This strain is fantastic to grow, another week down and flowering is really starting to show 🙏😁 untied them after last week's post and they have really reacted well. Humidity still isnt as low as i would like even with carbon filter n exhaust fan and a dehumidifier its sitting 58-62, all plants seem to be doing fine though thankfully. While both are considered porous, brown terracotta often has higher iron content and impurities that behave as fluxes, affecting how the pores form during firing, while white terracotta is generally derived from more refined clays, with smaller pores making it more suited to pure water. This mechanism is driven by capillary action and evaporation. When the surrounding soil is dry, the terracotta acts as a wick, pulling water out of the pot and into the soil. If the soil is very saturated, the terracotta absorbs water from the soil and allows it to evaporate from its outer surface, increasing the drying rate of the soil. Terracotta tends to keep the potting mix at an optimal saturation point, wicking up more water when the outside surface evaporates water into the air. The greater the difference in moisture between the soil and the outside air, the faster the water transfers through the ceramic. In low humidity and hot weather, the evaporation rate from the terracotta surface is high, creating a rapid drying effect. Newer terracotta pots often have a denser, lighter-toned structure that is less porous than traditional, red-orange terracotta, slowing down the moisture transfer rate. Over time, dissolved salts from fertilizer or tap water build up and block the pores, reducing the permeability of the clay. Water is all that is used or needed, thanks to the biochar and the massive storage bank of nutrients. Just waiting until something creeps up. Clay pot irrigation (Ollas), an ancient farming practice, utilizes this property by burying unglazed jars in the soil, allowing water to slowly seep into the surrounding soil only when the soil dries out.

Always seemed like it needed cal/mag because of the neon green color. I did give it to them but didn’t make a difference.

01/27/2022 Got a couple stragglers in cups but working on getting more pots. I apologize for rough looking leaves on the plants, I've been spraying neem oil as a preventative, and to also boost immune responses I've been doing aspirin in water regime so leaves can get beaten up being scavenged for extra energy. (to fight a non existing threat) At least in my experiences. 02/02/2022 Potted up a Lemon OG into ? gallon self watering pot will top dress with Coast of Maine 5-2-4 and water in for first week or two, then to 12-12 for her

El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las jodidas han estirado bastante, ya veremos que ocurre como va todo. No hay mucho que comentar, sigo añadiendo humedad pulverizando con agua destilada 3 o 4 veces al dia. Y riego en cuanto veo que está "seco" A los 18 dias les hice un foliar con Hemplex , un bioestimulador. Con estas raices ya necesitan un transplante urgentemente, xd.

Day 128 it’s good smells sweet and every time I walk into my room it smells like gas Even though quantity is lower then I expected, the trichomes are crazy

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated in 48hrs and 6 days later it broke ground and hasent slowed down. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. Another great week, saw some great bud production and stacking. All great signs of a good yield. Increased the bloom nutrients to accommodate the plants demands during this intense growth spurt, while making sure they are balanced with a straight phd water feed to help break up any deposits that may be accumulating. When I use just water, I’ll water until I see about a 15% runoff, and test the ph of the runoff, should be within your 5.8-6.3 range. I’ve got lots of airflow keeping things moving to help prevent PM and pests. After every feed, I’ll spray a mixture of water, a drop or two of dish soap, and some type of essential oil, around the base of the pots and tent basin as part of my pest management/protection. I have yet to have any type of pests, despite growing in an unfinished basement situation. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️👊
