Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

June 14-15th, more so just trying to get a stretch out of these ladies but it’s been going very slow for me lol. I am doing an all organic grow so that could be a reason? Or also just that I’m very new to this also lol

What a difference mainlining makes. I broke a branch with the first mainline, but decided to continue the grow. She's a full 30" shorter than the Durban Poison that I started on the same day. I decided to do LST and she is respectable - and will have several massive cola's. We'll see how she turns out in the end. Monsoon finally hits! Temps have dropped below the 110 mark low 100's! This grow will likely last > 30 weeks. Since GD only supports 30 weeks of diaries, this "week" will actually last two weeks. Week 3-Day 21 of flower. These ladies have been on autopilot. The environment is controlled, we have been having some temp and RH swings, but the equipment is dialed in. I have a portable AC when it is humid and hot, only needs to run for 15 minutes from time to time to keep the lung room/tent at the perfect temps. I can’t say enough how important it is to test, test and dial in your environment. I can already see big advancements in my photo periods from when I started, to today just a 1 1/2 years later. Having your environment as close to perfect as you can, can compensate for A LOT of rookie Mistakes 🤓 Anyways, still keeping to Feed, Feed, water schedule, despite the tip burn, I’ve dialed it back to about 900 ppm and seeing how the plant reacts. Did a light defoliation, which will probably be the last one. Seems like all I am doing at this point is watching and watering. Happy Growing Folks 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

* ************** Week 8 - May 30 to June 5, 2020 - Days 50 to 56 from germination **************** * This was a good growth week. KK has many white hairs on bud sites she is filling in and bulking up. pH numbers still higher so keeping an eye on the amount of base nutes to minimize lockouts. Leaf color is doing good and she is on her way. When the medium is in the correct range she is swelling and looking happy. She has been good with heavier feedings but she is also outwardly happier when the pot is on the dry side. More oxygen around the roots is my assumption. She is a beautiful little plant and is bushy.....trimming will take a little bit of work but its all good......not bending over her top is giving her a nice shape. Lots of leaves😀 She tight nodal spacing and is certainly growing as a little bush. Great strain for those concern about height restrictions!!! Note: I have running with the Green Plant line for nutes and I am very happy........I also have some Advanced Nutrients bottles that have not been used so I am fitting them in as it seems appropriate. I really like Piranha, Voodoo, Tarantula, Sensyzme, and Overdrive......don't see me stopping having those bottles around garden. Little more detail.......... May 30/20 - Day 50 - 4L feed with Sensyzime @ 1.5ml/L = 315ppm and 4.4pH - runoff in the pot before feeding was 7.1pH. - runoff after feed was 5.8. - leaves are an okay color, not too dark, and she is doing well. - bud sites getting larger. May 31/20 - Day 51 - 4L heavier feed: CalMag & Rezin & Lwt @ 1ml/L, Rhino @ 1.5ml/L, Vita & Kelp @ 2ml/L, Massiv @ 3ml/L = 700ppm - fair bit of runoff, not checked. - good growth overnight......happy getting their medium down to 5.8 yesterday. - This girl seems happier when her pot is on the lighter side. June 1/20 - Day 52 - 3L feed with Massive @ 2ml and Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 1300ppm, pH 4.4 - Pulled a few leaves.....take more on weekend. - She is wide but not going to be too tall......under 24" idea I suspect. - Bud sites are a medium size and her hairs are white but not huge. June 2/20 - Day 53 - 2.5L feed: Terp & Massive @ 3ml/L, Vitathrive @ 2ml/L, Rezin & LWt & Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml/L = 1300ppm 4.6pH. - she is doing well......buds continue to get bigger. - still don't know what the hell with the pH? June 3/20 - Day 54 - 2L feed: Sensyzime @ 2ml/L = 315ppm and pH to 4.9 - she has reacted well to take some of leaves and her branches are more defined all the time. - just gave her some enzymes today to keep the roots clean of the salts. - raised her up more in the tent to get closer to light. Set her on another riser. June 4/20 - Day 55 - dry out day - her leaves are growing back quickly and she is appearing happy. - she has reacted well to the increased light intensity!! June 5/20 - Day 56 - 3L feed: AN Big Bud & Vitathrive & Rezin @ 2ml/L, Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L - 1050ppm and 4.4pH going in. - no run off from the girls......they are eating!! - crazy.......4.4pH going in and she loves it!! - took more leaves to expose some more sites. - She is firming up well. Not rushing to take more leaves. That will wrap up week number 8 already! The girls are fighting a few issues but overall they are performing well. Killer Kush plants would fill in a 4 x 4 nicely and create a great canopy with 6 plants. It's getting bigger and frostier. The mold on the rockwool is gone and she didn't have mildew after all. The smell is gorgeous, I have never seen anything like it.

Not going to go into much detail on the individual plants this week since there is nothing exciting to report. Only note this week is something we all pretty much know already. Organics and hydroponics dont play well together! I was using gringo Rasta calmag and it clogged all my feed lines. I ordered some calimagic so this wont be an issue anymore. Everyone is growing well and stretching quite a bit. I started them on some maxibloom. I will increase it as I lower the maxigro over the next couple weeks. Pretty boring right now, but stick around a few weeks and that might change.

The regular humidifier top up every 2-3days , so I have to run water distiller 2x per one refill which is pain 😂 , apart that nothing part sprouting some seeds for the SST , and the Super8 tea been brewing for over 2 weeks , should be readily available liquid feed hopefully , i use 600ml weekly , 3rd week this week and no stress so far , no deficiencies or toxicity .. probably gonna start feeding from week 4-5 see if there’s any difference . It’s all rocket science for me , custom soil blend from scratch, 80%coco coir brick, and using like 3-4 amends Overal , want to be as organic and as simple as possible
