🍮 8×8 Adventure – Week 15 🌸 Chem Brûlée – Pheno B by Zamnesia 👑 The Beast Has Finished Her Journey — Compact, Frosty, Beautiful, and Herself Until the Very End! 💚🔥 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 My friends... WE HAVE A FINISHED BEAST! 😂🍮🔥 And what a journey this girl has given us! This is Chem Brûlée Pheno B by Zamnesia, and as we reach the end of her growing journey, I can honestly say that she has been a beautiful plant to follow from beginning to end. Compact. Dense. Frosty. Beautifully structured. And absolutely full of character. She has been shining throughout this adventure, and now we finally get to look back at the whole journey and appreciate what she has become. This report is a little different from our usual weekly updates because we're dividing the final chapters into separate reports. There are plenty of photographs to share, and we want to give the harvest, drying, studio photography, trimming, and everything that follows the attention they deserve. So, please bear with me while we put the final pieces of this story together. 💚📸 For this report, we're focusing on the end of her growing journey, the final appearance of the plant, the harvest, and the beginning of the post-harvest process. The next report will continue the story with more details from the drying and trimming stages. And later, when the time is right, we'll return with the remaining observations and the smoke review. One plant. One beautiful journey. And several chapters worth sharing! ──────────────────────── 🌱 FROM SEED TO HARVEST — A 12/12 FROM SEED JOURNEY For anyone joining us for the first time, Chem Brûlée Pheno B was part of our 8×8 Adventure, where we followed twelve individual plants sharing the same general room environment. One of the defining parts of this project was our 12/12 from seed approach. Rather than beginning with a traditional vegetative lighting schedule, we kept the plants under a 12-hour light and 12-hour dark cycle from the beginning. The idea behind this experiment was to observe how different genetics and phenotypes developed when sharing the same general environment and lighting schedule. And this girl certainly gave us something worth documenting! From the early stages to the final photographs, she developed her own distinctive expression. She remained a compact, characterful plant with beautiful flower structure, plenty of frost, and a presence that made her stand out in the room. The 12/12 from seed approach has been one of the most interesting parts of this adventure because the plants have shown us that sharing a lighting schedule does not mean sharing an identical development pattern. Different genetics. Different phenotypes. Different structures. Different individual stories. And Chem Brûlée Pheno B has been a fantastic example of why we wanted to document every plant separately. We weren't simply growing a cultivar. We were following an individual plant from seed to harvest. And now, we get to close her growing chapter. 🍮💚🌱 ──────────────────────── 👑 A SPOTLESS JOURNEY — BEAUTIFUL FROM BEGINNING TO END Some plants make you work hard to understand their personality. Others introduce themselves early and keep reminding you who they are. Chem Brûlée Pheno B has been one of those girls that has consistently given us something to appreciate. She has been beautiful throughout her journey, and I love how her individual character remained visible as she developed. Her compact structure. Her dense flowers. Her frosty appearance. The details we could see in the closer photographs. And the way she carried herself in the room. She's a beast, but not because she needed to take over the entire tent to get our attention. She had her own presence. And sometimes that's even better. 😂🍮🔥 One of my favourite things about this plant is how much there is to appreciate when you stop looking at her as just another plant in a room. The overall structure tells one story. The individual flowers tell another. And when we take the time to photograph the details, we discover even more to enjoy. She gave us plenty of reasons to take the camera out, bring her into the studio, and give her a little extra attention. And that's exactly what we did! ──────────────────────── 📸 STUDIO TIME — LET'S GIVE THIS GIRL HER MOMENT Once we reached the end of her growing journey, it was time to take Chem Brûlée Pheno B into the studio. And honestly, my friends, she deserved it! 💚📸 We took photographs of the plant and her flowers, including macro photography to capture the details that are easy to miss when looking at the whole plant. Those closer shots allow us to appreciate the individual flower structure, the visible frost, and the small details that make each photograph different. A full-plant photograph gives us context. A closer photograph reveals structure. And macro photography lets us explore the details in a completely different way. That's one of the things I love about documenting a grow properly. The photographs aren't simply there to make the diary look pretty. They also help preserve a visual record of the plant at different stages and allow us to look back at the characteristics that made her special. And this girl gave us plenty to photograph! She was compact, dense, frosty, and absolutely beautiful. We also took a small branch for the macro photography session. The rest of the plant was dried as a whole plant, which we'll explain in more detail in the next report. For now, enjoy the photographs and take a moment to appreciate the details of this beautiful phenotype. 🍮🌸📸 ──────────────────────── ❄️ DENSE, COMPACT, FROSTY — THE FINAL LOOK This is where Chem Brûlée Pheno B really earns her nickname as a little beast. She's compact. She's dense. And she has a beautiful, frosty appearance that makes the closer photographs particularly enjoyable. I love being able to look back at a plant after following her for so many weeks and see the final result of that journey. We watched her develop her structure. We followed the flowers. We documented her changing appearance. And now we have these final photographs to preserve the memory of how she looked at harvest. She's the kind of plant that makes you want to keep looking at the details. One photograph leads to another. Then you notice something else. And suddenly you're spending far longer in the studio than you originally planned. 😂📸💚 That's part of the fun of growing and documenting plants. Sometimes the grow room gives us the story. Sometimes the studio lets us appreciate it from a completely different perspective. And Chem Brûlée Pheno B gave us plenty to enjoy in both places. ──────────────────────── 🍂 A BEAUTIFUL FADE — THE FINAL CHAPTER IN THE ROOM As she approached the end of her growing journey, she also gave us a beautiful fade. Watching the plant change toward the end is another part of the story worth documenting. The appearance of the foliage evolves, and the final photographs preserve that transition from the earlier stages through to the end of the run. For me, it's important to show more than just the prettiest close-up of a flower. I want the diary to tell the complete story. The plant as she developed. The plant as she matured. The changes we observed along the way. And the plant as she looked when we finally reached harvest. Chem Brûlée Pheno B gave us a beautiful final chapter in the room, and I'm happy we took the time to photograph it. No two plants need to finish with exactly the same appearance to make their journeys interesting. And that's another reason why these individual reports matter. Every plant deserves to have her own ending documented. 🍂🌱💚 ──────────────────────── ✂️ HARVEST DAY — THE END OF ONE CHAPTER, THE START OF ANOTHER And then came harvest day! After following Chem Brûlée Pheno B through her growing journey, it was time to bring that chapter to a close. We harvested the plant and prepared her for the next stage. Apart from the small branch we removed for the macro photography session, we kept the remaining plant intact for drying as a whole plant. We did not break the entire plant down into individual buds immediately. That whole-plant approach is an important part of this particular story, and we'll return to it in the next report when we discuss the drying process in more detail. For now, the important milestone is that the growing phase is complete. The plant has finished her journey in the room. The photographs have been taken. And the next part of the process has begun. Growing is only one chapter of the full journey, and I want to document the rest just as carefully. So we're not closing the diary here. We're simply turning the page. 💚✂️🌸 ──────────────────────── 🌬️ DRYING — A LITTLE PREVIEW OF THE NEXT CHAPTER As mentioned above, Chem Brûlée Pheno B was dried as a whole plant, apart from the branch removed for photography. During the drying period, relative humidity was generally maintained around 60%, with humidity closer to approximately 45% during the first few days as we worked to bring moisture out of the freshly harvested plant. We'll explain this process and share more of the drying photographs in the next report. I don't want to squeeze every detail into this one and leave the next chapter with nothing to say! 😂🌿 There are still photographs to share, details to explain, and a trimming session to document. So consider this a preview rather than the complete drying report. The plant has moved from the growing room to the next stage, and we're continuing to follow her journey carefully. More details are coming soon. ──────────────────────── ✂️ THE TRIM BIN AND OUR ZAMNESIA CURVED SCISSORS There's another part of the process I want to highlight before we close this report. For the trimming session, we used our trim bin and our curved Zamnesia scissors. Those curved scissors are worth a mention because they've been part of our harvest workflow, and I enjoy having tools that are suited to the kind of work we're doing. Once the plant was ready for trimming, we separated the flowers from the rest of the plant material and worked through the buds with care. The trim bin was part of that process, and the curved scissors were there to help us work through the flowers. But we'll save the fuller discussion for the next report. That's where we can give the drying, trimming, tools, photographs, and the whole process their own proper space. For now, I simply wanted to introduce the equipment and show where it fits into this girl's journey. And yes, my friends, the Zamnesia curved scissors deserve a little love too! 😂✂️💚 ──────────────────────── 🌿 THE 8×8 ADVENTURE — TWELVE PLANTS, TWELVE STORIES For anyone who hasn't followed the project from the beginning, the 8×8 Adventure brought twelve individual plants together in one shared room. The plants shared the same general environmental strategy, lighting schedule, and nutritional approach. But they didn't all develop in the same way. That was the whole point. We wanted to document the differences between the individual plants and observe how their genetics and phenotypes expressed themselves within the same general conditions. Chem Brûlée Pheno B has been one of the plants that made this experiment especially enjoyable. She developed her own structure, maintained a compact presence, and gave us beautiful flowers to photograph. And now, as we reach the end of her growing journey, we can look back at her individual diary and see the story unfold from seed to harvest. The room was shared. The general conditions were shared. But her story belonged to her. And that's why she gets her own final report rather than simply disappearing into a general room update. Same room. Different genetics. Different expressions. Different stories. That's the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌱 ──────────────────────── 💬 COME JOIN THE DOG DOCTOR COMMUNITY! And what a beautiful journey! 🍮💚🔥 From seed to harvest, this girl has been a pleasure to follow. She was compact. She was dense. She was frosty. She had her own character and her own expression. And when we reached the end of her growing journey, she gave us a beautiful plant to photograph and document. We brought her into the studio. We took closer photographs and macro shots. We appreciated the details of her flowers. We watched her beautiful fade. And then we harvested her, beginning the next chapter of the journey. The main plant was kept intact for whole-plant drying, apart from the branch we removed for photography. The drying and trimming process will receive more attention in the next report, including the use of our trim bin and Zamnesia curved scissors. We're dividing the final reports because there is simply too much to show and explain in a single update. I know some of the story will overlap with other diaries, but each plant has her own report, and we want every reader to be able to follow the complete journey of the plant they're interested in. Thank you for your patience while we put these final chapters together. We're getting there, my friends! 😂💚 And Chem Brûlée Pheno B? She has absolutely earned her place in this adventure. One beautiful phenotype. One complete growing journey. And plenty more to share as we continue through the post-harvest stages. The growing chapter is finished. The story isn't over yet. 🍮🌸💚✨ ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the Chem Brûlée genetics and for giving us the opportunity to follow this beautiful phenotype throughout the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌸 Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of the journey and being part of our growing experience. 🌱 A massive thank you to Future of Grow for the Black Series lighting and for supplying the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures that became part of this experiment. 💡🙏 Thank you to LumiFlora for adding another lighting dimension deeper into the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping us monitor and maintain the environment behind the scenes. And thank you to everyone following these diaries on GrowDiaries. Thank you for the comments, the questions, the support, and the time you spend following each individual plant. I also want to thank everyone who enjoys the photography side of this adventure. Taking the time to capture the whole plant and the small details helps preserve the story beyond the growing room. And we're not finished sharing yet! The next report will continue with more details from the drying and trimming stages, including our trim bin and Zamnesia curved scissors. We'll keep documenting the journey, one chapter at a time. Chem Brûlée Pheno B, you beautiful little beast... Thank you for the story you've given us. Growers Love & Happy Growing! 🌱💚🍮🔥

Hello everyone! 🌱 Today, I'm excited to introduce our new product – a test plant grow light from the GrowMAMO project. This lamp is the result of hard work by our team, and as an experienced grower and breeder, I will start testing it. Let's take a closer look at what makes this light unique. Technical Specifications: Power: 60W Main Spectrum: White light 4000K using Samsung LM301H EVO LEDs, which are 15% more efficient than the previous generation. Additional Spectra: Red spectrum 660nm (Samsung LH351H) and ultraviolet ranges 367nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm (Seoul). Why these spectra are important: White Spectrum 4000K: Ideal for general plant lighting, it promotes photosynthesis and ensures steady growth. Red Spectrum 660nm: Stimulates flowering and fruiting, increasing yield. Ultraviolet Spectra: Enhance the production of protective compounds in plants, such as flavonoids and anthocyanins, improving their resilience and quality. Testing: We will be testing the light on seeds provided by my friends at Doctor's Choice. The strain is Diesel Fast F1 BX Regular. 🌿 You can find all the test results and more detailed information on my Grow Diaries page. I will regularly share updates and impressions with you, so stay tuned! I welcome your questions and comments. Let's make growing even better together! 🌟

I need to share a secret about Black Widow. This report is about the second nut. The first one I soaked 17 days earlier. On day 13, it really slowed down after the transfer, so I just left it in the sun under the strawberry plant. Now it's been through two prunings and one nitrogen deficiency (the main stem was very red). I put it in a DWC bucket. It throws roots beautifully. What I've learned about DWC: Use it only after 1–2 weeks of rooting. In hot weather, enzymes really help deal with flowering. With them, pH stays stable at 5.9 even at +28°C. The solution stays clean. Also, Hesi Root helps the roots survive the scorching heat (temps around +29°C, close to critical +30). And a CO₂Bag – without it, growth would stall. She drinks little by little. Speaking of simplicity: my DWC runs on 15 liters of solution, using the simplest setup – an AquaPot for about 22 EUR, including the air pump. That's it. And the real simplicity is in the base Hesi line: one bottle for veg, one for bloom. Compare that to Canna – they need two bottles for each stage. Minimalism wins. In the background – the second widow, which this report is about. She's flawless and planted in 15L of coco (Simplex Coco and UGRO RHIZA). Mixed in once: Powder Feeding Bio Grow 3 g/L and Bio Bloom 4 g/L. The second one is already throwing flowers and slowing down in growth. The first one, on hydro, I switched to 12/12 several weeks later, so she's in no hurry. I'm happy to have the chance to try the full HESI HYDRO kit on coco at +29°C and on DWC without chillers, for about 330 EUR, no pH controllers or solution meters. I like minimalism, and it makes me happy when I can make it work in growing too. I missed one week – may the doctor forgive me.

The Sour Stomper from Mephisto Genetics on day 69, and I must say it has quickly become one of my favorite strains to grow. 🌱💚 It's not only super fast ⚡ in its growth, but also incredibly easy 🙌 to cultivate. What makes this strain truly exceptional are the unique phenotypes it produces in terms of colors and aromas. 🎨👃 One of them emits a strong scent reminiscent of fresh meat 🍖👃, while another phenotype displays a captivating orange color 🧡 with an indescribable aroma. 🍊👃 I apologize for not being able to share any photos this time. Harvesting all 20 plants took me the entire day, and by the time I finished, I was completely exhausted. 😅 It was quite a task trimming them all, but I managed to get it done. Afterward, I collapsed into bed and peacefully rested. 💤💤 Overall, I would rate this strain a solid 9.5 out of 10. 🌟 I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing the final harvest weight. 🌾🤞 Exciting times ahead! 🌿✨

Unfortunately I spotted one bud with bud rot on my gelato plant. I flushed it on day 91 of cycle, day 54 of flowering. Today is day 94 and it seems it has not spread out to any other buds(happy days) .. I am watching it closely everyday and also to see how the trichomes are going.. breeder says 65-70 flowering days to be ready.. let’s see.. if I spot another bud rot I will probably harvest it.. I hope that will not happen.. let’s go

Day 43 let's start week 7! the plants grow and continue to stretch. unfortunately two weeks ago my ph meter broke. last week I started giving 1ml / l of green sensation and the plants seem to have lightened a lot. these days i should have the ph meter back so i can check. all in all they seem to grow well apart from this "yellowing". Day 44 the pH pen arrived and I discovered the cause of the yellowing. the ph was about 5 😭😭😭 now I let it dry well and brought the ph back to 6.7 and given 0.5 l and I wait for it to dry again keep following me to see my progress. it is my first growth and I make many mistakes, leave a like and give me an opinion or advice to improve. good luck and happy day!🌱💚

This Update came a little bit late cuz time issues but here is it :) Last week i had solution issues and the plants go very fast in bad leaf color. The Solution got too warm in the tanks and the water got a bad smell too. I changed the water and made again the 3rd week nutrition and turned up the fan to get a few degrees colder it worked very well. Roots are so far doing nice and have no burns or rotten parts on nice and white. Then i installed the second light in. The week before i give them 400 W MH and 100 W LED. Now we have 2x 600W and 100 W LED each one turned down to 250 W and the going good. But i had only 1 bulb m MH and so im now have a mixed light end of this week i give them 1 tsp Mineral Magic over the stem to get them stronger Mostly of them are Topped and have not bad mooding on the growing stage of the plants. I hope on get a few Tips on what we can do better on the System Best Regards :) and Good Groow @all
