trays has been about 6.5 and, when I've found this, I've been pulling nutes out of the trays and replacing with fresh nutrients (trying to keep the nutrient level the same when replacing as to not drown the plants). Upward growth has slowed to a halt at this point and the flowers on this /very/ compact plant are starting to mature. The flower size is looking fairly unimpressive but should prove as a good place to improve from. The Sour Diesel next to it is another story! ha.

Another good week of growth. Yesterday I did some small pruning on lower growth and today I cut two fan leaves which were covering lower tops. I will switch to 12/12 light cycle tomorrow. Looking forward to the stretch. Julie is already giving off a great aroma when you touch her. May also buy a net to help with the canopy.

Lilly x White Widow is doing great under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights, in the Athena blended line nutrition. The canopy just got lollipopped. I also selectively defoliated the canopy. She has started to show her first pistils. Everything is looking great. Hey mates, I'm happy with my first grow. I'm learning so much. Day 29: I'm looking like a hypochondriac, but for the plants, all I see I think it's a disease. Now I'm seem the older leaves getting yellowing, and gotting some brown/dark spots and saw little flies walking at the soil, I've googled it and can be fungus gnats, what I'm supposed to do? About the pH: I never measured the pH cause I'm using the pH Perfect products of Advanced Nutrients and they say you dont know care about this. But I've started to use mineral water, to see if have some difference. Obvious the mineral water is more puriest and clear than the tap water. Lets see. Day 30: I've did the defoliation on all seeds, but on Seed 2 and 3 I've just removed dead or yellow/brown leaves, and at the Seed 1 I've removed the most of fan leaves, leaving two or three at max. Day 34: I'm happy with these girls, Seed 3 I've did not LST and she have 49cm, Seed 2 I've did a soft LST and she have 45cm and 3 main colas, Seed 3 I've did a more little harder LST and she has only 33cm and I think has 4 or 5 main colas, I really dont know the exact number cause one of them is a little lower than the 4 others.

Watching trichomes closely and using plain water over the past week. The largest of the two plants stopped responding much to watering and became resplendent with milky plus amber trichomes as the leaves faded and purpled up. On 2-15 I chose to harvest her. I weighed out 3.4 oz of untrimmed wet bud on 2-16, as I plan to dry trim. Second plant harvested 2-18. I will put up a harvest report when both plants are harvested. The smaller plant is approximately a week behind. I’m pleased with the yield but I really have no experience to know how these dense meaty buds will weigh out when dried. I have only removed the most easily plucked sugar leaves to facilitate drying and later trim. I have taken two medium sized riper buds from this plant over the past two weeks to dry and sample. I have only tried the first one and will say that the buzz was potent, delightful with a very sweet delicious flavor despite being uncured and grassy. ***** Currently the scent is an almost artificial vanilla, sugar and chocolate. ****** Compared to my bagseed and my one previous grow, these plants have been resilient against transplant stress, heat, pests, and pmd. My only concern was the appearance of a ball, which I plucked off and had not since observed more of them. Unlike the smaller plant that has one large cola with many heavy but smaller ones, the larger one sported many larger colas. ****** For my next grow I would like to add more light or switch up to COBs move into a larger space, be it a tent or a diy grow room, augment my soil with coco as well as perlite, if not switch mediums entirely, be more gentle with transplant and add enzymes and bloom boosters to my supplements. ****** I know this was a long grow. Thank you for hanging with me throughout. Special thanks to my friends in the now crabfree Wolfpack on kik for your help and encouragement. ******* Thank you Bombseeds for sending me these fantastic beans and for your help and support. Thank you to WhiteWidow for hooking me up with Terpinator, and special thanks to Terpinator for sending me your very easy to use and effective product. ******** —Fairy __about me: I am a 54 year old woman with a California Prop 215 compliant medical grow. Cannabis helped me detox off of bupenorphine (Suboxone), an opioid medication used to treat opioid dependence. I was on large doses of fentanyl and morphine for several years prior to Suboxone, and at one point was taking 17 prescription medications for neuropathic pain caused by a spinal cord tumor, endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. I am currently off all prescription medications and continue to use cannabis for pain and stress reduction, primarily in the evenings. Being able to grow my own has offered me more control over quality and trichome ripeness, both of which are crucial to effectiveness for me. ____ Follow me on Instagram @thefairybudmother if you would like to know more about me and share in my advocacy of cannabis as medicine. Week 2 : Colorado Cookies in Biotabs Biotabs are drying much quicker than the other pots because they're closer to the fan, so i'll tune the air control in by having the fan pointing upwards instead. They got watered with micro from my very own specialized micro , one tablespoon per L, aloe gel from my kitchen plant, and (regretfully) a bit of lemon juice to pH it. didnt realise the organic would be no match for the aloe pH wise, so i'm spraying 1ml of my very own amino concentrate directly on the soil , not on the plant. i do one spray in the morning one spray at night, for 10 days to try to get the pH normalised to 6 , the night time is just enough to mix one spray can of 250 ml with 1/4 ml of amino concentrate, and have some left over. i added maybe 160 ppm of aloe to the watering. I sprayed the leaves once or twice max with 1ml/L spray and 120 cal mag on day 5. VPD went from week one 0.6 to 0.8 to pretty stable at 1.0. got my laser thermometer in the mail, so that really helps ! very even phenos across the colorado cookies so far, three nodes, very straight, very hungry. they seem to be enjoying having the roots a bit too cold more than the others. in soil ppm went from 340 in week one to 420 in week 2 🚀

Week 9, Day 63, Day 19 of Flower. Once again all is going well, girls are doing nicely. PK1 is still larger than PK2 but PK2 is getting larger also. Buds are starting to bulk and some nice colas starting to form. I am very pleased with how they are doing. After this coming week 4 of Flower I am going to switch to only KoolBloom 2-45-28 for 2 to 3 weeks at a 1/4 tsp/gallon. Any suggestions or comments?
