F29 beginning of 4th week of flowering SD3 - initially sweet orange then engine grease SD2 - initially sharp vaseline then engine grease mixed with kerosine.I personally like SD2 more. Even with the stunted growth. SD3 is getting yellow from the bottom and i dont know what to do. I had thrips so i sprinkled diatomaceus earth on top of the soil and rubbed some on the fan leaves and stems. Sorry for the reddish pics

This week has been a mixed bag for my two plants. #1 is really taking off now, showing strong growth and picking up speed!🌱 It’s looking healthy and vigorous, which is great to see. Towards the end of the week, I also noticed the first signs of flowering—exciting! Unfortunately, #2 is still struggling.😩 It has barely grown and remains very small compared to #1. If it doesn’t start making progress soon, I might consider replacing it with another plant. I’ll give it a little more time, but let’s see how things develop in the next week. Fingers crossed!🤞

Learned my old ph meter was bad, got a new one and found the runoff ph at 7.6! Even with my tea at a ph of 5.4. No wonder she looks deficient in a few things. Going to add a topdress of DTE soil acidifier with a little extra sulfer added in next watering to see if I can't get her into a better range. Let's see what happens!

Week 12 Plant is recovering health now. Stretching vigorously even for side branches. During the next weeks the plant will stay in greenhouse for numbers of reasons : discretion (lot of activity around, new constructions in the neighborhood), protection from pests, diseases or predators, temperature and humidity control. My auto flowering plants grew outdoor and some of those where victim of multiple agressions like mildew, botrytis, oidium, caterpillars and aphids : the package! The end of spring was hot with high humidity level. Preparing the plant for 2 weeks autonomy for holiday 😎 (video). I must anticipate watering, heat, pests or diseases, rubbery.
