Sep 12: getting close to the end but not quite ready yet. Unfortunately there has been five or six nice colas hit by bud rot. I check it daily for any brown and shrivelled sugar leaves and I found a disturbing number today. Was only 4 C but with 90% humidity last night which explains the bud rot outbreak. Will try harder to keep it drier. With that, I decided to do the Final Flush today. Started using this last year and I quite like what it did. A few years ago I had buds that didn't burn properly and that was due to too much P fertilizer. This flush uses citric acid to chelate the salts and remove them from the soil. Good stuff. Sep 13: did another 18 L flush because I decided the 9 L flush yesterday wasn’t enough at just one pore volume (30% of 27 L of soil). Defoliated to improve air flow and sunlight to buds. Sep 16: the bud rot is systemic showing up in 16 colas at the same elevation- about 5-10 cm below top. I think it was due to one night last week of 4 C and 90% humidity for about 8 hours overnight. Harvested the top buds to keep it from spreading further. Harvested 625 g of mildly immature buds and threw out almost that much - leaving the lower buds to mature. Clearly I spoke too soon when I said ‘one pound no problem’ a little while ago. Great fresh chemical smell tho. Fresh frozen to deal with later.

Plants look,smell, and feel amazing. I think they've put on most of their weight now and the buds are starting to get really cloudy! I started the slightly older plant in the front on her flush at the end of this week. I believe the one in the back seems to be a week or 2 behind.

Seems to be going ok? Looks to me now like flowering is well on it way this week seems to be taking longer to develop but I have done extensive training which I think could add time to the final harvest but other than that everything seems ok 👍🏼

Plants are really flowering still small but plant one has a lot of tops now and plant 2’s buds are already getting dense.

Final painting and floor trim completed. Walls are white and bright. I started to construct the main flood table. It is made of 2x3's and a sheet of chipboard. I fastened some rails at the perimeters and used caulking to seal all gaps. I will coat the face of the chipboard with a polyurea flat roof coating to make it completely watertight. I have 1/4 : 12 slope on it right now so that it drains to the reservoir end. I stained the sides of the table grey to match the floor trim because ambiance matters Shelves are up to hold my nutes/test pens/genetics/nug/papers/etc... I brought in one of the 3 HLG 550 clone qb's to test for light as I have never seen them in action. WOW!! Having one running is quite intense, I cant wait to see what all 3 going over the 4x10 area will look like (with shades on of course) A minor adjustment is needed to the height of the A/C exhaust vent. It is currently too high by 2" and needs to be lowered. Kind of a pain in the ass, but needs to be done for the table to fit snug. Everything is looking great ! Cheese is nearly done, it is starting to show amber. Maui is very happy and smells amazing, it just glistens with tri-chromes. Buttercream is doing well but I think it will take a week or two longer than the others. Blueberry is looking awesome very large thick dense buds. No Blueberry smell but a very strong plant otherwise. *Update Buttercream gelato started throwing Banana's so I removed it from the room. I trimmed it down and did not notice any other signs of hermaphroditism but I will still harvest the plant now just to be safe. There have been no issues with light or heat fluctuations at all, nothing that would trigger it to Hermie that I can think of which makes me think genetics are the issue. I have One other Buttercream going that was cloned before this one went into flower. If it hermies late in the bloom like this one has I will remove the strain from my rotation. I am not particularly pleased with the structure of Buttercream for scrog in any case. The plant that I took down had very large bud sites but were no where near as dense as the other strains in the tent.

I use a tent 90x60x180, I put my lamp at 1 m and at 50% only, I use cotton disks for the germination, I’m gonna change #4 with #10 I think because she seems in bad health.

K.onec 2. týdne květení. Holka se stále vytahuje, ale není to žádný extrém, snad to bude akorát. Plán na snižování vlhkosti mi moc nevyšel páč poslední týden pršelo, tak sem aspoň zvýšila teplotu. Vpd teď držím kolem 1,2-1,4kpa. Někdy příští týden přijde na řadu defoliace

New Setup in new location after last weeks incident, no longer tented but has nice white walls luckily too distribute that light. The gals are looking healthy, however one of them is lagging behind so im assuming shes going to yeild alot lighter, too urly too say for sure tho ,always have faith in the runt :)

Ran into some pH issues in the medium.. Runoff would come out at 5.5 at times.. But now that I think about it.. The plant was very Indica.. Fat leaves.. The leaves stayed super close to the main stalk.. Not letting ANY light to the lower branches.. But defoliation is obviously a must.. I grew this with another strain.. Mandarin Cookies and she was ready to flip weeks earlier for sure.. If I could have vegged maybe 2 more weeks she would have been able to fill her half of the tent alot better.. But all in all.. Great strain! Very terpy! Very complex aromas! Super dank strain! Pretty Indica, I'd say... Narcotic like effects. Beautiful plant.. Awesome tastes! Impossible to even try to explain!

She grew 17cm this week. Over doubled her height. Lets see what she does in the next couple of weeks. I note she got a LOT bushier. Also her leaves are VERY broad and indica like for such a sativa strain! 😶

Just at the end of week # 2 in bloom , LST training is going well and the canopy is pretty full , cooler outside temps allow me to use my co2 burner and they are all looking great with lots of bud sites and liking the nutrient balance, made new nuits today and it went from 1400 to 1150 in two feedings , one more week of stretch and then I will finish the under canopy cleanup and plan on a light defoliation at week 4 of bloom. The 8 Ball Kush is really showing great growth and it’s early on , should be some huge buds this crop , the Blue OG Kush is healthy , it’s my first time with it so I’m not sure what it grows like . going strong still, shown a slight def of K on the lower leaves so have increased organic PK 4-8 and stopped Magnecal. Switched back to bloom on last watering. So the 1ml/l organic pk was with 2.5ltr of RO water and then after i did the bloom watering 0.5ml/l with 2.5ltr

So far loving dr kriplings incredible bulk 💚🍁💪 growing at twice the rate of my skunk #1 auto and its really lends its self to LST, nodes pop up over night, truly a special plant 🍁💚 wish I scrogged her to be honest 😅😬
