This weeks been hectic! Iv had a lot of training to do and a fair amount of defoliation - all only done until my plant had no feed left. Iv signed up to a couple of patreon accounts : ‘Willymyco’ and ‘DGC - dude grows podcast’s. Another great podcast. However, over the past week there’s been a heatwave and I accidentally pulled the red on/off plastic valve from the res for a second , it’s all good and just went on insulated wires…so I just mopped it up. I changed it to a mars hydro ts-1000w, and then the ts-600. Glad the dimmer works though or temps will be insane! I am still thinking of putting in the fc-e3000 but if I do that I’m going to have to take out the stoppers from the ends and hacksaw some off. It’s only cheap aluminium and then I’m going to think about removing one of the light strips if I can. Then I’ll just keep it low. It’s still weird working with a plant they suggested, un-topped— this is the first time i have done this in my life - I have literally always - HST’d, using the early veg stage and making used of the time for it to heal.

When I was defoliating, if the leaf was hesitant in coming off, don’t force it, because it will bring part of the bud with it.That being said, I have 3 small buds that came off during trim. Close up pics above. I have these drying on a fruit bowl in the kitchen and will give CBG a try in about 2 weeks. 8/6 No water today. Adjusting to yesterday’s defoliation, outside time and fertilization. This is day 106 since popping the soil on April 17. Based on the last auto flowers I grew, I anticipate these will be ready to harvest at the end of 2 weeks (Aug 19-20). I don’t know how long it takes for trichomes to start turning amber but I see almost 100% milky, just no amber yet. 8/7 I’m pushing an extra day without water and not running humidifier. This is pushing VPD higher into the excess range. I read that this stress can motivate the plant to make bigger buds. Harvest time will determine if that’s so. 8/8 Ferigate 3 gallons using TPS1 23.75ml, Signal 9.5ml, EC 1.19, PPM 820, ph 7.5. I only gave them 1 ½ liters each today. 8/9 No water. Still not seeing amber trichomes. How long will it take? 8/10 light fertilize today. 3 gallons with 15 ml TPS1, 7.5 ml Signal. Each received 1 gallon. They were in the tub so all run off went down the drain and I didn't get measurements. There was a summer storm today so I utilized the time to go thru more boxes. A woman’s place was in the home. My grandmother, father and mother were all high achievers in their careers, and interests. All won awards for their achievements in work activities, teaching, and arts. This type A behavior was instilled in me from the start. In everything I did I had to be my best. I worked a variety of jobs from jewelry sales to office clerical during high school and college. Attending school and working at the same time and maintaining straight A’s is typical A behavior. I started picking up industrial psychology courses and some business. When I got into accounting, my male accounting professor said I was really good and I should consider it. The economics of business was changing. Women were breaking the glass ceiling in large corporations with more women were becoming CEO's of big corporations. So, I changed my major of study in college from science to business and accounting. I entered a difficult field. Once out of college, I started in the accounting field and remained in the same career for over 35 years. I did not have the desire to travel the world so I remained in Tidewater. My career began as an accountant responsible for payroll and accounts payable at a hospital, then went into banking. From there, I entered government accounting and finance. Over the years, I was promoted from staff accountant to manager, then director of financial reporting at Tidewater Community College (TCC). Interestingly, I came across my mom’s college yearbook. She attended Teachers College of Connecticut (TCC). My mom began her teaching career in college, and I ended my career while working in higher education. What a coincidence! My need for perfection is causing stress and anxiety since I’m having difficulties. Even though I followed the TPS1 autoflower weekly recommendations, I still overfed. This caused nutrient lock out for which I flushed with no nutrients for 3 weeks. Once I resumed 1/4-1/2 strength the required solution, I started seeing new white pistils in the existing buds. Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!

Now this girl i am so happy to be chopping. This is her final update before she comes down after dark period. The plant itself has been fantastic. She had great growth from the begining but just far to much for the space i had for her. Shes not a very pungent strain but does have a mellow sweetness coming from her. If she is as nice as my last dance with Sweettooth i will be over the moon.

Soaked in water for 18 hours and then planted into pot . 24 hours on and she’s broke the surface . So keen for this one it’s my fave smoke

15.08.: Die zweite Blütewoche hat begonnen und beide Pflanzen haben sich seit der Umstellung gut entwickelt. Da ich vermute, dass die G41 noch weiter wachsen wird, habe ich ein zweites Netz zur späteren Stabilisierung installiert. Das zweite Netz hängt jetzt auf einer Höhe von 1,30m, sodass die oberen Spitzen der G41 bereits durchgucken. Damit die Pflanzen ihre Energie auf die wichtigen Bereiche konzentriert, habe ich bei beiden Pflanzen ein Lollipopping durchgeführt. Dabei hab ich alle Blätter, Seitentriebe und Blütenansätze unterhalb des ersten Netzes entfernt. Diese Blütenansätze liegen so weit unten, dass hier kaum Licht ankommt und sie am Ende stark unterentwickelt sein werden. Idealerweise hätte ich damit noch ein wenig gewartet, aber da ich die kommenden 9 Tage im Urlaub bin wollte ich es vorher noch erledigt haben, das gleiche gilt für das Netz. Updates werden in der Zeit auch eher schwierig, aber vielleicht bekomme ich ein paar Fotos zugeschickt. 18.08.: Ich habe Fotos zugeschickt bekommen. Anscheinend steckt die G41 immer noch in ihrer Stretchphase, da sie das 2. Netz auch schon ein gutes Stück überwachsen hat. 20.08.: Heute kamen nochmal ein kleines Video und ein Foto von der G41. Der Wachstum wird langsam weniger und man sieht, dass sich der Stretch dem Ende neigt. Am Ende der 2. Blütewoche hat die G41 die PBB in Sachen Höhe komplett abgehängt. So wie ich vermutet hab, war der Stretch von der PBB nicht mehr allzu dolle, sodass sie wesentlich kleiner als die G41 geblieben ist. Das ist eins der Probleme, wenn man kein Monocrop anbaut. Außerdem ist der Wasserbedarf der Pflanzen gesunken, sodass die Bewässerung aktuell 10min läuft, wenn das Licht angeht. Nächste Woche bin ich wieder zuhause, dann überlege ich mir, wie ich das Problem löse, entweder mit einer Zusatzbeleuchtung, einem 3. Netz mit dem ich die G41 noch etwas runterbiege oder beides. Da mein Mitbewohner heute vor Beginn von Blütewoche 3 ebenfalls wegfährt, hat er mir gestern noch die aktuellen Daten der Pflanzen zugeschickt. Daher passt es nicht ganz mit dem Diary, ich denke aber, dass es der beste Kompromiss ist.

I really like the colors coming out in these buds. They are getting more purple every day. Looks like they are going to stack up pretty fat too. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.

Colas are getting heavy. Smell getting louder overall I am really happy with the strain

Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Green Crack! This strain has been a pleasure to grow, very hearty strain, small and compact during veg then a nice stretch in bloom. Sticky dense buds, strong fuel smell with an underlying sweet aroma. Will update in 2 weeks with the initial smoke report and dry weight. Update April 30 - dry weight of 155 grams. Buds are big but not as dense as the LSD buds. Initial smoke report, earthy tones with a bit of fuel.

She looks so amazing with those fat colas, very dense and sticky, beautiful strain to grow same sweet cherry strawberry aroma just like her sisters. 🔝. I could grow her endless times

Hi Everyone I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas I know I did 😀 The Peyote Wifi growing in my Super soil mix is getting fairly big now and still has a long way to go. Where I'm based at the moment the days won't be short enough to induce flowering until February!! That means atleast another 6 or 7 weeks of veg still to go then 10 weeks of flowering. 😲 I have ordered the Blooming supplement from Dr Greenthumbs that is reccomended for Heavy flowering plants like cannabis. Although the super soil should still have plenty of available nutrients by the time flowering starts it's reccomended that you add the blooming supplement which gives a rapid boost of P & K to the girls right when they need them. However I wont be needing the booster for awhile yet so in the meantime I'll make up a brew consisting of fresh worm castings from my worm farm and Black strap mollasses. This will bubble for 3 days and then be fed to my plants along with 1 scoop of Great white Mycorrhizal powder per plant. Remember if you treat your soil as a living organism then it will remain in top condition and pass on it's health to your growing crop.
