The seed absorbs this life-giving moisture, swelling as it takes in water. It's as if the seed is awakening from a long slumber, stretching its embryonic limbs for the very first time. This is the radicle, the seed's first root, and it instinctively knows to journey downward, anchoring itself into the soil. So she started herming. Guess I'll have to change her name to Big Barry instead 😅 Wish I could grow a testicle everytime I got frustrated, geez. Kids these days. Anyways, I've been really good about any light leaks, and the internal temps have been consistent, so I'm blaming the 'bagseed' genetics. As soon as I saw the pollen, I started misting the plant with regular RO water, and then went in and removed as many pollen sacks as I could find. But I seriously doubt that I was able to find them all, since they're so deeply hidden within the budsites, and will likely be finding more pollen over the coming weeks -___- My first grow, so it's disappointing but Im still proud of her. Might just spread any seeds I find in the buds, out in the yard and see how they do. I certainly won't be TLC-ing mystery genetics again, aside from the clones I took off her-- which are my first clones as well (with 100% success rate 😎). Ive never had a greenthumb so please ignore my horn-tooting lol

She's developing very well,did have no problems with any fungal infection,this week rained and had problems with other plants,she's very resistant.

its growing very well not much nutrients so far. there is another thing that i couldnt mention last week. its not legal to grow in my country. there was a police operation that aims people who buy growing equipment. i was lucky but i decided to move my tent to somewhere else and everything related to it. found an old guy who gave me a spare room to grow and i visit him everyday. its going nice.

The girls have grown so much and they already smell pretty good. I'm trying to decide if I should SCROG. I have a trellis net but it's just a net, not the boxy thing that I've seen others with. What do yall think, should I SCROG? GDP2 is in her 5th week. If she were the same age as GDP1 and BK, I'd flip them next week but I'll try waiting at least another couple of weeks to give her some time to grow a little more although she's catching up with the other 2 height. I'll be posting more throughout the week. 7/4/22: Defoliation... I know it's needed but they're my babies.... lololol 7/7/22: Look at my girls... they don't look like they've recently been defoliated. You can tell which ones are the Granddaddy Purples... they have a purple tint to them. The Bubba Kush is super green... 😍😘😍

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. See Pictures for an example of what this looks like.

The Tropicana Cookie is an awesome strain with a great sweet and woody aroma. I had some issues in the beginning with the development and the grow of the plant but she bounced back. She got cut today and put to dry.

9. Woche Sweet ZZ Auto Royal Queen Seeds ist mitten im Stretch, mal sehen, wie Groß die Dame wird. Sonst bin ich soweit zufrieden, in ner Woche werde ich wohl einen Lollipopp bei ihr machen müssen. Trotz das sie 2 Wochen hinterher hinkt im Vergleich zu Big Bud, sieht sie doch schon ganz gut aus 😃

Plants were looking terrible this week. I use a humidifier and I am In a hard water area. Well I wondered why the exhaust fan I had to keep adjusting and researched and the hard water had clogged the carbon filter. Ordered a new one costly mistake. Anyone know exactly what the brown patches are. I assumed a calcium deficiency due to lockout as I was adjusting ph to 6.3. So I flushed through with 6.8 and they perked up the next day. I added calmag to be safe. Also suffering cold temps at night so could have been phosphorus deficiency lockout (only guessing) so I have increased temps at night. Never had these issues in veg before.

03/22 - Night/Daytime shots - Both have grown about an inch since last week and are thriving - I will be running drip lines on them probably by the end of the week for consistency with feeds. 03/23 - They got a little funky on me last week so I fed them both to run off and realized their PPMS/PH where insane!! - Flushed them out hard last night and in less then 24hrs they are already bouncing back - Will stick to just clean water feeds for now - They will begin a low-dosage nutrient feed (Micro-dosing) in about a week.😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

The beginning of the week started badly. Spots on the lower leaves! I received great feedback from this website right away then a couple of days later from my grow shop. Question was, was it nute burn or under feeding. Either way, a lot of water was the answer. I believe it was under watering! Once the girls recovered, I continued with more frequent, higher volumes of watering with Kalong Grow added at half dosage. Throughout the week, I continued to tie the plants down in the 3, 6, 9 & 12 o'clock positions. Changing the position every second day. Additionally, I moved the girls position within the cupboard in a clockwise rotation every day. (Couldn't hurt so why not) The fat bananas are ranging in height from 13-19cms and by Wednesday had obvious flower sites. The northern light has no flower sites and is only 11cms tall. It's also extremely dense with even, consistent foliage. I stopped LST as it seemed ineffective/impractical. By the end of the week the 'spot' issue was completely resolved. On 27th I used a PH testing kit on the bottled water I had been using. Turns out it's overly alkaline. The tap water was 6.2 so I switched to tap water. I realise the chlorine etc is not good and have ordered a water filter to remove chlorine, lead, etc, etc. I feel flowering is going to happen within 10 days or so...

Going into week 4. After. A transplant and at the end of week 3 they have seemed to recovered and are doing great. I’ve noticed that they “pray” towards the light so they seem to be happy. Using 1ml of cal mag. When I water. Ph. 6.1 -6.3 of 90%RO 10% tap. Added the second mars hydro on day 25. Update last day of week 4 day 28. The ladies ain't looking too happy. Being hit by I imagine Cal mag deficiency. Even tho I was expecting it because of the RO water. It seems I didn't add the Cal mag fast enough. Hopefully.the 2ml/L or Cal mag. Will fix it. Last watered 250ml each of PH 6.2 water on 8/28

Today on day 17 from date of birth Iam preparing a worm casting tea. In a cheese cloth bag ,Made up of 2 cups of worm castings 2 tablespoons of unsulfured molasses,2 tablespoons of mineralized phosphate (bat shit) ,2 tablespoons of soluble seaweed extract . 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 2 tablespoons of all purpose 4-4-4 all Gia green products other than. I also sprinkled in some great white premium mycorrhizae inton2 gallons of water. Tea will brew for 24 hours before applying.

This week was all good she starting to go right into flower now she's got a nice smell to her .kind of like fuel or gas.Will be interested to try more of the seeds that I have .I will just put them in the ground because of my coco grow that I've got to concentrate on later this month. Lost of changes these last few weeks in addition to changing the light position and duration I back off the feeding and giving both jst purified water. Did a flush today since their looking close to home plate. Had to do a heavy defoliation with some of the leaves on both plants. It looked like some mold developed but after cleaning the tent and letting the girls get bone dry to avoid it’s return everything is a go! It’s been a exciting and knowledgeable grow
