calixes are turning red/magenta

This week I transplanted my little Strawberry Banana girl to a Big Girl Bed-LOL. Seriously though, I transplanted her to a large garden bed as opposed to 5 gallon pots like I usually do. I wanted to give this plant all the room she need to grow her very best. I'm curious to see if having a larger grow area will produce a larger plant. I am thinking more room for the roots to expand. My plant did not grow very much in height but the width of the leaves did grow. Weather has been very nice here this week.

Haven't updated due to being really busy , the girls are coming along but have had a huge problem with humidity which has then caused the plants to start getting powder mildew on the leaves, which is not good, I think the tent got to packed with plants , hopefully it doesn't effect the grow to much

This Strain has been a pleasure to grow. Great structure from beginning to end. I suggest a silica additive and a lot of defoliation at selected times as needed all the way through will help keep this beauty looking like the champion she is. Honestly,I was a little skeptical about all the hype this strain was getting but I clearly understand why now. This strain is a must for anyone that enjoys growing. Very dense purple with hues of a dark orange - red - magenta colored golfball sized buds for the majority of the plant and popcorn sized buds forming at the bottom. All are great quality ! Also Highly recommend Low Stress Training….especially when entering the bloom phase. Love Love Love this strain and there will definitely be more diaries of this strain in my collection in the future.

Automatic watering works perfect, each plant gets 1L of nut. water every day. humidity is around 45-48%. Smell is lovely and plants are getting sticky.

Well, well, here we are at week 4 and doing my best to keep up with this diary. I truly enough it but I'm also a blessed dad with lots of kids. But the plant is looking very well and will have photos, and even another video coming along with this week.

Wish I had left her at least another couple days however all of a sudden their became a sudden need to harvest asap unfortunately, never the less she was well into her finishing stage and and has been an amazing journey with her from start to end!

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. So these buds are super piney in terps. The plant itself was ok— super vigorous in veg and once it was flipped to flower around week 3 I could see the buds were ok. More auto like in quality versus photoperiod.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.
