Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. The plants are doing great except for a little issue on one of them that I will show you tomorrow. Topping or not ? May be beneficial so I’m about to do it. Fiming maybe ? Thursday Topping on video ! Week 4 transplanting 2 today

D71/F24 - 11.29 - There's not much to say about these two. They didn't even hiccup after the defoliation, though it does appear their stretch has just about finished. They both have fat greasy prebuds right now, and the Passion Berry has particularly long pistils. A pleasure to watch em grow! <3 D76/F29 - 12.4 - Just like holy fuck these things are monsters. 🙏🙌 Praise be to Swerve 👑, I'm astonished at the pace and vigor of these two plants

Day 3 for the gutter hoes and they are in the system. I am using a 4 ft section of gutter with caps on both ends. The bottom is lined wit about half an inch of pea gravel for better drainage. Then filled with perlite. A feed line will pump nutrients to the end of the gutter that is elevated about an inch. The nutrients drain back to the reservoir and will be circulated 24 hours a day. This alleviates the need for an air pump since the return water oxygenates the 4 gallon reservoir. Just a cheap nft style setup I guess you would call it.

🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 6 Report Early–Mid Vegetative Development (12/12 from Seed) Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268 Timing clarification (as always): This is logged as Week 6 on GrowDiaries, while in real plant development we are closer to Week 5 of vegetative growth. The offset comes from an early, photo-heavy germination phase. We’ll continue clarifying this weekly for consistency. ⸻ 🌱 Growth Overview – Divergence & Character This week, the Nectar Drip really began to separate into personalities. Same genetics, same room, same feeding — but very different expressions depending on training intensity and structure guidance. We’re now clearly working with multiple plant strategies inside the same tent. ⸻ ✂️ Training Breakdown – Plant by Plant 🌿 Plant A – Leaf Work & Gentle Guidance This plant is trained using leaf bending and leaf tucking only. • Large fan leaves are tucked under neighboring leaves • Growth tips are exposed naturally • No clamps or hard bending Response: Absolutely thriving. She’s growing tall, wide, and fast, now reaching roughly 8–9 nodes, with beautiful branching and strong vertical momentum. This is a great example of how far simple leaf management can take a healthy plant. ⸻ 🌿 Plant B – Aggressive Opening with Plastic Clamps This plant started similarly to Plant A, but quickly outpaced the rest in size. This week, we: • Introduced plastic clamps • Opened her aggressively • Focused on redistributing energy from top dominance to lower branches Response: Outstanding. She accepted the harder intervention without stress, opened up beautifully, and continues to push growth across the canopy. Her size advantage is now being converted into structure, not just height. ⸻ 🌿 Plant C – The Heavy LST Experiment This is the plant we’ve been focusing on since last week — the smallest of the group, but the one receiving the most intensive training. • Strong horizontal bending • Continuous opening of leaves • Structural redirection from early on Response: She’s thickening, branching, and responding incredibly well. While she is still behind in height (which is expected), she’s building a dense, intentional structure. This plant is also the most delayed in showing pre-flower signs, which is completely normal under 12/12 from seed when subjected to stronger training. She may never be the tallest — but she is quickly becoming one of the most interesting. ⸻ 🌸 Pre-Flower Signals Some plants are now showing early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly approaching. As expected: • The most heavily trained plant is the most delayed • The more upright plants are moving faster This confirms that structure and stress management play a significant role in timing under a 12/12-from-seed regimen. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Weather-Driven Adjustments This week brought real-world challenges. Outside conditions: • ~5 °C • 92% relative humidity Inside the tent: • Temperature: ~21.8 °C • Relative Humidity: ~58% Despite cooler and more humid ambient conditions, the plants are showing no complaints whatsoever. This range is manageable, and the canopy looks relaxed and happy. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Letting Plants Decide We are now running approximately 700–850 PPFD, depending on plant height and canopy position. Smaller plants receive less, taller ones naturally receive more. This is intentional. The plants are: • growing into the light • dictating their own intensity • transitioning naturally toward flowering I’m not pushing — I’m responding. This run is about listening, especially under 12/12 from seed. ⸻ 🌬️ Airflow – Vortex Method Airflow is dialed in using a vortex-style circulation: • Fresh air enters from below • Warm air exits higher up • Side fans encourage circular movement • Central fans gently disrupt stagnation without collapsing the vortex This creates: • even temperature distribution • stable humidity • strong gas exchange • minimal microclimates Air is moving around the plants, not blasting them — exactly what we want at this stage. ⸻ Nutrition – Adjustment for Water Quality & LEDs 💧 Water Source We are now using a mix of: • rainwater • dehumidifier-collected water Starting EC is extremely low (~0.2), so supplementation became necessary. CalMag Introduction We introduced Plagron CalMag Pro at 1 ml/L as a preventive measure, especially important under high-intensity LED lighting, where calcium and magnesium demand increases. Current Hand-Watering Parameters (Nectar Drip Plants) • EC: ~2.29 • pH: ~6.0 • Water Temperature: ~22.8 °C 🚰 Reservoir / Autopot Clarification The tent contains six plants total, not all Nectar Drip. • Autopot reservoir currently runs Terra Grow + CalMag only • Organic inputs are excluded from the reservoir (not compatible) • Reservoir EC: ~1.43 • Reservoir pH: ~5.9 Autopot plants are occasionally top-fed by hand to receive the full recipe. On day 1 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. The tallest cola is 5.5" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" from the light. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The tallest cola is 5" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" from the light. On day 3 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.0 to 6.3. The tallest cola is 4.5" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 8"-10" from the light. I did my last major defoliation in order to bring more light and air flow deeper into the canopy. The plants are progressing as expected. No smell yet and the pistils are showing more each day. On day 4 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.4 to 6.1. My mini dehumidifier was emptied after being 3/4 full after 5 days running. My tallest cola is 4" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 8"-10" from the light. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 3.5" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 8"to 10" from the light. The plants buds are growing in size with more pistils showing every day :) On day 6 the PH of the reservoir is 6.2. My tallest cola is 3.5" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. It looks like the stretch has finally stopped. I experienced a Runaway with my blumat on my right side plant. I reduced the flow of that blumat by 1 carrot and will monitor the situation going forward. After adding my carbon filter to my exhaust I realized it was drawing the heat from my box causing in proper heating. I will try to reduce the air flow of the carbon filter to make it easier to keep the heat in the grow box. On day 7 the PH of the reservoir is 6.2. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I did one last major defoliation on day 21 of flower to improve airflow and light penetration keeping only the top leaves of each cola.

That’s a wrap! Wow some really sizable nugs. Paid off to wait to stress train til later on as I feel like this plant had a lot more size and cola count to her than her sisters harvested a few weeks back. A treat to grow! On to the next 😘

I was hoping to harvest this weekend as the days are getting colder. The trichomes arent't quite ready. So, I'm going to have to hold out another week. My garage is not heated. So, I have to plan my grows around the local weather despite growing in a tent. The Afghani has turned purple on the leaves that see the most light. Likely due to the drop in temperature at night. I have stopped feeding the plants. The EC has remained unchanged for the last week. There is no point in wasting nutrients if the plant won't eat.

******** Week 9 - Feb 3 to 9/20 (Days 57 - 63 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs are turning this week. More at the top of the plant but some on the bottom as well. Still has many white hairs and a good thickness as well. This week has been one of those......is today the last feed.....no one more.......is today last feed......no one more.....🤨🧐🤨🧐 😃😃😃 And so it finally came down to Saturday Feb 8, Day 62 as the last day of feed. Plan it to just flush with water and Rezin & Liquid Weight to the end.....or early 70’s anyway. Kind of a boring week in a way because she has been such an awesome girl to grow!! She is dense with a lot of leaves but I am trusting this next week will continue to bring significant swelling. She has been fine with the fluctuations that happen through a grow and has been vigorous all the way through.....great genetics! She is a real beautiful little girl with how she has grown....a couple of the pictures on the stand show just how well she grew and then how much bud is now on those branches. On bigger branches I would clip off another node lower than I did to give a little more energy to fill in the tops. Not sure this girls top colas will fill in as much as one would like but........take your time girl😀 Also.....I think it could be worth a run doing this girl in a 5 gal pot.....if she has no problem going 77 days or so then maybe there is time build a nice mass???? I am concerned at the end of the week that I may be seeing signs of root bound with the leaves clawing down?????? Don’t think its light.....was the same the morning before watering so don’t feel its over watering......could be nitrogen toxicity???? Not going to chase it at this stage but would like to know for next run to correct. Became more visible Feb 6/7/8 idea....appreciate any comments😕 Have not spent anytime looking at Trich colour this week.....too early anyway. What I have noticed is one crazy amount of frost forming on this girl in the last week!!!!! Wednesday had to do a double take on some of the images and zoomed in on a bud.....DAMN!!!!💪👍🙏 Hope she continues to be happy and keeps pushing out them trichs.......DAMN😃😃😃 Changed the light schedule again this week. Moved her to 19.5 hours of light because she is still not falling to sleep at lights out. Will be avoiding use of Flawless Finish for now and I suspect she has two weeks left in her. If something changes and she ripens quicker then may use. Little more detail to come.......... Feb 3/20 - Day 57 - Water feed today. Runoff in tray was 6.1pH.....good - 3L given with Sensyzime @ 1ml/L. 80ppm and 6.15pH going in. Feb 4/20 - Day 58 - Full feed today. Pot still had some weight. - 3L off full feed with 1125ppm and 6.05pH - Runoff water in tray before feed: 900ppm and 6.03pH - Runoff water in tray after feed: 1300ppm and 6.2pH - she had small leafstrip today. - removed most of the LST today. Left two ties. Feb 5/20 - Day 59 - nothing today. - Light cycle changed to 19.5hrs on and 4.5hrs off. - Her hairs are still long an reaching.....good sign for growing longer Feb 6/20 - Day 60 - Verify medium today....close to flush - 3L feed of Sensyzime and Rezin @ 2ml/L and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L. = 100ppm and 5.8pH - Runoff was 680ppm and 6.25pH. - ppm is a little low and pH is creeping up. Feb 7/20 - Day 61 - Nothing today, still heavy. - slow growth happening??? Thickening behind the scenes??? Feb 8/20 - Day 62 - ********Last Feed******** - Full strength feed......base nutes both at 0.5ml/L - 6L feed with 1150ppm and 5.4pH going in. - pH was a little high so lowered for this feed. - Medium got a good soak and good runoff amount - Runoff: 1500ppm with 6.05pH - ppm might be a little high but hopeful she will go two weeks......will be flush a fair bit of water at minimum. Feb 9/20 - Day 63 - Dry out day - the "CLAW" is more prominent today. Mainly on top couple of leaves on the large colas. - raised the light a bit.....will use lower pH water in flush......not much else other than let her dry out at this stage....... Hello fellow growers. Croptober is here. Still displaying flowering on the week because I only harvested 2 of 5 plants. I checked the trichromes and they were T-d off and all milky white. I will wait a few more weeks for the remaining plants. The goal is to have a couple plants at the beginning of the harvest window and harvest the rest when they are more mature and ripe. The 2 plants I harvested were the bigger ones and each yielded about a pound each. One was the tall purple nug plant and the other was the bushy one. The shorter one smelled like gas once you got all the flowers bundled together, definitely can smell the sour diesel in the genetics. The tall purple one also smelled gassy, but also fruity. I would describe it as a mango/orange smoothie kind of fruity aroma. I didn't get a lot of popcorn and even the smallest nugs looked at least like a grams worth. The bud was sticky and gave a lot of finger hash. The leaves also looked packed with trichromes so I will save them for making medicine. The plants didn't grow as tall as I expected. I've honestly had indicas grow bigger, but the quality of the herb is there. Next time I will start these seeds earlier in the year to get bigger plants. I started them in May, but usually start my seeds in late March to get the roots to develop earlier. Usually they get stunted in height when you start them early, but the roots are developing. Once they take off, they tend to grow bigger because they already have an established root system. IMO BTW. The DRY. I placed the nugs in one of those multi-level mesh containers for drying. I used the top three levels. They started off displaying around 85% humidity on the first day and on the third day are now down to 68% humidity at 76°F. They are not moldy. I handle them once daily so they don't flatten out too much on one side. This is the down side of using this type of drying technique. By the fourth or fifth day, they should be ready to start jarring. I've left them longer in the past, but they start getting really dry if you leave them in the mesh too long. Smells like it's going to be at least a two to three month cure to get that smell out, but the one I already had curing from 2 weeks ago is already smokeable. We will see how good it gets by the end of the year. I can't wait to see how the remaining plants turn out. I will let them go as far as I can to see how the smoke differs from the early and the late harvest. Sativa dominant genetics should go at least another month, but I will start with the let's check in 2 weeks rule. Thanks to everyone following. This has been a great year for growing.

Putting on the mass as well, this one usually finishes pretty fast.

3oz dry weight from 1 plant! The maximum I've managed before was 18g and 20g per plant so a huge improvement from my first grow. Only issue is the buds came out airy, the tent was a bit hot throughout so think I need to up the airflow to remove excess heat in future grows. :) I've sealed the bud into mason jars now for curing, hopefully should be smokable in the early new year!
