Well , so I started the week having some over-fertilization problems and some of the leaves were getting curly , also green was too intense. Due to some great advice from more experienced growers I decided to give'em just water for this past week which I guess was great, you can see color of the leaves in the last video I posted, look more natural overall Today I decided to gently break the main stem from my tallest girl in order to see if it ill grow better in horizontal position and will start fattening buds soon, I've used the same technique in another one was growing too tall and now its fattening properly, that was one week ago tho Overall everything went fine , had some problems with water, I guess I will feed 'em more often , maybe every 3-4 days with 2-3 days just water and then my organic nutrients cocktail. I'm very happy to see my tent almost full of white hairs (pistils) everywhere yeahh! I've found out as well that every of them its female so can't complaint. From next week I'll try to show how that plant I've bent over is doing , and also will start applying nutrients together with the water, also need to put the net higher and show a real SOG I'm using some baking soda and vinegar in order to create CO2 but I guess the reaction finishes quite fast About defoliation I don't feed very confident since I think flowers need as much energy leaves can absorb in order to be big plus the leaves of my plants are huge and I love that, never sees bigger leaves, ofc I know I'm new in the game but would like to see things myself as well Thanks for every advice and I hope we keep on growing together and learning from each other Have a good one everybody!!

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.

Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield! Estamos en la última semana para dos de las cuatro variedades, así que a partir de este momento, eliminamos Bio Flores. Añadiremos al bidón de riego Canna Flush, que nos va a ayudar a lavar bien nuestras raíces, eliminando restos de sales y nutrientes. Buscamos que las plantas gasten sus reservas de las hojas, que poco a poco veremos como pierden verdor, eliminando clorofila, sobre todo las más bajas. Canna Flush - 20ml por cada 10 litros de agua. Bajamos la potencia de nuestros balastros a 600w.

Dia 09/07

Only 3 out of 8 turned out to be females. 5 male ones were culled a week ago. 💀 Today I transplanted them to final - 26L - fabric pots and moved into flowering 4x4 ft tent under Mars Hydro FC 4800 (466W). They get around 650 μmol/m²/s for now - will crank it up in a few days. I used Canna Terra Professional substrate - as always. After they get accustomed to new pots I'll flip them to flower - in about a week. 👌

Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! The small flowers look great and they look bigger everyday! 😃 Thanks everyone! See you all next week! 👋

Day 59. She starts to stink or smell ;))))) I have flue, getting a bit better and still could smell her today, means she stinks ;))) That's good, bad that it's air, except top bud - rest is worthless ;))) I am starting to doubt that I'll beat 1g/W , need to do around 15 ;))) All looks closer to 5 .... She has time till 24th , then I go for holiday and I chop her ... 150ml 6.3 water in ! Happy Growing !!!

Has been a rough week dealing with the heat and rain. Having to run the dehumidifier 24 hours a day and I am seeing some foxtailing in most of the strains from the hot air it puts out. Twisted helix was chopped last week. She's not even worth taking pictures of. Tiny buds about the size of my thumb. Not much smell and they are not impressive. I will be making bubble hash and edibles from it. I pulled the blackcherry punch off the feed tube and a few days ago and she is flushing. I filled the reservoir with nutrients for the last time today. After they drink it down in a few day I will start flushing all the plants. Going to be a big job trimming this round since it looks like most of them will be ready for harvest around the same time. There are buds falling over everywhere due to the weight, but it's impossible to get in and tie them up without rubbing all over the buds and damaging a lot of trichomes. So not much can be done about it at this point. Just going to try to keep the temp and humidity down until they are ready for the chop.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Hi everyone, the plants are stretching well. The fastberries are starting to take on shades of purple. The grapefruit is already producing trichomes, as is Rhino Ryder. In any case, for the moment, everything is going well. Thanks to those who follow me and read my comments.

Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week. I enter the 9 th week of bloom and I have 4 plants left which will be all cut on day 63 of bloom also with 1 week of rinsing. 1 kum zuat 1 kosher cookies 2 gmo x animal cookies Can't wait to start this new run.... D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF
