Done final defoliation 3 days ago. Took 2 kg of leaf from 43 plants. Now they all fully exposed to the lamps. Buds will be fat on these girls . Smell is extra nice. Nice genetics. Start adding some magic juice.

Tried to FIM the plants not quite sure it worked. Decided to top them instead and see where it leads. Also added a net to support the stem from falling over.

Flowering nicely now. Not drinking a ton of water but I attribute that to lower temps lately.

Day 57 This should be the last week in veg. It might be a partial week...I'll make the call in a few days. I'm excited to see these babes flower!!! Day 58: Last day of VEG! I set the timer to 12/12 and lower the lights to 18". These babes are ready to switch, based on my past experience. I hope they don't shoot too much in the next couple of weeks! Flower time is here at last! Day 59: Flower day 1! Fed transistion week 1 nutes today. Day 61: The plants are stretching nicely and I expect to run out of room on the screen at the outer edges. Day 63: I'm really surprised how fast Shiskaberry caught up to her tentmate. She's got many bud sites, even after losing one of the mains. It might actually be a good thing I'm down a few tops, since the canopy is getting VERY full!

Week 6, Day 41 of Flower and all is going well, a little crowded in there but she is coming along nicely. Using yo yos to support branches. Removed a couple of lower branches, only larf taking up energy, I included some trichome picks from them. Only a few more weeks to go to harvest, can’t wait.

Apple Fritter is growing good. I applied frest lst, and a defoliation. She is growing in a 5 gallon New Level Hydro bucket. Under a Spider Farmer SE5000 at 60 percent power right now. Has a nice root mass, and am looking forward to making a clone if space provides it in future. The plants are slowly going to flowering stage, the tallest is about 43cm the other 2x35cm and 1x22cm. I have got this “RAW” microbes for the flowering stage but I am not sure if I can or should use it, any advice is appreciated.

I got new lighting from VIPARSPECTRA and type XS1000. I don't know what's going on with her 😢 I think it's spilled again, so I tried to put it in a dry coconut for 48 days. But I don't expect it to start growing anymore 😕.

Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.

The crisping of the leaves where bothering me so I decided to do a hard flush of the plants to lower what I think was a EC issue. I was also wondering about the PH and it was on point at 6.8 from the flush water I gathered. I do not own a EC pen so could not monitor that aspect of it. It looks like it may have helped a bit. Hard to tell at this point the death has slowed a lot and I am seeing fading signs that I am used to seeing so it makes me feel a bit better. I think I have stunted this growth a bit because of this mishap but should still be a good harvest. The soils temp is getting down to 12c at night, The ambient air temps of the tent are aorund 15-18 at night though. Good for adding colour into the fade. During the say its keep steady around 26-27. Starting to smell more and more and loving every time I open the tent. Given they are stuck in a scrog net trying to remove the bottom trays to empty them cause them to be rustled a bit and they released a lot of lovely scents. I am in the last week or two now. Will be giving them one more heavy molasses feeding and then nothing else. They got their last ChitoSal and I think it made a difference, would really need a side by side to confirm if its working at all. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 18cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 51cm for week eight of flower. +0.5cm from Last Week Just like last week I am no longer posting about the clones in this diary. Os enseño la primera semana de esta farm cheese de genofarm, una semilla con más de 3 años de conservación, tuvo un germinado en 48 horas sin problemas aparentes. La introducimos a 0,5 cms en medio del sustrato, una maceta pequeña unas semanas mientras Coje fuerza.
