Start of week 4

Hello Diary. We have reached the end of the cycle of this fragrant beauty. There will be a harvest in 2-3 days.😍 Every day I use a small microscope to check when it will be ready. When the trichomes start to turn brown, then I will have a harvest, everything is already prepared. 💪 As can be seen in the pictures, most of the leaves are completely yellowed, the flowers themselves are beautiful green. 😀 At the end of the week I did a defoliation, I took off all the bigger leaves to give them better airiness in those last days and to give the flowers a little more energy. 💪 Watering is every three days and on her 61st day was the last watering before harvest. p.H of water before watering I regulate with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Always between 6.2 and 6.3 The temperature and humidity in the Box are great, almost ideal for this phase. 👌 Let’s take a look at what Fat Banana’s last week looked like. 21/11/2020 - Day 58. Lebby was harvested! 🙏 After 5 days drying in a very dry and warm room, I had 65% to 62% in the jars. Ugh. Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. Stigmas are all formed, very vigorous bud structure. This beast still shows some signs of K deficiency despite feeding her regularly. For now, the nutrients are barely enough to stabilize the typical leaf discoloration. Gonna double the dose. Critters avoid her like the plague. Expected harvest time october 1st/2nd week.

Growing Fast Buds Tangie'Matic again. This was one of the first strains I grew and I had great results the first time. Looking forward to seeing if I can up my game at all this time. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Showcase of indo nutrients with some go guano ive been using since early veg. I had to spread and defoliate. Every few days its like this girl gets a whole new bush. Im just keeping ontop of the spacing so i dont run into any problems during the rest of flowering. Ill up date next week, probably be a huge bush again . white film on tent is just baking soda in the water, residue from combating powdery mildew.I dont feel its doing any harm if i notice buds resting on it i may have to wipe it down with alcohol. Ive been on edge watching for any signs of PM, Its been clear since christmas ! Very blessed to figure that out before it over took my crop.

I feel like I really identify with this strain. This is only the second one I've grown but I can read her well. If you think you've got a green pheno, try dropping your nitrogen and your temps to trigger her genetics (epigenetics) to influence her phenotype. This girl is almost done. She's right on schedule. Her trichomes are about 90% cloudy. I'll let her hit up to 20% oxidized. She's fattening up nicely. Her bud structure is much different than the first Blackberry, she's much more solid/ dense.

This is my first ever experience with autoflowers, scrog, lst, led and such tiny grow space. Choice of strain - Big Bang Auto from Green House Seeds. I have run so many strains from this seed bank in the past and I was always happy with the final outcome. Was looking for indica dominant strain, fast flowering cycle and very important heavy yields on small spaces. Again thank you GHSC in very happy of choosing this strain. Little bit about my cabinet. She had some problems to switch to flowering and was even considering removing her but very happy that I was patient enough and turned great. Luna, right corner lady - have to say she is the queen. She has the most heavy buds from all, the most. colorful. Her wet weight was 420g, can't say how much of dry but guessing approx. 100g Sweet Mary Jane, front seat lady. I think she was the most pleasant to grow of her location but due to no other spare space for drying I belive that I have harvested her at least a week to early. Made tons of mistakes but next grow will be on point. I want to experiment with some variables that I saw and try new techniques at the same time apply old school techniques. Maybe have a good fusion of both. I wanna get into the 30% range

Gestern Abend habe ich ein DIY CO2 System installiert, konnte aber kaum CO2 messen. Ich bin mir sicher das Gas austritt und auch im Umlauf in der Box ist, doch die gewünschte Dosierung von über 1200ppm scheint für mich unerreichbar :D Tag 17: Ich vermute, auch wegen den Messwerten, das das nichts mit dem Hinzufügen von CO2 zu tun haben kann, aber Heute konnte ich erheblichen Zuwachs im vergleich zu Gestern feststellen. Aktuell wachsen die Pflanzen Horizontal. Bisher habe ich jeden 3. Tag begossen, heute wäre eigentlich wieder Zeit zum Gießen aber da die Erde, nach Messen, reichlich Feuchtigkeit enthält, werde ich dies Heute auslassen und auf Morgen verschieben. Ich denke das die Zeit des Trainierens sich gezeigt hat und mache mich derzeit via Videos Schlau. Was denkt Ihr, wann und welche Methode(n) sollte ich anwenden? An Tag 20 wurde der G13 und White Widow LST angewendet. Blätter und Triebe die kein Licht abbekamen wurden abgeschnitten. Die Amnesia Haze Auto wurde getoppt und auch hier wurden Blätter entfernt.
