Commencing Week 10 - 2nd week of flowering - Day 64 from germination - Day 14 of 12/12 on December 26th All is awesome! 😁 Although all plants have hairs right now, 818#1&2, BH2, & GZ2 (especially 818s) seem to start throwing hairs just a few days before the rest. RD is stretching out rather nicely and is working in sync to make a nice level and full canopy. Have noticed the pH of the nutrient solution now swings very low with every plant, especially the bigger ones, within 24 hrs going from 5.8 down to 3.8-4.3. I pH back up accordingly every day. Lastly I decided to go with "bonsai" training instead of topping. (This is in order to keep plants growing at a steady pace - non-stunting - while taking away the apical shape that is natural for some strains.). I "bonsai'd" The following: GZ1&2&3, AND 818#1. Simply put I coiled bonsai wire around the main cola and bent below the next lowest node /tier (see photos) The other s: RD, BH 1&2, and 818#2 have a natural level/close to level shape. D.65/15 Started tucking leaves and light stress training. So far I have taken only 3-4 leaves off per plant. And other than coiled the Apex cola they are been untouched. Also to balance out the pH drop, I have been pHing to the 6.0-6.2 range. Seems to steady the solution better so I will continue. Lastly I have put both the fans and the oxygen pumps on a 15m on 15 m off interval throughout the 24 hr day. I thought it might be risky however the plants seem not to mind, rather maybe even like this better. D.69/19 Yesterday I added a tiny bit of bloom food high in phosphate to help with the flowering since it's picking up now, as well as some extra Cal Mag and the plants seem happier because of it. And I have still been putting the pH a little higher, in the 6.1 range, rather than a 5.8 since it seems to be dipping low every time I check rather than going up. Also I put these pumps back on 24 hrs per day because after two days of being on for 12 hours her day they seemed not as happy as they were prior. Lesson learned with that one no harm done so that's a good thing. The raspberry diesel is really taking up the space wonderfully in between the four plants in the corners and is becoming almost + shaped really filling in the canopy just like the description online says don't vegfor long because the flower phase stretch is something to behold. 818 headband number one has a really beautiful medium sized stature not too short but not tall and lanky either and tons of Bud sites and is looking the most bud-filled already whether that means it will have the most yield or be done the fastest, or both we'll have to wait and see., All three of the Gorilla Zkittles seem to have slightly different phenotype variation one a little bit more sativa than the other two that are more hybrid looking. All 3 have very different root masses compared to the rest of the plants and are pretty big but one in particular is absolutely huge. (Comparisons will be posted in next week's update.) the Boss hogs also seem to have very different phenotype expressions as of now one is staying much more short and having a very level canopy naturally and no hairs, while the other is close to a level canopy but still has a little bit of that main cola dominant feature as well as a lot more hairs. Co2 is kicking some ass, causing some of the mothers to grow huge in 7 days! Autos are producing slowly, or maybe im just impatient. When the clones and seedlings are ready for a light change, the autos are going outside I think Added a security monitor to allow me to watch the garden remotely and record any unforeseen motion. I really like growing in 2020, technology is a great companion to the garden and gardener

Day 106. AK is going to end, i start to see ambers. Will push 8 more days. Watered today, one more left and then chop. Sweet smell is everywhere from her, very nice ! Mars TSL2000 has far reds integrated, so i expect a bit more coat ;) Great light ! Happy Growing !!!

De esta semana destacaré el cambio de luminaria, los Cob por el ATS Pro 300W. al 75% que vendrian a ser 225W. áprox. Algo menos de W de lo que estaban pero al tratarse de una nueva luminaria con más umoles no creo que se me estresen mucho. Más adelante cuando ya estén floreciendo subiré al 100% 300W. Riego cada 3 dias , a final de semana 900ml / planta. Último dia de la quinta semana poda de bajos , añadido unos tutores y el esperado 😜CAMBIO DE FOTOPERIODO a 12/12h. 🙏

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

Всем привет! Эта неделя началась с того, что мне пришлось удалить штук 20 веерных листьев, потому что растение перестало вмещаться в бокс. Правда к концу недели все вернулось на круги своя. Полностью перешли на питание во время цветения. Ко всему прочему начали болеть листья. Пока не разбирался что к чему, но есть подозрения на нехватку кальция и магния, так как я перестал их давать. Сегодня полил обильно Cal-Mag, посмотрим будет или не будет прогрессировать. Стретч замедлился, но все еще продолжается. Даю 50000 люксов на верхушки растения, это примерно 90 ватт. Та мутация о которой рассказывал ранее, где шишка начала расти прям из устья листа - все почти также, прогресса нет. Но вот обнаружилась другая мутация - полиплоидия. Одни из основных веток, в самом начале, была не аккуратно загнута и получила легкий надлом. Этот самый надлом и запустил полиплоидную мутация. Я видел до этого, что листья и боковые ветки растут как-то не симметрично, но особого внимания не обращал. Единственное, что давно заметил, так интересный нарост у одной из больших веток - он какой-то продолговатый и сверху, а не по всему периметру. И вот вчера заметил, что одна из шишек растет не вверх, а вширь. Стал внимательно изучать всю ветку и понял, что она сама по себе какая-то не симметричная: у основания ветки 3 листа, при чем расположены они на разных уровнях, шишки тоже растут не симметрично, ствол со странным не симметричным узором, а наверху шишка двойная. Кажется дальше шишка будет расширяться все больше и больше. В общем каждый гровер рано или поздно сталкивается с какой-либо мутация. Я вот за раз столкнулся с двумя. Интересно будет понаблюдать что будет дальше. Спасибо что заглянули. Всем большой большой удачи и везения!
