This week has seen a lot of bushing out. The Banana Kush has certainly found its legs and taken to flower like. Duck to water. Each day tucking leaves under the net but starting to see bud sites slowly forming.

7cm of vertical growth this week. Things slowing down a little. This kush is very bushy. It's a huge plant, and if I'm honest the 10 litre pot is way too small 😲 On she goes through flowering! 😍

Well, week 11 has started today 8/15. So blessed to have gotten this far! I'll be flipping the lights tomorrow to begin to start flowering. I have both my tents linked up so I don't have to run two separate exhausts! Now that the stress part is over time to sit, enjoy some puffs and continue focusing my energy! Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️ UPDATE: 8/17 Day one of 12/12 in the books! I gotta say, I always chill with my plants before I turn down for the night and it was strange not doing it last night, lol. So I'm gonna get some green lights! I have an awesome app on my phone called Hydroponics Green Screen Light, it's in the app store for free. Developer in Timothy Johns. It works great but not enough for me. But it is great if you need to go in during the dark cycle for whatever reason. Or you can get yourself a lamp and a green grow room bulb! So Day 16 F i had to let go 2 of my girls, they turn out hermafrodite and i don't want to rist my crop, the whether is to freaking Hot and i have no A.C. so 2 of the Kush Clones are out, leving me with one Kush, one white Mango, one Poyote Gorila, 2 Blue Berry and seven Super Gluees. They all look preety good and they keep streetching every day as they should :) Lets see were they stop. Stay safe Peace out D

Greetings everyone! Week 7 of these two ladies is here aaaand they are finally in flower! 😀 It took them a little more than what I wanted but hey, it's done! 🙌 My only big issue this week was that it was hot compared to last one, which might have affected my girls somehow but besides that? Not much. Besides that this is what I did and I noticed: - The baby on the back has a weird growth rate! She's very, VERY bushy and tons of her leaves have long stems. Dunno why! - I reinforced the LST. Some stems were a bit too close to each other and that could be potentially dangerous! - Tucked and trimmed a lot this week. Too much foliage! Specially on the baby that's on the back. Hopefully she'll respond well to it! - The "healthy" girl has some weird looking leaves. Her leaves have tons of "points" 😱 Anyway, that's all for now. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/18- Well, we're now going into the 10th week of veg for this FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod. She's becoming quite the tall lady with wide node spacing and a classic 'Christmas tree' shape. Her overall health and vigor have remained excellent and she's tolerating our oppressive heat with out complaint! 7/20- The daily watering of 5g continues, as does the hot weather. 7/22- Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 1/2 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. Today I resumed my regular watering routine, watering late in the afternoon with 5g of well water from the garden hose. 7/24- There goes ten weeks of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and she shows no signs of slowing her vertical growth at this time. I am hoping that with our daylight hours slowly diminishing, the Papaya Sherbet will begin to transition into flower in the next few weeks so that it won't be late October before she's ready to harvest... we will see! So these Cream Cookies were really easy to grow! Almost too easy that I neglected them for a week or so and then found two of them covered in Aphids. We tried everything we could to save #1 & #2 but It was a battle that we eventual lost. They are in a bag in the freezer getting ready to be bubble hash. #3 to my awe and surprise has survived through thick and thin. Good and Bad. And will be my only smokeable "flower" from this run. That said I will run these again but inside in a controlled environment as it seems my FastBud Girls were prone to the aphids and caterpillars. Reguardless I'm super impressed with the structure and just look of the plant overall. Can't wait to smoke #3!!! The frozen bag of hash weighs in at 203g and includes the mutant #3 smoothie auto from my other diary which also was overrun with aphids. *Will update with dry numbers*

So we have harvested the wedding cheesecake abruptly as I think one might have started too herm possibly as I saw signs hence the abrupt chop of all as only days away from end of week 8. There are no seeds or any disinformation yet I saw under scope slight growing signs of possible coming g of herm so didnt waste time too chop... will inspect once dry all should be okay 🤞 The buds smell absolutely delicious theres more of a creamy cakey aroma bursting through more than anything like a creamy woft through the air. The girls grew amazingly considering I went from auto feed too hand feed although didnt seem too have a negative affect end result shows so I'd like too re run the wedding cheesecake ff again solely by hand/autopot this time all way through. Buds form grameat with great resilience too conditions out of control as I myself have a heatwave and they seemed too handle well. Over all I would strongly recommend this monster of a grower too all, she is a beautifull strain with such a great growing process. I will keep one girl for flower and the not so perfect girl for hash or too be pressed once cured for a month or so... These were flushed only a week unfortunatley due too early chop but as in coco I'm sure I'll be fine after a cure even for the hash girls.

I call this girl "Freckles" because of the way she's fading. She's like a sweet gas rn I'm looking forward to the way she'll cure. Her smell indicated to me that she's goin to be a wild card, you can't really predict how she'll mature through cure, but you know it's gonna be great.
