Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend,. It was a good week for all five ladies. The Red Hot Cookies is slightly ahead of the Sundae Driver and Durban Nights. The Green Crack is the slowest growing so far, and the Sundae Driver has some holes in the leaves that I am thinking are from bugs, I have sprayed her twice with neem oil so far so we will see what happens. I topped all five ladies on day 23 above the third node as I am going to build mainlines out of all of them. I am still not able to list my nutrients for some reason, but I am feeding with all GH, Silica, Cal Mag, and Maxi Grow at an EC of 1.2 and a ph between 5.5 and 6.5. I use an auto feeding reservoir with halo feeders set on a timer to feed every 5 hours for one minute. I am hoping to get the second toppings done sometime this week, and then the final toppings done the next, and then flip to flower around week 7 or so. I am still using this Spectrum X from Medic grow, and have it cranked up to about 50% power and they are seeming to love it. We are in the midst of hopefully the final heat wave of the year and I am looking forward to cooler temps and lower humidity by the time I flip to flower. Great veg week. Its an increased nutrient week. Only issue was slightly high ph in soil, so I added a little more vinegar to my water. On previous grows, I would do my LST tie downs on approx day 31-33, but growth was really good, and over 10" on 7 of 9 plants, so tied down early on those 7, on day 28. Great color and stalk girth so far.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

In 1995, scientists placed human DNA inside a sealed, air tight tube with photons. Without the DNA, the photons arranged themselves in a random scattered pattern, but when the DNA was inserted, the photons formed an alignment. Are there metaphysical, multidimensional aspects to our DNA? Have we just begun to understand what DNA is and what it represents? Vladimir Poponin is a well known Russian scientist who in 1995, with his colleagues, including biophysicist Peter Gariaev, conducted a very interesting experiment during their time at the Russian Academy of Sciences. In their paper (P.P. Gariaev and V.P. Poponin. Vacuum DNA phantom effect in vitro and its possible rational explanation. Nanobiology 1995 (in press)), Poponin states, in the introduction of the report, that, “We believe this discovery has tremendous significance for the explanation and deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying subtle energy phenomena including many of the observed alternative healing phenomena.” Why did he feel this way? We will get to that. Poponin and Gariaev tested the behaviour of DNA on photons, little tiny bits of matter, in the “quantum” that our world is made up of. They put photons into a tube specially designed to simulate a vacuum, just like the vacuum of space. With no air inside, they inserted the photons as they wanted to see what they did and how they behaved. The photons were distributed in a way that was completely unordered and random, scattered all over the container. This of course was what the team of researchers expected. Next, samples of human DNA were placed inside the tube with the photons, and what happened next is what’s truly mysterious. The photons reacted to the DNA, and changed their pattern and formed a specific alignment. In the presence of living material, the human DNA, the photons organized! This signified that the DNA was clearly having a direct influence over the photons. It’s one of many examples hypothesizing that something within us has a direct affect on the physical material matter outside of us. This experiment was repeated and confirmed, and it was further observed that human DNA has a direct affect on the quantum ‘stuff’ that our world is made up of. Fascinating to say the least. The Next Big Surprise The next big surprise was observed when the researchers removed the DNA from the container. The scientists assumed that the photons would simply return to their original scattered state, but this didn’t happen. Instead, the photons remained ordered as if the DNA were still in the tube. Poponin described the light as behaving “surprisingly and counter-intuitively.” The researchers hypothesized and were “forced to accept the working hypothesis that some new field structure is being excited.” Is there something being left behind? Something in non-physical form? This experiment tells us that DNA is communicating with the ‘stuff’ our world is made of, and that there is some sort of invisible field that exists. Perhaps DNA represents a place of storage and communications to the past? To the future? To others in the universe who have left their mark, so to speak. Who knows. Quantum Physics and Consciousness Nobel laureate of the twentieth century Richard Feynman once said, with regards to quantum mechanics, “we choose to examine a phenomenon which is impossible, absolutely impossible, to explain in any classical way, and which has in it the heart of quantum mechanics. In reality, it contains the only mystery.” Another great quote that comes to mind anytime the world of science dives deep into the mysterious world of quantum physics: There seems to be a deep concern that the whole field will be tarnished by studying a phenomenon that is tainted by its association with superstition, spiritualism and magic. Protecting against this possibility sometimes seems more important than encouraging scientific exploration or protecting academic freedom. But this may be changing.” – Cassandra Vieten, PhD and President/CEO at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. The reason why the association with superstition, spiritualism and magic mentioned in the quote above exists when it comes to examining certain phenomenon is simply because the observed phenomenon is unexplainable. But it’s important to remember, just because something is unexplainable does not mean that it’s not real, it simply means we don’t fully understand it yet. Academia has a long history of rejecting phenomenon, that’s clearly real, yet simply unexplainable. Quantum physics clearly has a strong connection to consciousness and metaphysical phenomenon. Max Planck, a physicist who originated quantum theory, regarded consciousness as “fundamental,” and matter as “derivative from consciousness.” He said that “we cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.” This has been demonstrated quite clearly by multiple experiments, like the quantum double slit experiment. A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays by Dean Radin, PhD, explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. In this experiment, a double-slit optical system was used to test the possible role of consciousness in the collapse of the quantum wave-function. Photons were shot through two slits, in multiple different ways. The study found that factors associated with consciousness “significantly” correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double slit interference pattern. In this experiment, tiny bits of matter (photons, electrons, or any atomic-sized object) are shot towards a screen that has two slits in it. On the other side of the screen, a high-tech video camera records where each photon lands. When scientists close one slit, the camera will show us an expected pattern, as seen in the video below. But when both slits are opened, an “interference pattern” emerges — they begin to act like waves. You can refer to the actual study to find out more about that if you want to see a visual demonstration of the quantum double slit experiment. The point is, consciousness changes the behaviour of the particles. “Observation not only disturbs what has to be measured, they produce it. We compel the electron to assume a definite position. We ourselves produce the results of the measurement.” The study cited above points out that “factors associated with consciousness, such as meditation experience, electrocortical markers of focused attention, and psychological factors including openness and absorption, significantly correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double-slit interference pattern. The results appear to be consistent with a consciousness-related interpretation of the quantum measurement problem.” The Takeaway DNA is fascinating, and it’s probably the least understood part of our biology. There are definitely interesting metaphysical non-material aspects to our DNA, and changes to our DNA can come as a result of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions alone. HeartMath researchers have shown that physical aspects of DNA strands could be influenced by human intention. The article, Modulation of DNA Conformation by Heart-Focused Intention – McCraty, Atkinson, Tomasino, 2003 – describes experiments that achieved such results.

Week 16 is starting off nice and strong. Lady is starting to look super frosty, and more hairs are starting to turn orange. Bumped the nutrients back up and will continue feeding accordingly. Starting to put off some nice cakey odors now.

420Fastbuds FBT2303/Week11 Weekly update on these chunky girls. Did a defoliation this week on them taking off some of the bigger fan leafs. The flowers have swollen noticeable this week which is crazy as they were huge before. Over all seeing fading in the leafs as they get close to finishing up. Starting to see some amber in the trichs which is an exciting time. All in all Happy Growing

I really don't need to be doing so many updates in 1 week. So, for most of my diaries apart from one I'm in contract with. I'll be applying up to 14-21 days in 1 week. This was let go for over a month. I'm giving you a month of her growth. She really is another few weeks ahead in Real Time. Days 15-42 Veg Days 10-37 weeks 3-6 1 month. Plant done very well in her early weeks coming into wk 3 she has 10 days of veg and a considerable root zone. (That was root bound) been a fem. Id no concerns about losing her roots at the end. I then decided to go for another smaller but slightly bigger pot for a few weeks to get roots going again fast that won't be an bound like that. After a few weeks coming into wk 6 I put her into her final 11L pot. And she flourished. She pult herself out of the light green edges she suffered from been stuck in a another small pot (her roots found it hard to catch their breath been root bound) but, roots are literally coming out the end of the 11L pot now. She's at the end of wk 6 after going through hard defoliations at the start of wk 3 well into and beyond wk 6. And I've made myself 4 very nice tight long nodes with lots of inters built up. When she's put to into pre flower this week I'll start to open her up lightly. Not much. As there is only 4 nodes so, there's not much to LST but pulling them slight apart from each other. Light SE5000 is doing a smashing job. I've only had it up to 85%. Really good co2 light. And this lady is far away from the light. So, she's maybe getting 45% of her power. She's getting 40k lux. When its in fattening she'll be getting 65-70k Co2 Is kept between 8-1300. Average is 1000. Temp is between 31-33c slight dip. Thanks to Barneysfarm for their 2022-23 Releases. This week was kinda hard for the plant I found a few bugs eating the leaves. I put a net over them let’s see if that keeps them away. Over all I love how the plant is showing so much life. Any feed back will be appreciated thanks

Another week of slowly reaching the harvest date. Early sugar leaves on tops are showing average 10% amber trics. Calyxes are swelling with each day, generating dense new trics to still ripen. Pistils are browning, about 50% now with slight new growth/foxtailing on the tops. Its getting real smelly.. maybe time for a filter, with a space this confined its gonna be a mission fitting one on. Fan leaves withering off, no stress. Buds are becoming dense and are weighing the stems down probably looking at harvesting in 2 weeks to allow new trics to go cloudy. Hoping to click over 2 oz with this plant but aslong as the smoke is smooth and potent im not worried about yeild. This week was spent doing some needed cleaning and minor defoliation and start aiming towards flowering in the next week or so. I dumped all pots and wiped out as well as the resivoir and added fresh water and nutes to all the plants. While plants were out of tent I did some very minor defoliating as well. I picked up a few goodies this week. I noticed a fruit fly or two and decided to pick up an insect trap off amazon (let’s see how it works 🤞🏽). I also picked up a chargeable watering wand that is worth 3x its price for how easy it makes it to water/feed my plants. I just drop in in my 5 gallon bucket after nutes and pHing water and get to work without moving a single pot. Wish I got this sooner!

Hi Growmies. Another week done at day 24 flowering. They seem to have finished their stretch period and all have the 1st flush of dress flowering pistils at their growing tips. I am now feeding at a flowering strength feed with additional shogun additives too. I am very pleased with their progress and final foundation foe the flowering stage. The height is a very reasonable 18 inches to the canopy top which has levelled out very well so far. I did have to do a little bending and twisting as they settled into the shapes but it has been very easy to work with them so far . Bruce Banner#3 has really put put some growth among the branches and will really need to be defoliated to make sure that the air can get around this big lady and avoid any risks of "dead air" or warm pockets. She has a great frame to build her buds onto and some nice thick stems to support the possible chunks. The node spacing is a medium to long but hopefully they will join up where they can over the next 7-8 weeks. Candy Rain. Her quad training has been productive and I didn't need to really do too much beside hold the two higher branches back a little. she should be a nice open branched , baseball batted cola beast at her final week.. Jealousy #1 and #2 have really been busy with their flower sets and have so much growth going off beneath those huge leafed frames. The leaf sizes are brilliant for harvesting all the available light during veg and i will be sad to defoliate them both at day 21 F. They are so productive that a good lollipopping mat also be called for with the lower growth not really getting enough light to be worth the energy sharing. I can see how these ladies would be huge in an outdoor grow bit also in a bigger indoor space too. I am sonimoress2d with the health and vigour of all of these ladies but seeing how well the #2 Jealousy has caught up and surpassed her sisters has been a shocker. she has some very big fan leaves and nice chunky stems to hold them expected colas too.
