At day 20 I switched to flowering and sent my light schedule to 12/12 hours of light/darkness, therefore this is the first week of flowering now. I know that these plants from seeds are still to immature to switch to flowering directly, but they will grow slower with 12/12 until they are old enough to flower. This should happen when they are appr. 4 weeks old from germination, then they will be mature enough to be able to flower. I do this, because the Growfor.Life-Closet is limited in its heigth and I want compact and short plants at the end, so i can keep a minimum distance to the LED-lights from SANlight, which are built into the closet. The minimum distance should be appr. 25 cm from the canopy. At Day 25 the biggest three plants (=Double Dutch from Serious Seeds and OG-Kush from Humboldt-Seeds) have grown so many leaves that they start to touch each other and condensed water is building up between them, the plants seem to sweat. This means I have to defoliate the plants again in order to get a better airflow and also to let the light penetrate deeper into the canopy. You can see a video-tutorial for defoliation I made on Day 25. The scissors I use in the video came WITH the closet, they have a special anti-sticky coating and work like a TREAT! During the defoliation I recognize that one sidebranch of a Double Dutch plant is TRIFOLIATE (see in pics!), this means each node grows three instead of two leaves and sidebranches out of it. That is a rare occurrence in cannabis and can be seen like finding a 4-leafed clover. Although this should mean good luck, I also realize more and more fungus gnats flying around and put some sticky yellow strips (=sticky traps for insects) inside the closet. The plants also seem to get a little bit lighter in their green color in general, therefore I decide to start adding nutrients (=PLAGRON-TERRA-BLOOM) to my waterings now. All in all the plants grow like hell (the biggest one is appr. 30 cm tall at the end of week4) and develop excellently...I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MY GROWFOR.LIFE-CLOSET until now!

Everything going good switch to light schedule of 11/13 for flower on 02/08/20. Heard it brings more of phenotype out of your strain. Than your traditional 12/12 schedule. Haven't did any feeding since I transplanted from 3 gal to 7 gal fabric pot. Will start back feeding with nftg in another week or so. Currently under 2 1600watt phlizon full spectrum light with veg and bloom on.

Will have more info posted when the plants are dried and weighed. Can start the cure process and smoke report, Will use my friends to see if they kept the CBD attributes that the parents had. More to come.

Start week 9 From the end of last week i feed Dolomite 9tbs per 1 gal of water to fix soil acidity(hope will help) and no fill any more nutrient. At this point seem to be all plant will ready for harvest in next 2 week. So additional nutrient should be not require on this period, just watering until harvest day. Over all bud of BCN looking good and Pineapple looking better from last week but still smaller than expect. I try to change light hrs. By 12/12(some local professional recommend i will try).

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Did a bigger defol. Adjusted the trellis. May or may not have been watering with too high of ph (7.2) so hopefully microbes have been doing their job.

Solid start to flower for these ladies... Starting this grow diary now and filling in as much as I can from the ~8 weeks before this point. I'll keep updating from now 'til harvest. Struggling to keep the heat down so had to rig up a styrofoam cooler "AC" I found on YouTube, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpqUr6bEYOs Keeping the DIY CO2 generator running full blast while the lights are on and have some side-lighting led bars in the works that I'll have installed later this week. Drip system has been working great, dialed back the feedings so I don't overwater and can give the top layer of coco a chance to dry out a little bit. Heavy defoliation tomorrow to clean up the canopy...

Hey GD! Harvested two off the four. I haven't weighed it yet but I predict about 2 ounce off each. The skiny bud plant really surprised me! The buds are potent and pretty with the purple hues. This strain is potent enough for you not to realise its an auto flower. The other two are coming down over the next week. The super main only first then the supercrop every branch plant. I have to say my trouble plant that I abused has really come along. I'm proud of her. Her buds are diesel buds there sparkly and smell just right. The super crop on main only plant has developed seriously dense Flowers not a spot of mold! Ambering up alot. She has taken on a smell of them yellow melons, its incredible! Really unique. In fact each plant out of this pack of 5 has had its own characteristics, its been a pleasure discovering the phenotypes and I advise anyone grow at least two of the same strain because you never know how they might turn out haha! Final week next week! Update: got just over 100g dry off the two that hadn't been trained. Just made some cannabutter off the trim check out the pics!

👉The final dry weight, which was 369g (13oz) is just buds, no trim or larf. Just Good big buds. Great plant overall. Had a phosphorus issue that lingered, it foxtailed at the end and in the last day hermie bitz appeared on almost every branch end cola. Sturdy branches, lots of food factories. Wonderful aroma that wasn't as stanky as most. Spend 4 hours trimming. Started at the bottom and worked my way up. I put the end cola of each branch on its own label clothes pin and hung on a rack. Each cola was weighed wet and cataloged. after 24 hrs I started putting each cola in a paper bag and the net buds in a larger bag. It took 5 days to reduce the dry weight to under 30%. When they hit this mark they went into the jars which were labeled according to their documented location. I figured the weigh reduction percentage by comparing weighs from the initial wet trimmed weight. In each jar I also added a hygrometer. Surprisingly the RH of almost ever jar was under 58%. None of the jars required any burping to remove excess humidity. At that point I added moisture 62% moisture packs and put the jars in the closet. I sampled bud J till this writing. It didn't start getting tasty till the 4 week mark.

Well this week has been quite stressful ! Where I live has been humid as f...k and the RH in my tent is around 60 percent !!!! (week 5 of flower !! ) Even with a dehumidifier !! I m keeping a good airflow and low temps ( around 23 c ) hoping it will avoid bud rot or powdery mildew : //// !!! Does anybody have good tips to drop down that humidity please ? Besides that the plants are looking healthy and frosty and are starting to get bigger every day ! I've just been taking some fan leaves off now and then to expose buds to light. I hope buds are going to fatten up ! Happy growing y'all !

HARVEST WEEK 112 DAYS 50 VEGGING 62 FLOWERING + 2 Days Dark Rest. This week has been a week of bringing out a great smell. I have done all I can, myths, about dark resting, drying the plant whole, roots and all has been done. I can see the resin glistening, hard to see on camera but it's there, they are hard and very sticky. Only 1 out of the 3 loss their complete rock hardness and that was the Purple Og Punch, in fairness the leaf to calyx ratio is high, so is expected, the other 2 have got softer since the dark rest, but a lot lot sticker, so, this must be normal, if someone was just coming in, they'd just say they rock hard but I mean they were that hard if you threw 1 at a wall you'd wanna be ducking or you might get knocked out🤣🤣, ok, maybe not that hard. But they are super sticky, so super hard nugs I can forego for the price of sticky buds. I'm expecting on the dry+cure they'll harden up as the density is there, and go back to the way they were, no doubt. She has been struggling to hold herself up right, so, I hung her with roots and all, gave her a good shake. I usually just put up a harvest but because Idk what the smoke will be like, I'm not going to put ☆ up as you can't change them, hopefully GD will fix this, but they got a whole site to look after and the system they got now works, so hopefully on the next upgrade, who knows. But I'll leave the mark and smoke report/dry weight all in the 1 day now, I'll just be adding my own harvest week. As many ppl do who wanna rate after they sample. She has many colas, a lot of unevenness, but for my 1st mainline, really, it's just a shit load of LST and a T shape, as a real mainline has exact or thereabouts the energy should be even, (every cola) But in saying that, I'm happy. Not sure about wet weight I don't bother with that anymore, as I don't have a hang weight scales and I'm not chopping my plants up 2 get one neither, so guesses will do, I usually put up 5x the dry weight as wet. Will update harvest week with all results in one blow so when it goes live ppl can see it for what it is and not miss out on smoke report as that doesn't get posted, the most important part, well, I think so. Thanks to my many sponsors for getting me here and started on my new projects. I won't go naming em all just the 1s for this who contributed to this diary. Marshydro led lights (best light I have in my arsenal, FC 3000) and Terra Power Nutrients, (hopefully I can try your nutrients out in water properly when I get temps under control), nothing but love. Top products and 2 great reps I dealt with. COUPON FOR MARSHYDRO Use code GGS at any marshydro site for a small discount.

Se van viendo muy hermosas nuestras Niñas, no he notado ningún problema . En una semana o menos empezaré a hacerles técnicas de bajo estrés junto con una poda apical y fim.
