I defoliated a lot of the under canopy today so I could move the scrog net upwards. These girls just had to stretch and stretch their legs. 05.01 Happy new year! The official time of bloom, regarding to the breeder, is done (8 Weeks). I checked the trichomes and still see some clear and mostly cloudy trichomes, amber isn't really shown yet so I think they will need one to two more weeks. 26Jul Made more rectangles. A budsite in 95% of them, too. Flowering really setting in now. Smells! 28Jul Lollipopped more aggressively - could've done more earlier. Took all small shoots that didn't reach the canopy. Managed to fill out 95% of the squares. 29Jul Realized I never un-dimmed the lights after lollipopping... Oh well. LOVE this canopy...

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 This week she continued to fill in and she also pushed out more frosty tricombs!! The fade happened this week more and she fed off of more of the nutrients within the plant.....perfect😃......would like a little more even but she was ready based on tricombs. Would like to have seen the lower leaves a little more yellow but its good. I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Not really a lot more to add this week as it was mainly looking at the tricombs and her buds. The pH will impact the harvest but she has been fun to grow and very resilient to pest and bug issues as well as grower curve balls. As always.......nice job Sweet Seeds....... SWS56 is very solid and I look forward to running her again one day. Beautiful little girl and makes me smile😃😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0pH - 8L given to get a good flush....pH still running around 7.4 - Runoff in pots already were 7.9pH and 685ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.4pH and 360ppm. - she is 20” tall and 24” wide. - a number of clear tricombs but more becoming cloudy. June 21/20 - Day 72 - dry out day. - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - her frost levels are really coming out now.....was able to lower tent temps to 75 degrees and 51% humidity......its been raining a bit so damn humidity has been high. June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting more pointy now and ripening nicely - leaves continue to fade......she is close - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Here we are with another exciting new product from Zamnesia, Gush Mintz. Well, finally I decided to make a small tour video and it looks like a couple are a bit overfertilized, but I'm still happy with the general view 🙃🙃 and just ordered a new toy to have a closer look at the babies!!

I started Flushing two plants as there nearing the end of there days. I'll start Flushing the others this week apart from the kalimist indica pheno as it started flowering 3 or so weeks after the others even though they were all forced together. (alkward bugger) Some of the plants are showing red /purple colours a little bit 👍

This week about day 46 or so I did a heavy defoliation and some branch bending/LST to get more light to the newly forming bud sites as well as to even out the canopy a little more. She is requesting a little more frequent watering about every 2-3 days and I go until I see run off and I let the run off sit for about 8-12 hrs to allow the medium to absorb as much as it wants then dump off the remaining. I am starting to notice a slight smell now that the flowing has started it’s very earthy and kind of like fresh grass. After adding the Dr earth last week I have not seen any more yellowing of my leaves which is a huge relief. At this point I’m going to be as hands off as I can some simple fan leaf tucking and maybe some branch bending to keep the smaller bud sites open to light as they seem to be swallowed up after a day or two and the fan leaves raise back up. I would like to find Dr earth bloom to add as a top dress either this week or next if I can find it just to give it a little more of a boost. I’m trying to keep this grow as organic as possible and probably will continue to be my niche for every grow going forward until I have it perfectly dialed in. I’m not seeing much more of a stretch and assume this plant will be a little stalky girl I’m hoping the main colas fill out decently and I’m hoping by the next grow I have a better light set up that may help my production of bud sites when she flips to flower. I also plan to start a more detailed journal at home that specifies what days into the grow I do what for better accuracy and to improve future grows. Week 2 of flowering phase Critical royal queen seeds Hallo fellow growers here we go Day 8 flowering phase looking good amazing to see them developing up close day by day . Today no watering maybe some defoliation below the net but that it cool beans 😎 Day 9 Flowering phase Didn't see the plant for 20hours and jebus they grew over night they went up 15cm . But they are looking healthy Gave them almost 1.2L nutrients was getting dry that was it . Day 10 flowering phase Today adjust some things in the tent it didn't feel a right not to happy with tents quality 🤔 also it's very challenging to get to back corner plant. I need to fully open the tent. There are no peak holes ore other opening to get to the back . And it feels unstable. The Plants i only did some final defoliation and gave 0.5l normal water Day 11 flowering phase Plants looking okay to me. Didn't water them today want to let them dry out some . I think because of all the watering i am Struggling with the humidity in the tent . It is around 80% and that little dehumidifier don't do jack patetoe . Def need to think of a solution for later in the weeks Day 12 Flowering phase Gave nuts water and put a 2nd ScrOG up a little higher . Advanced Nutrients is getting 10/10 for me Day 14 Flowering phase Week 2 of flowering phase complete It was a learning week for me . Got bit scared how they grow 15 cm in a day . But it's seems to be oké i got still some real estate left. I think that i am not giving them any water what so ever . I need to learn to let them dry out some . Also a bit struggling with humidity in the tent . I am trying to give them water right before light on ore right after light out .
