This plant that I harvested today I've only defoliated and she took well to that. I LST and defoliated the other plant and she is still ripening will harvest her soon.
285gramms of wet bud is quite good for first grow, so i should get about 60g dry, I'll update actual value when dry. She was in the tent with 4 other plants under the Skyline 1000 lights which pull 500w from mains.
She filled the room with some sort of orange/lemon candy smell. Smells really nice.
I'll update when I harvest the other Candy Kush and report on taste/effect once dried.

Day 79 I harvested the other Candy Kush, gave 280g wet, not much of a difference between the trained and untrained plants, although I think she could have gotten fatter had I left her longer. Looking at the buds now that they dried up they got much smaller :D
Really loving the smell, can't wait for them to cure.

Started off great but had a little slowdown after topping. Didn’t stretch as much as expected and stayed a pretty stout plant. Responded well to top dressings every 3 weeks

Lots of growing!!! Lots of training.
Looks like the northern lights might be a go, witch is exciting.

Fungus gnats were in full effect here due to the Down-to-Earth potting mix. That stuff doesn't drain worth a damn!
I had just sprayed the plants with neem oil and soap in this video... and needless to say that didn't turn out well (more to follow)
In other news, the French Macaron roots were growing like crazy at this point.

So for this week the training comes into play . So 1 ogkz was topped, 1 ogkz was broken , * note on the brake it was the best brake I have done , not because I am getting better at it mostly because the outer skin of the plant with the OG kz was much thicker and stronger than I'm used to so it broke quite easily. My guess is the correlation with the autoflower plays a big part in that. And 1 ogkz I just left it be .

Day 76
One plant is actively flowering, the second is a bit behind. I'm topping the canopy every day to avoid light burn from the lamp. Set up an auto-watering pump that came in from Aliexpress.
The plants look healthy and green, maybe slightly paler than ideal. Thinking of doing one feeding with Simplex Coco mineral base. First time running GHS bio nutrients — not sure yet how well they cover macro requirements.

Plants are reacting really well to the veg nuts, a couple plants are showing small signs off root heat, I’ve been splashing the leaves with water and the outside of the pots too cool it down

She's growing well lately. Buds are getting dense, a nice covering of trichomes.
Pistils are still changing though so another week or two to go I think.
The other two got harvested during the week so she has a little bit more room to spread out now.

There’s no amber trichomes on Mama Mia and I’m thinking of growing a little longer than the breeder suggests. Northern Lights trichomes are starting to amber and I may harvest earlier than suggested. King Kong trichomes are milky clear.
I switched up which light is on which plant. Next grow I’m definitely replacing my two weaker lights with stronger lights and using the weak lights as side lighting. Light power is one of the big lessons from this grow.
The bud size looks it’s age, but is much heavier than appearance. I think the kelp helped the buds get denser. The King Kong flowers are all much heavier than the branches can support. Next grow I’ll be more proactive with netting support.

gsc is about a week away from harvest blueberry will be shortly after and og kush plus blueberry muffin are a little longer still, they were slow to start flowering.

DAY 24 // Everything is going well, we did the led a bit higher now, the one special kush I topped before the others is looking perfect. Removed her some leaves for better lightening darker areas tied down and we will see how the lst will work. Other strains been good, we will see when they will get lst..
DAY 28 // Week 4 is gonna end the girls looking pretty bushy. Scrog Planned next week.
