I use a 70/30 solution of H2O2 and tap water inside a small capsule, allowing the seed to soak for 24 hrs, and she was ready for her birthday, already showing a tap root in that time span... I then place the seed into a damp paper towel to allow the tap root to extend a little further out in preparation for the transplant. I'll start her in a small grow bag filled with my amended Pro Mix seed starter blend, hopefully making a strong seedling for my first AutoPot run. This is for their grow off, which I found on their Discord server, but they are very active on FB and IG... Their catalog of offerings are definitely connoisseur genetics, most importantly, Made in the USA! 🇺🇲

Started flushing and increased water to 6l per plant. I think I may be harvesting next week some time. Plants are still looking great. I have the top colas tied outward to make sort of a bowl so the distance is between 16-24 inches from all the colas to the light. I should have done this from the start and it probably would have made larger buds.

Time to harvest the Gelato. In this run, it turned out to be one of the best-performing strains. The main cola is rock hard and super dense, with the branches bending under the weight. Now it’s time to dry it and see what the final result will be. Cheers!

Flipped to 12/12 at the end of Week 7. The manganese issue seems to have been solved by lowering the pH levels. Ordinarily I'd strip most everything below the net this week, but a friend asked me to leave him some clippings until week 2-3 of flower. I cleaned it up a little underneath the net, continued to tuck new growth, and started to slack back on grow nutes, and slowly introduce flower nutrients. I was hoping to have a second Aglex 2000 COB LED to add to the tent for flower, but it may be another week or two before I can add it.

Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Hi! Wao this is what I can say and luckily stoppe streching.... All LST has been removed as the plants remain the same so no need to keep them in "chains". Those Original Sensible girls 3 of them (Gelato, Runtz Gum, Do-Si-Dos OG)went crazy, except Black Ghost OG she did not strech much typical little indica lady. And the THC crystals alrady on the leaves on the Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG just simply beautiful. Buds are coming getting thick they are gorgeous only I can see some some sort of deficiency on Do-Si-Dos OG a bit on some leaves. The fertilization schedula isnthe same every 2nd day and happens with the mix and ratio above. Wedding Gelato is beautiful also I hope the nice purple colour will come out as well in late flowering stage. :) The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

The buds are gaining mass really fast now and even the smaller plant looks good. I decided to take them inside because there is supposed to be a thunderstorm with heavy rain today. Really happy how they are turning out so far.

This week went real well! All 5 of the Twenty20 Ogreberry Autos and the 1 Fastbuds Bruce Banner have successfully germinated and sprouted up from the soil!! This upcoming week we will start giving these girls a heavy feeding of nutrients PH d at 6.5 an see how they react , most likely will love it!! She still drinks about 1 liter a day, but it has become less. So the nutrients are steadily decreasing. 🔸I think I will harvest them in the course of the week...that fits quite well as the temperatures are going down again. You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine.
